Another fantastic clean from Calibre cleaning (again I'm late to posting). Baaska provided a brilliant end of lease clean back in October - she was patient and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough!

We urgently needed someone to assist with additional cleaning for a bond clean. The team were great with communication & attended promptly & did a great job! Will definitely be using them again!

immediately. The first scheduled clean had to be rescheduled because the cleaner failed to arrive at the prearranged time, despite my having planned my day around it. When the cleaning finally occurred, the work was acceptable at best, but consistently missed important details.

The most serious problem was discovering that furniture had been moved and property damaged while the cleaner was in my home and I was not present. Calibre deny responsibility for this, even though the damage occurred during their visit.

The cleaner then called in sick for an entire month, despite evidently knowing they had no intention of returning. Shortly afterwards, management informed me they would not continue providing the service, claiming that I had made their staff uncomfortable. I dispute this entirely. I requested any emails or text messages supporting their allegation, and none have been provided because none exist.

The damage to my property remains unresolved, and Calibre have now stopped responding to my attempts to follow up.

Avoid this business at all costs. This has been one of the most unprofessional service experiences I have ever encountered.

Always on time, reliable and thorough. They listen and adapt to feedback. Also, our cleaner is as quiet as a mouse, except when vacuuming, so you can work from home easily. Yesterday I had a fantastic cleaner come in and thoroughly clean the mold from my bathroom roof and walls, he did such a great job then proceeded to do the best clean of the bathroom and kitchen that I have had from any cleaner. I am very happy with this service, I highly recommend Calibre Cleaning and will be using them again myself.

However, Calibre Cleaning’s response to my feedback was immediate, professional, and genuinely helpful. They apologised straight away, didn’t charge me for the incomplete clean, waived the late cancellation fee, and promptly rebooked me with a new cleaner who did an excellent job.

No company is perfect, especially in a gig-based model, but how a business responds when things go wrong says a lot. In this case, Calibre Cleaning handled it quickly and respectfully, which restored my confidence in their service.

I'd honestly give them 4/5 stars, but they offered my $25 off my next clean for a 5/5 star review, so what was I supposed to do?!

months overdue, and since chasing payment, I have received no replies at all. This experience shows a lack of professionalism, communication, and integrity.

Freelancers and agencies should be extremely cautious about taking on work with this company. If you’re a customer considering their cleaning services, I would think twice.

financial loss. When they finally showed up, the cleaning was subpar and did not meet the agreed-upon standards. They had to return to complete the job, which was an inconvenience and further disrupted our schedule.

The customer service was equally disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to seek a resolution, I am still waiting for a satisfactory response. They offered a mere $50 discount on a botched job that cost me well over $1,000. This token gesture does not compensate for the poor service and the stress caused.

Looking at other reviews, it seems my experience is not unique.

Calibre Cleaning's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate service are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and seek out more reliable and customer-focused cleaning services.

their team also caused $1200 in damages to a marble bench top, which they refuse to refund me for as they don't believe it was caused by their company.

We have just started using Calibre cleaning and we are off to a great start. The communication with Calibre has been easier. Our house looked immaculate after the clean. We are booked in for a weekly service.

After trying another company, a friend recommended Calibre and we have not been disappointed. The communication has been great with the admin team and our cleaner, Baaska, and Baaska goes above and beyond to provide a great clean. We are very impressed.

The clean is good. Dusting could improve and don’t move things back to where they belong. Overall l am happy with the job done and would recommend them. They do listen and deal with your issues when you do have any. Javiera is fantastic.

Disgusting lack of customer resolution. Many other staff members were very professional but not the cleaners nor Jane from customer service. properly and you wont need 20 emails and 3 phone calls over 3 months just to be offered a discount voucher. Clean up your act! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CALIBRE.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! – SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT THEY DO NOT CLEAN ANYTHING, JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. I think all the 5 star reviews are fake. They were 3 hrs late and did not even have a steam cleaner with them! I have been completely ripped off here.

Horrible experience-do not recommend – The service I received was appalling. My apartment was in worse shape than when I left. It was covered in footprints, everything out was of place, surfaces were not cleaned off etc. I complained and tried to get a reclean or a refund. They said they would either clean my floors or give me a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund.

Poor management – This company take your booking but cancel at the last minute when they can’t find a cleaner. They should be upfront about availability so you can source somebody else if needed.
