Great experience
VIC, MelbourneBuild management and quality was great. We have had multiple issues and our Burbank Site Manager has been outstanding even though getting the workers here to correct issues were a struggle. Cost was pretty spot on.

QLDDon Goulding New Home consultant has been such a fantastic consultant truly for the client as well as upholding and respecting values and integrity he has professionalism and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and offers practical advice, answers and solutions. For colour selection Kate, very knowledgeable person and find easy to select all the needful things. I would like to highly recommend Burbank Homes as a builder of choice.

QLDOutstanding service. Checked in with us to see how we were going. Listened to us when we explained what we were needing in a home, a few extras we required. Understanding of our situation and provided a estimate in our price range. We have just signed on to build with Burbank. Didn't take us long to decide to build with Burbank, design and service certainly stands out. Well done Burbank! Katherine and Laura at North Harbour were amazing . Thankyou ladies.

The most disappointing experience of my life.
VICWe started building in 2021 with the promise we would be in our new home by Christmas that year. 3 Christmas's later and we are still not moving in.
The facade is not complete, interior tiling is half done, our ensuite vanity is damaged from sitting on the concrete slab for 6 months.
The interior painting is not finished, the back door brick work is not complete and the ensuite wall had to be rebuilt as it was not square.
The frame was left in the weather for so long that it bowed and had to be repaired before the building inspector would si

NSW / ACTWhilst some of the communication has been slow and we were misinformed on some variation requests about some sizing availability, things are progressing well. Looking forward to going to site.

Easy and personalised process
NSW / ACTOur experience with Burbank so far has been amazing. We selected Burbank due to their competitive pricing and construction quality of their homes. The initial sales consultant Ben was very helpful which was attributed to his excellent communication skills. Hayley and Bhagya took us through the selections and administrative stages and made what could be a stressful time a very smooth process! The great communication from all has provided us with great confidence we will be looked after. I recommend Burbank to others.

Selections process a breeze
SAWe just completed our selections with Burbank - what a wonderful process!
We had Cherie take us through our upgrades and standard inclusions and selected a few extras that were complimentary to our overall house without breaking the budget.
Cherie’s expertise and experience was high level and very informative when trying to picture how small elements will compliment bigger elements across the house as a whole.
We were very impressed with the process and cannot wait to see it come to life.

Terrible builder
VIC, MelbourneI have signed a single story building contract on October 2021 , unfortunately still not at the finishing stage. My mortgage has given the deadline but when I spoke to the builder they don’t even care about it ..please beware of this builder , don’t get trap in false promises.

VIC, MelbourneThe slab was poured more than one year and after 365 days our home is not even at lockup stage. I signed contract more than two years and my loan is expiring soon.There is no proper communication between site supervisor and new home coordinator. I spoken to builder and customer service they don’t even care about it .My contract is already finished and still waiting for lock stage.Builder is always giving false promises ,please beware.

beautiful house but still outstanding matters
SAhouse completed close to schedule but still outstanding maintenance issues some 6 months later.
Can appreciate it in relation to certain matters but a missing door handle and manhole cover should have been addressed immediately and still not remain outstanding

Incredible experience so far
NSW / ACTThis feedback based on how I have gone through with Burbank till the end of pre-construction stage.
Ben, Gemma, Hayley, Koko, they are all helpful, professional and attentive assisting me to manage this stage smoothly.
The other builder terrificly promised me but then dropped me terribly when I got all my paperwork with the bank ready for finance. I was struggled looking for alternative builders, they all said my proposed project was not feasible or profitable with that budget to build, I was so hopeless.

Questions & Answers
Is Sarking supplied to all your homes with tiled roofs dating as far back as?
More of a statement to burbank and wanting to see what excuse you can provide?
This is on an experiece we have seen from a build that started 2021 and is still not even suffiecently at lock up stage yet with alot of outstanding work to do and no time frame given as to when the house will be completed.
Burbank Management outside of the SS has given every excuse under the sun as to why this build is taking this long and can not give an honest ansewer being they are completely out of depth constructing double storey building in Regional Victoria.
Speaking with the SS, it seems they are completely out of their Depth aswell and that management just do not care about this build and have brought the area around where 1 house started at the same time and has been in a year where as another was build and completed in that year while this is still not even close to being finished.
Every excuse from Trades not responding and respecting SS, to not showing up, to shortages. All in all it just seems Burbank can't do it. And don't even get me started on 4 other double storey Burbank houses in the area. They are in the same state, which truly shows this company can not do anything.
So Burbank in a public forum, how can you address this:-
You have 4 builds in a town in Regional Vic, that are around lockup stage and you have failed to get them anywhere in 2 years?
How can you justify shortages when several houses and several Burbank single storey houses have come and gone in this time?
How do you deal with Sexism in your management when apparently tradies won't listen to Supervisors?
How can you reemploy tradies that have done the dodgiest of jobs on a house and yet are recontracted to do so, knowingly that they are the bottom of the barrel and say to customers you'll hire new trades?
How do you justify, in these times of finicial crazy, that a build that should of taken at most 9 months, given that other Builders in the area can do this for the same level and styling of house, that this and other builds are nearing 24 months?

There is no point providing that information to you. No matter whom i have spoken to, I get the same run around over and over again. Besides, I am sure you would be able to find out by doing something that Burbank is not capable of:- Legwork. So reach out to your Site Managers and your Managers and maybe then we can talk once you have been able to do some leg work. For now though the Nightmare continues.
Hey, we are having the same issues as you with Burbank. ABC News has already reported on Burbank. My family and I are really struggling because of the situation Burbank has placed us in. We are preparing some notes to send to ABC to investigate Burbank, would you be interested in joining us?
OMG they are a nightmare!! Weep holes and damp course, on a boundary wall, are below ground level on a sloping block. They wont release the specific engineers report to us. They had planned to turn up and fix it this week, pity we didn't know what they are going to do, apart from lay a pipe and connect it to our stormwater pipe. Let alone consult the neighbour whose land they need to be on for the fix. We now wait for a meeting to happen next week. ( next week at our request). What is to be gained by keeping the engineers report secret?? I have an email from one of their senior managers asking me to be mindful of the impact my posts have on their employees. Maybe if Burbank built the house, without the need to fix so many defects to start with there would be no mental health concerns for anyone!!
