BKE 400 Water leak fix! Cheap do it yourself. Water leaks from water level or seals for same, if your not bothered about the water level not working again do the following Remove handle two screws, first the screw covers, then one screw front, one back, Remove water level, this just pushes into the respective silicone seals, push out seals, take to hardware shop or similar shop to get the right size Get replacement 'Grommets' same size or slightly larger than the seal, although must be solid i.e (Grommets have no holes) push into old holes, You may have to remove the lugs off the water level to re-fix flush, mostly these will be brittle with age and simple job with a small knife. Test for leaks there will be none if you've got the correct size grommets! Re assemble and have many more years of leak free boiling , we're 20 years or thereabouts and still perfect! Good Luck
