Scott listened to what we wanted and made custom changes to plans and explained why he would not build certain house designs on our block due to its orientation. He gave valuable building advice that made a difference to the liveability of our home in summer and to our power costs.

Luke, our building supervisor, was exceptional. He was very professional but had a very approachable manner that made us feel that we could contact him to ask questions. He gave wonderful customer service during the whole build and made sure we were happy with the progress and quality. Cavalier have completed the maintenance section of the contract and really there were only very minor issues. and new that would make the perfect first home. A few weeks later we popped back to the display homes again to be greeted by Jordan and he told us about the “spring upgrade” promotion they had going. After chatting with Jordan we put a deposit down and locked in the deals.

Cavalier homes were so paitent and understanding when it came to us, because along the way we had a few problems with land titles and mortgage brokers. But nothing ever seemed to be to much of worry for them. Cavalier homes have there own broker and I highly recommend them! I can’t even explain how amazing they are.

During all the document stages and the behind the scenes work Courtney from the office did a fantastic job. She was never shy of communicating and informing us of what was happening next etc. Her high knowledge of colours during colour selection was great as we had no idea what to pick out of the overwhelming amount of things to look at.

Once we started building our site supervisor Luke was such an approachable person which made the process easy. He did a great job managing our house build and nothing would be an issue if we rang and wanted to chat to him about the build. In the final days of getting ready for hand over Luke and his team worked really hard to get the jobs finished so we could move in on the date selected which we highly appreciated.

We now have made our Cavalier home something we are proud of. With out all the help from everyone at Cacvalier homes this wouldn’t have happened.

This is a company with very approachable staff with great people skills. We were sat down with the owner during the planning process to go over the house design and made great recommendations that we went with. They genuinely care about the homes they're building and the people they're building for. The quality of all finishes was exceptional!!

Cavalier have an excellent process and it flows so smoothly. Absolutely everyone on the build and in the office knew their job to a tee.

Throughout the build, Courtney was our point of contact and she replied to all emails and phone calls within hours throughout the build (we love you Courtney!). Our site manager Luke (Legend Luke) was extremely helpful, was always happy to drive to Echuca to take us through the house. He was extremely fastidious when it came to the finishes in the house. This guy has an eye for detail!

We found that Cavalier are very picky as to the tradespersons they hire. Every tradie I spoke to spoke extremely highly of Cavalier Homes and made special mention of how well organized the build process was from their perspective.

We were so thrilled with the house that we offered it to them for an open day before hand over to say thanks for their amazing effort and show Echuca residents what they were missing out on.

was finally ready and building commenced, it was a quick and efficient build with no hiccups along the way. My slab was poured on August 29th 2014, and i was moved in by December 16th 2014, so a little over 3 and 1/2 months construction time.

The whole process throughout was proffessional, from the advice i received on colour selection, through to the thoroughness of the building process. Also, everything that Cavalier Homes said they were going to do, they did. And no corners were cut throughout the whole process. I was asked by Courtney if there was any maintenance i required on the home after 3 months from moving in, however I failed to find anything that required attention.

I will more than likely build again in the future, and i would most definitely build with Cavalier Homes again. I highly reccommend Cavalier Homes to friends, family or anyone i know looking to build.

Now my brother is even building a house with them, and has also enjoyed every part of the journey so far.

measurements on the plan with the actual rooms in the display home, visiting a part built home to show us what the rooms would actually look like. We altered our plans to suit our exact needs, and the sales rep helped to redesign some aspects so we would get the most out of each space.

The staff based at the office couldn't do enough for us and bent over backwards to accommodate all our needs throughout the build. The communication was exceptional with emails, photos, and phone calls to update us on the build. We found the colour consultation process to be far less stressful than we had imagined. The advice was of an expert level and we wouldn't have the home we do without the advice we got. All of our queries (which was a lot!) were also answered promptly and thoroughly. Because of this we always knew where we stood, and they delivered on absolutely everything they said they would.

The standard of work on our home was of a very high quality. We provided feedback throughout the build about how impressed we were with their tradies and their work. The site was always kept very clean and tidy, they worked very quickly and in some cases on weekends. Even though the house was going up quickly, there was never a doubt in our mind with regards to the quality.

We didn't upgrade many things for the build, but our home has turned out to be absolutely stunning. Our family and friends continuously comment on the quality and value for money we received from Cavalier Homes Goulburn Valley. It feels like we are living at a hotel/resort. We can walk into our home and see exactly what we had imagined it to look like.

my husband and I. Our slab was poured in February and the house was ready for us to move in by end of June. We had a few small maintenance issues which were beyond the builders control in the early months but these were dealt with promptly and sorted out - no dramas at all. The process from start to finish was a good one and the whole Cavalier team should be congratulated as they really do out of there way to ensure the build runs smoothly and on time.
