Moving out was already hectic and I didn’t have the energy to clean everything properly. I decided to go for vacate cleaning at the last moment. Honestly, it helped more than I expected. The house looked neat and sorted once everything was done. It felt ready for inspection without me worrying too much. The agent didn’t raise any issues and everything was approved. I got my bond back, which was a big relief at the end of it all.

Great team and excellent service. The cleaners did an amazing job. We are very happy with how clean our home is now, especially since it was left very dirty by the previous tenants. responsibility of my both property in a same week with two separate teams as they have another business here in Brisbane too and I am amazed after seeing their performance, moving in property was sparkling rather than previous clean and moving out cleaning property was looking like a new property and bond has returned by my agent without any delay. I will say the cleaners was best in town and company having experienced team with great communication skills, explain the things very clearly with examples. company who hide so many things. I will say, They offer fair price with quality of service. Cleaner it self was fabulous as they loved their tools so much same way they treat my plave like its thier own property they bought. Everything was clean so thoroughly which was saying i m my first look. My wife was so amazed with the politeness of both husband and wife who came at our place. They also help us moving our heavy bed to the truck without asking any charge. We got all our bond money back from the agent without any issues. He just found two small issues which Gary did send his cleaner next day and help us pleasing the agent. Every company give service but they help us as they gave written promise. Scammers and unprofessional – I really don't want to give them 1 star. Was emailed a quote of $748 but on the day of the job was told $1400 if pay by eftpos or $1300 for cash. to leaving and there was no time to get anyone else, therefore they did this on purpose. We did try to talk to Sunny about the payment we paid, and he was very rude and defensive. Spoke to consumer affairs and they told me I had a case for misleading information in the quote tried to sort it out with Sunny and he didn't want to know just kept on talking about the flea treatment which wasn't the issue and told me he was recording our conversation. This house was shared with 2 other people and the job was done we had to ask for the receipt. They lied about sending us the receipt and we had to keep asking. We received an email asking what the issue was with our bad review and was asked to remove it.

Con artists – Absolute con artists who tried to extort more money out of me after I had a quote. Said my house was "very dirty" which was an absolute lie. They thought I was desperate so I would agree. I told them to leave. Avoid at all costs!!

Best end of lease cleaners – Love to recommend them for the Vacate cleaning as they gave me a great service. Both the husband and wife was so nice to deal with. They also did help us moving our fridge. Sunny send us the detailed quote which was the reason I did book them as it was so thorough with no hidden cost as he told us everything upfront. My agent was so Pleased with the clean he gave our full bond back.

Dodgy – Clean was sub par at best. Floors weren’t cleaned well and when asked to return to vacuum they flatly refused. Laundry floor was filthy still and cleaner footprints left all over the house after it had dried. Also Asked for extra money to clean the oven which wasn’t even that bad to begin with. Steer clear of this mob unless you wanna throw your money down the toilet for a crap job

Move out cleaning – Best ever experience with this company. They clean the way we was expected. Full marks to the operator who send me the nice hard working cleaners for this end of lease clean. They spend 4-5 hours to clean my place and the house looks sparkling clean again. We got our full bond back on time from our agent. I will recommend them & use them again whenever I move again. Very basic clean – Kitchen was not cleaned thoroughly and marks left on bathroom floor. It was done way too fast and I'm having to clean it again myself. They could do more for end of lease clean to enable bond security. I would not use again.

Surface level cleaning at best – Surface level cleaners, not worth the money. We paid for a end of tenancy clean, all we got was a surface level wipe down. There were streaks on the window, whole drawers and shelves were simply not cleaned, cooktop was filthy and there were water marks on the floor and dirt in corners of rooms. hrs when they should have been 4-5 hrs, and this was the result. We complained, they came back to correct the clean. They had to clean the cooktop 3 times before it was actually clean - first they didn’t pick up the items, then they didn’t clean the dials, finally they didn’t get the grime under the dials. You shouldn’t have to explain to a professional cleaner this level of basic cleaning. Worse of all they never apologized. Absolute waste of money, I wish we’d never used them.

Intimidating cleaner demanding more money left without finishing – Tajinder Randhawa didn't clean our property as promised, his cleaner tried to scam me for extra money, he left without finishing the job. did not refund what he said he would refund. did not organise another cleaner as promised did not get back to me as promised. Tajinder Randhawa is a thief who steals from hard working people.

Great clean – Great clean. Arrived on time and were quick and the best price I found. They were very accommodating as I am renovating and removed my kitchen. Issue - Spent half a day re-cleaning what I had spend $500 on already Forth Issue - Despite multiple attempts to contact Bright End they will not contact me back to resolve the issue. I have now given them a week with no communication from them.

Unreliable when it counts – Unfortunately we did not get an opportunity to experience their cleaning as they cancelled on us 15 minutes prior to being scheduled to start (2.30PM). We are out of pocket an additional $314 and now they are ignoring all communication to reach a reasonable remedy. I would not recommend at all, when it comes to end of lease cleaning, timing can be very tight and you need a company that is willing and able to offer a suitable plan B, if not, cover the additional cost. Really disappointing as their reviews had been so great and they were nice to deal with leading up to this.

which I will give 10/10 to them in each department. I used them last year as well when my agent find two small issue in kitchen. I did call Gary with Whom I booked the cleaning and he arranged the cleaners same day to pick up the keys from the real estate office and fixed those two issues. This is called the real customer service where they looked after me and win my heart to book them again for my other investment property cleaning as I can trust them now blindly. Cheers!!

Great customer service – I am very happy to thanks bright end of lease guys who clean my property in Melbourne. As due to covid restriction I could not come to Melbourne but Gary and cleaner Sam arrange everything for me. The process was very easy through email only.
