It was a good experience, thanks boutique
Our first boutique home is an investment property, it was a stress-free experience we were happy from start to finish. From sales and now to warranties everything is still great so far. Also the building supervisor is very accommodating to our questions and anything which needed to be fixed they fix.
Great experience and amazing journey
Being a first home buyer, where building a house sends butterflies in the stomach. Building with Boutique homes gave us the required knowledge, confidence, great building experience and piece of mind.
Exceptional customer service, before during and after the build is complete. Finish of the house is pleasing and the one to admire. The site manager Fadz and the client liasing manager Summer were great help, easy to talk to, approachable, understand one's need and requirement, lovely to deal with and very very professional.
We are very happy with our journey pre, during and post construction and would to like recommend the services of Boutique Homes.
Wow, great experience at Botique showroom.
Had a wonderful experience at the Boutique showroom yesterday being guided by Nikki.
We were very impressed with the professionalism shown and can't wait for our house to come to life.
We felt very welcome, not rushed and overall satisfied. Nikki was a pleasure to work with. We would strongly recommend Boutique homes to our family and friends.
Our build has just been handed over to the construction phase, and our pre-start experience couldn't have been better.
We had two pre-start consultants, Rachael and Wanda, and both have been fantastic. They were both patient, answered our questions promptly, obtained pricing, sourced information, and generally guided us through the pre-start process.
We had a few ups and downs, although nothing too major, but that's to be expected when building a new home, as there is so much involved in the process.
We have had a great experience so far with Boutique Homes, and are now eagerly awaiting our construction phase to begin!

Pre-construction review - the excitement is building
Boutique have been very responsive to our requests and despite a couple of hiccups (which were well managed) we believe the service has been great so far. I believe our pre-construction consultant has been up-front where necessary, and this is appreciated. Looking forward to moving on to the next phase.
Our dream Aussie home
We definitely recommend Boutique Homes on building your dream home . We are at the initial stage of home building process, and we lack some knowledge and lots of doubts but our New Homes Consultant ,Stuart Doak, has been really professional, patient and accomodating with all our questions and concerns. He gave us some suggestion and advices which were very much helpful. We definitely recommend Boutique Homes and Stu for such a relaxing and amazing planning process. Cant wait on next process on building our dream home.
Best new home consultant but a very unorganised pre-start consultant
Troy as our new home consultant was brilliant, he was super helpful and experienced, he provided us a lot of ideas/ solutions to suit our needs and helped us to design our perfect home. However, I couldn't say the same for our pre-start consultant. She was also very friendly, but I would say she is also quite unorganised. We keep getting asked to sign the same documents (different versions) over and over again with 'new changes', without us requesting any changes, so most of the time it was error on their end, like forgetting to add/ remove an ...item or simply having the wrong item. We understand it is a big project with so many details, but it is also their responsibility to make sure all the items are correct prior sending to their client to sign it off. We signed our HIA contract in March and had all our colour/ joinery/ electricity appointments afterward, so some of the items were different from the original HIA contract. We have signed countless addenda documents and each of them is 23 pages long, it is very stressful for us to make sure every single item is correct every time they send us a new version, especially they have a history of messing up. So finally we have signed our 'final' addenda about 2 weeks ago, and today our pre-start consultant is sending another addenda again? For some reason, she just realised one of our bathtubs was a different brand and we asked for a dishwasher from our HIA contract, but those were not included in our addenda for the past 5 months every time we signed one. In our colour appointment, we have told our colour consultant a couple of times we will no longer need a dishwasher from them, I don't know if there was a lack of communication or whatever reasons, our pre-start consultant didn't get the memo and suddenly decided to add the dishwasher last minute, a few days before our construction starts. Speaking of the construction phase, we were supposed to start our build the second week of July, however, when she sent us the 'final plan', we realise some of the details were not correct (after how many times we signed off a plan?), and we kindly asked them to edit it. A week or two later we received another 'final plan' stating the details are now corrected, but no, it is the SAME plan. So now she finally sends our document for amendments we asked for ages ago (during all the appointments), which probably causes further delay on the start of our construction. We were also not told about the delay, not until I questioned her about if there's any delay because I haven't heard from her for a while. This is definitely a super frustrating and stressful experience, as for her it is just a project out of hundreds of projects, but for us, it is our forever home. If we messed up the details, we have to bear the responsibility and probably pay for our mistakes, while if boutique homes messes things up, they can just send me a new version of documents for me to sign off as if it is my job and throw off their responsibility to their customers instead. At this stage, I would not recommend BH to anyone, but hopefully, my experience building with BH will improve during the construction phase.
Happy with Boutique Homes
I decided to write objective feedback in regards to our recent build with boutique homes.
I engaged BH early to mid last year and since then I have had multiple people working on our project which got delivered finally in June this year.
Pre-sale stage : 5/5 Team was excellent and very supportive and understanding of our family's needs.
Colors and Electrical: 3.5/5 the service was good enough , however, some improvement can be done in terms of giving the right advice re-selection and providing and advice that will save you from a headache late...
Handbrake Homes! - J97853
From looking at their reviews everyone looks happy. This is one trick Boutique Homes uses to get everyone to provide reviews at the initial sales to get a $100 voucher. This buys Boutique high reviews as this is before all the problems start.
Our initial sales service was brilliant then from there it has gone all done hill. From the initial mistake in drawings for developer approval, to delays due to construction crews at full capacity and lately the timber shortage. Each week brings a new delay and a different excuse. A building permit expec...ted to take 5-business day, is currently into its 4th week of waiting for approval. Do not expect transparency from Boutique they will hide behind emails and use every excuse possible in the current climate. Hopefully the quality of there build is better than their customer service.
Proactive and Efficient
My house build is currently in the 3rd stage of construction and these are undoubtedly exciting times to witness the progress. But the commitment shown by my Client Liaison "Selen" and Site Manager "Ali" so far made the journey more satisfying. They have proactively provided the updates on regular basis (2-3 times a week) and promptly addressed any queries or doubts I had. It makes me feel that I am constantly part of construction and never miss a beat.

teams are amazing
From day one when Covid hit last year the people at BH were always great and helpful especially with their response and communication. Every process stage was great always positive attitude got the help we needed, considering it is our first time building BH have made it a smooth and positive journey so far can’t wait for our first home to be completed!!
With covid it has been a bit bumpy and many hiccups along the way but the boutique team have been really helpful and supportive.
We really recommend them and thank them for making this a smooth transition throughout the process. We are currently waiting for construction to start and can’t wait to begin the next stage.
6 Weeks Since Slab and no Frame
Update on my build: 6 weeks since slab poured and no frame insight and expected to arrive at the end of week "hopefully" as it was due today from my last conversation last Monday. Other couples I'm following on Instagram who are building with other builders in Clyde North are close to having bricks finished and we were only a few days apart from our slab being poured. Trusses are another 2 weeks behind from frame delivery.
If you have started to build or about to commence expect a long delay with frame of 9+ weeks.
You will receive the belo...w email from Boutique Homes each week. We write to advise that notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Clause 34 of the New Home Contract that the Building Period is to be extended. The reason for the extension to the Building Period is/are as follows: • A cause that is beyond the Builder’s control – Supply of timber
Overall we are very happy that we chose Boutique for the construction. We are extremely satisfied with our construction stage. We had few issues in our pre construction stage. We had a really great experience during construction. Our site supervisor was patient to clearly explain everything to us. Similarly the client liaison was always quick in responding to queries.
New Start Consults - Ask for Elise at Olivine.
From the moment we started researching and walked into the Olivine display and met Elise we knew we’d found the one.
The inclusions, standards and variety that boutique offers is only surpassed by Elise’s passion for her job and the company she works for. So far it has been perfect!
