Company ships via Aramex, parcel delayed for a week now. This company said they lodged a inquiry with the courier but after 4 days I am still yet to receive a reply. The shipping issue is not the company's fault, I understand that. However they are using an AI customer service bot which is just rabbiting my keywords back at me in apology emails… Read more

I have now had to go and buy this medication at a higher price elsewhere. It's only a budget pet product if it actually arrives. I have cancelled my auto subscription and will now just shop elsewhere due to the lack of customer service.

Budget per products was fine to buy from. And most products are good. I would say th Kong crackles stick is not a good one to buy though. 36 hrs after giving it to our dog the whole end is chewed off. And Kong toys are not cheap. All other Kong tits he has never been able to destroy. Show reply

absolutely no idea how long this will take. They then ask me to identify the house where the products were left at, how would I possibly know that, seriously an absolutely stupid question. I asked to speak to a Manager, but was not connected so I requested a refund, no refund, no help, useless. I will be taking this up with Consumer Affairs on Monday. We DO NOT recommend buying from Budget Pet Products unless you want your order delivered to the wrong address. they are totally and completely incompetent and their delivery times are outrageously slow.

Am disappointed have been buying off this for over 2 yrs never had a problem then this time I have not received product. Courier said they were deliver but were not there when I got home from work it has now been 10 days since then and have had no help from either company or courier had to go elsewhere and buy products so that my dogs were protected as I had bought flea tick and worming medication
