Champion Homes as a builder and I am more than confident that it will do everything it can to meet client needs. It certainly did this for me and it did so despite the challenges posed by the Covid problem and rising market building costs. Champion's management and building team was always keen to accommodate and address in an appropriate and fair manner any concerns that I had during the building period and afterwards. I am delighted to report that post-completion issues were negligible and addressed by Champion Homes in a willing and professional manner. Overall, my experience and relationship with Champion Homes can be readily described as being excellent, enjoyable and even outstanding. Finally, it would be remiss of me not to point out that Morgan Notley was the initial inspiration for this experience and relationship taking the trajectory that it did and maintained during the entirety of the project.

run a carpentry business I do work for most if not all project home builders and I signed with Champion Homes.

Why ?

The quality from multiple job's I have walked through in Marsden Park and other new development's I was doing work on neighbouring houses I decide to have a sticky beak the houses are genuinely built better ( a lot better than other builders not to name any particularly).

It's the little things no chip outs on the check outs on the door like most people don't notice but the fit outs are actually quite good, consistent and quality materials

The standard inclusions obviously have to be realistic being a project home but compared to other's its not just the most basic and the most cheap and nasty materials.

All in all I know what the reviews say I was in panic after I signed cause I read here but give them a chance and go with your gut at the end of the day Champion Homes makes you feel like they want your business and are willing to help out where they can.

Would never recommend – Started my build process (a single mother of three children) with Champion homes about two years ago and went as far as to give a tender amount of about of 11k. Thankfully i was paying installments so that is all i lost to them. I questioned this with my sales person. I was then asked to return at another time to continue the appointment. At this point i asked for my money back and was refused. At the second appointment, [Name Removed] was there with his his supervisor (an English man) who refused to sit down the entire meeting and spoke at me quite aggressively. I was told that i would not receive my deposit back, despite my plea that as a single parent, this took me many years to save, and was told that instead if i did not walk away they would chase me for the second installment owed to them for the tender. The entire process was emotionally and financially traumatic, and they used bullying tactics to get me to give up, which out of fear, I did. They are not trustworthy and i would not recommend them to anyone building. I have also been contacted by other people this has happened too with this company.

I have since built with Clarendon Homes and could not be happier with my experience. Fully recommend.

include; he took us to a land plot in the pouring rain (most places we went to gave us the address and told us to view ourselves), picked up the phone to answer our many questions even post sale, if he didn't know the answer he took the initiative to escalate and come back to us quickly (this was vital given the strict timeframes with land contracts), and gave us good and sound advice. The process felt not at all transactional which is the experience we hoped for given we are so new to this. We wish Laurent was our main contact through the whole process and we are yet to have a similar experience to date.

Quick and informative – I'm in the pre-construction stage. The Design Consultant was great at informing me of the process and costs; he's appreciatively patient in going through every part in the contract and tender before signing. Good architecture plan and friendly staffs – We have been searching for the right home builder for year to breakdown and rebuilt duplex on a small 50 feet front trapezoidal land. We have signed our contract on 28 Nov 2022. Facing us are the followings Champion Homes jobs: 1.Prepare document for DA application to Council (min 6 weeks as stated in tender). 2.Lodge DA application on council web site. 3.Council ensure all documents are submitted and assign officer to assess the application within 1 week. 4.Council update the progress in 4 weeks. 5.Council eventually approve the DA. 6.Council approve Construction Certificate.

There is a long way to go before reaching construction stage. Timing is critical and is related to the experience and expertise of the builder and council officers' decisions. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a successful DA and start construction ASAP.

Not trust worthy – Actually we didn't go further steps after the tender deposit. They have received the Tender deposit and returned to us. Might be, some one offered more. As a genuine builder , they would not do that or they would let us know that before get the deposit.so, looks they are not transparent and trust worthy. Show details
