VerifiedRemote is stuck in chinese language how do i change it to english

How do I change the language settings?

No, I will give them a call after the Easter public holidays. It has been perfect and has just started doing it, everything else works fine, it's just doesn't matter what program you are using or settings, it will just return to the zero gravity position. I have to hold the button down to return it to a sitting position to get out of it, as soon as you let the button go it returns to zero gravity position. It's only 12 months old and we love it so I'm hoping it's an easy fix.
I had to call the guys at cardio tech a while back about something and spoke to a guy called Hayden - 1300 135596 - he was very helpful and obliging. It was very reassuring to speak to a local.

It was working perfectly for 2 nights then my husband use it for 30mins then it started making a noise. Remote no longer working and not massaging anymore. Bought new and had it for 3 days. I hope its nothing serious

Is there a way to increase the intensity of the foot airbags and rollers on the chair? The one I have hardly squeezes your feet? Thanks

I have a h881 massage chair and had it for over a year. I'd like to know what it looks like under the chair as I would like to sit it on a platform dolly to easily move it to clean the floor or just change location. I am afraid the dolly that may be too small for it may damage the frame.

Accidently, don’t know how I did it but change the language on the remote from English to Chinese . How do I get it back to English ?
Hi Linda, When you Start the Chair, ( Turn on the Massage Chair ), Press and hold the Button of “Manual” for 3 Seconds. Then it should change the language. Some customers have tried a few different times until they worked out how long to hold it for but should all be fine from there. Hi i bought a t- zone massage 8-9 years ago and left it in garage for quite a while, test it today and machine seems still works, but the so called “genuine leather” starts peeling off everywhere and looks quite ugly now, it does not like genuine leather though. But i noticed those leather/faux leather had zips and seems being able to replace? Pls can u advise how i can buy a whole set of replacement leather cover etc so that i can strip the machine with new cover and new look? How much it cost to replace the leather look cover? Still like the chair if i can get it looks better. Thanks. - jade
Hi Jade. I would reccommend contacting Cardiotech directly to find out. I've always found them to have very good after sales service and even though the chair is well past it's original warranty period, they will be able to at least give you an indication if it can be repaired and the cost that may be involved.
I'd recommend taking some photos and emailing them through with your query, Also include the model number etc (can just include in the photos) which should be on the back lower part of the chair to info@cardiotech.com.au. Then follow up with a call after to 1300 13 55 96. Hope that helps. :-)
