Our contract signing with Linda was the shortest part of our experience but she still took us through every part and explained everything without any issues. Even answered all our questions we had without and hesitation or issue. Was just another amazing part of the process.

Our electrical selection with Hayley was also a breeze, she was very knowledgeable around the correct amount of lighting to add to the home and where to add extra PowerPoints. Was also great at assisting in relocating and adding two way switches so once we are in the home it’ll be much easier to turn things off and on. Without her knowledge we wouldn’t have thought of half the stuff we changed.

Our colour selection was handled by Marissa, this was my partners favourite part of the process. Marissa was amazing at guiding us on our colour selection. Making sure none of the colours clashed and blended well while also making sure we were within our guidelines for the estate. Marissa had amazing knowledge when it came to selecting Trims and accessory’s.

Now we are just waiting for land registration but the whole process with Burbank so far has been flawless thanks to the Team at Burbank. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking at building.

The construction time was much faster than we expected, yet the result is a beautiful and high-quality first home. He carefully checked every detail and gave us so much valuable advice. He even took care of things we didn’t notice or didn’t know to ask about. I genuinely feel like I learned so much from him during this process.

Even after we received the keys, Tony and the Burbank team continued to support and care for us. They are not only professional but also truly caring — more than any company we have experienced. I sincerely hope many others get the chance to experience this as well.

There was a lot of things which we hadn’t even considered, such as, size of windows for the raised ceiling, facade material, bench-top, cabinets, cupboards and drawers for kitchen, linen and wardrobe, which Kristine reminded us about. We told her we wanted to keep costs down so she showed us different options to choose from. She is sending us quotes for different options so we can pick and choose what we want. A few hours felt like minutes and the whole process was seamless and straightforward especially when we had travelled all the way from Canberra for the selections and were flying back the same afternoon.

I want to shout out a big thanks to Kristine and also to Hayley Tupaea who was equally kind and helpful and assisted with electrical selections. The initial journey has been great so far from Paul Pereira who was our sales consultant, then Kristine and Hayley. I hope this great experience continues throughout our journey until build is complete and the handover. He was incredibly efficient, proactive, and ensured the build was completed ahead of schedule. Even when minor issues arose, his communication and follow-up were top-tier. Areas for Improvement: Admin & Gallery Unfortunately, the middle of the process was frustrating. The Admin phase lacked proactive communication; we felt we had to push constantly for updates. We actually know people who chose other builders specifically because of delays in Burbank’s admin department. The Gallery/Design appointment was also a disappointment. We received very little creative input, and several promised items were missed in the final documents, which became impossible to change once construction began. Additionally, the selection felt dated; we actually saw more variety when we built our first home six years ago. Summary We are very grateful for the professionalism and effort shown by Akshay and Tom. If the Admin and Gallery teams can match the standard set by Sales and Construction, the experience would be world-class.
