Bosch PIE675T01E Questions & Answers
VerifiedMy Bosch Induction cooktop has been excellent for about 10 years but now the two right hobs have stopped working and are showing a flashing 1 and reverse 9 (p?). I have read that this means that the power board to those hobs has failed and this can be very expensive to repair. I have also read that this may be a fuse. Can I get a real answer before I call to get it repaired?

My Bosch Induction Cooktop (Schott Cheran ) is not identifying anything, or which cooktop is being used. If I select the one I would like, and select 9 for it to start, it flashes with like a reverse 9 and back to 3, and the cooktop is not working or heating up. What has happened, and what do I need to do to get it working again?

My cooktop is coming up with an "e: error. It happend last night so I turned it off at the wall. It was working again this morning but I couldn't select level 7 heat. Since then, the same error has come up again. I have left it off at the wall for a couple of hours and it still won't turn on. The timer works but can't turn on any hotplates. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Hi. We bought a Bosch PIE675N14E. One day I forgot I had poured the coffee out of the percolator, and kept the heat on it without any coffee inside. It seems to have made a mark I can't wipe off- a shiny bluish circle like a smear. I suspect it is underneath the glass rather than on top of it. is there any way I can get rid of this?
Also, can I use a wok on this induction hob?
Thanks.
Hi gillb1, Other customers who have experienced similarly resilient stains recommend a product called Cerapol Ceramic Glass Cooktop Cleaner. You can read more about this product here: external link In relation to cooking with a wok, you can use a wok to cook on your Bosch PIE675T01E as long as the wok contains iron for electromagnetic conductivity. A good trick to know if the a pan is suitable, is to check to see if a magnet will stick to it.
Cast iron, enamel cast iron and most types of stainless steel are all compatible.
Never use pans made from:
- common thin steel
- glass
- earthenware
- copper
- aluminium
