Not happy I received tv cabinet with part's missing waited 3 weeks for part's but I told them before the part's were sent they can come pick up tv cabinet. I purchased 6 lamps and 5 of the shades were completely ruined. They said it was only minor damage and offered a partial refund. I’ve reported the delivery to Fair Trading. Do not order anything fragile, the risk is too high.

The legs were simple to assemble and I couldn’t be happier.

Do not order ANYTHING from Brosa Marketplace...........Zero after sale service – Terribly customer service. Received a damaged dishwasher about six weeks ago. Have followed up multiple times with Brosa "Customer Care" via email since receiving the damaged goods and heard nothing.

saying my order wasn't ready for pickup and the retailer would be in touch to reschedule. That was already frustrating. No delivery and proper explanation.
After days of complete silence I had to reach out myself to figure out what was going on. Eventually Brosa got back to me saying the item was damaged and out of stock and the only solution they offered was a refund which I am yet to receive. No effort to reorder, replace or even offer a similar item. Just a "sorry, here's your money back."
This kind of customer service is unacceptable especially for a company claiming to specialise in “premium” furniture. Brosa needs to seriously improve:
- Inventory management (don't sell what you can’t deliver) - Proactive communication (don’t leave customers hanging) - Customer resolution (a refund should not be the only option)
I wasted my time, missed out on other sale opportunities and now I am left empty handed.
Beware: if something goes wrong with your order, you might just be ghosted and refunded with no real solution.

back with a second team to move the furniture to my bedroom upstairs. They ensured me that this was common occurrence and no big deal. However, the delivery company subsequently refused to honour their promise and terms. Kogan has refused to remedy the situation hiding behind the argument that I didn't choose premium delivery, which includes removal of packaging and old appliances (which are services I didn't need) and stating that this is what they recommend for furniture deliveries above ground. They have conveniently ignored my repeated emails and written evidence/terms and conditions that the delivery I had paid for included delivery to the room of choice. They have even argued in one of their emails that the delivery was to my front door only despite the fact that the delivery company had specifically contacted me to ensure that the delivery would be booked on a day I was home. Kogan's refusal to put the situation right has been very distressing as I had to make alternative arrangements for a service I had already paid for. Please beware of Brosa/Kogan's misleading information and deceptive tactics!

Terrible customer service – I bought two quilt cover sets (Vintage Designs forest green velvet) from Brosa on the 22 June 2023. I unpacket it and was already a bit scheptical as I saw the fabric they used as 'lining' on the under side of the quilt cover and pillow cases, as it is very thin cotton percale, translucent, not the thread count I expected. according to the instructions before use, just warm - not hot water. Clearly the fabric has not been pre-washed before sewing, because the entire quilt and one pillow case pulls against the sew, warping the casing. In addition to the low thread count and shrinking I also found stains on the lining fabric. I contacted Brosa via their website, since there is no phone number to be found. I have uploaded images of the faulty quilt covers and received a confirmation email that the case received a reference number. In July the case was closed for no reason, no further contact. I reached out again, sent photos to the customer service email and Brosa responded that it will follow up with their market place seller regarding the refund for the faulty items. I had to re-contact Brosa again in September twice and have not had a response, nor a refund.
Above expectations couldn’t be more pleased – There were a few stock issues and I was disappointed. But Jordan from Helpdesk went above and beyond. Received a different couch cause of stock, but I’m so much happier and love my new edition to the home. 10/10 Jordan and barosa over the moon. Amazing customer support.
Brosa ada seashell swivel boucle chair – Ordered the brosa swivel ada chair four times. Each time order confirmed and they cancel after a few days with the excuse " circumstances beyond their control". How can a public listed company like kogan do this. Deplorable.

Quality Armchairs just be watchful on delivery through Kogan – No issue with the Brosa armchairs. Kogan now owns the Brosa brand now and is failing on thie delivery issue. The courier, Toll , gave poor service even though an overly high fee is charged. Courier firstly refused to bring extra large chair to apartment even though there is excellent lift service. Courier only agreed as I was on crutches at the time. The cost paid should have given door to door first class service. Kogan, fix this issue.
