contacted the company and was repeatedly told that they would speak to the manager and get back to me. That never happened. I called again and again — more than 10 times — and received the same empty promises with absolutely no follow-up or accountability.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with any service company. A warranty means nothing if the company refuses to honour it. While they may appear slightly cheaper than competitors, the level of service and commitment is far below acceptable standards. Saving a few dollars is simply not worth the frustration, wasted time, and poor customer service.

I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Booked cleaning for 11am on a Friday. Got a message at 12:18pm saying the guy would be 45min to an hour. Texted at 1:45pm “where are you” - no answer. 1:56pm cancelled. 2:02pm got a message “can come now”

9am. This morning, after 9am, the technician called and asked me to send photos of the tiles to determine which chemicals to bring. After reviewing the photos, he claimed the tiles were gloss and would need to be cleaned by hand, doubling the original quoted price. I explained they were ceramic tiles suitable for steam cleaning, but he insisted on the manual method and higher cost. This has wasted two days of my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. When I contacted them to raise my concerns, I received either delayed or no response at all. They advertise a bond-back guarantee, but clearly do not stand behind it. I ended up having to re-clean many areas myself.

beaten up station wagon and carried in a cleaner that looked like he had just picked up at your local Bunnings, I should have pulled the pin.

After the gentleman finished ‘cleaning’ my lounge room carpet he told me that it should be dry in about 2 or 3 hours (it was a warm day) and to leave the doors and windows open, which I did. That evening, 8 hours later, the carpet was still sopping wet. I left the carpet free of furniture and left all windows open for 3 days. The carpet eventually dryed however, started to smell real bad. It appears that too much water had been used/not removed properly which resulted in damaging the underlay. It’s now a perfect environment for bacteria and fungi to grow and with 4 young children, it’s far from ideal. It’s unpleasant to walk into the house now and don’t even think about sitting in the lounge room due to the god awful smell.

All I can get out of their appalling customer service team is ‘sorry for your inconvenience. We will investigate and a manger will call before the end of the day.’ Thank goodness I didn’t hold my breath!

whether I should clean the dust off the porch before he begins because I didn't want the back of my rugs get dusty. He said it would be fine and the back would be clean.

He qouted me for a 9sqm rug, a 6sqm rug, a 1sqm rug and two 2.5sqm runners. I decided that his method would damage my 9sqm rug so both of us agreed to keep that out. He still charged me the full amount. Although not expensive.

He left 4x wet rugs with dirty backing on my porch when he said he was done.

I paid him but now have to get my rugs cleaned byva professional. Or find time to hire a bunnings machine and at least do another clean by myself.

Complete rip off, to be honest. Despite what he claims at the time of booking, he did not issue a receipt either. Do not go by his advice and do not assume this is an honest business.

He was extremely rude and used vulgar language, completely unprovoked, and even refused to come for the service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid using their services.

They may be "cheap," but they come with 10 times the headache. Their attitude is unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright appalling. If you look at their previous reviews, many people have also mentioned that their cleaning is subpar. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this company. They are NOT worth the stress.

carpet cleaning detergent he was using and I asked to see the detergent. He couldn't show me any!! It appears he was only using water!!! I said I wasn't happy to pay him. He then gave me a sob-story that he would be in trouble with the company if I didn't pay him. The carpet seemed to be extra wet and on top of this, the guy hadn't turned the machine's tap off properly and about 1-2 litres of water slopped onto the carpet. I asked him to clean up this area, he said he would. He then asked me to give him a second chance and that he would do the carpet so it was really clean, to do this he said he would flood the carpet with water and this would make the carpet really fluffy and light. I said no, I didn't want him to do anything further to my carpet, only to extract the water which he had spilt, which he didn't. He packed up the machine and left. I sent text messages to this person stating if my carpet ended up mouldy from the spilt water I would take him to court. I attempted to ring the "company" unsuccessfully, and when I did speak with someone they said no work was done and that the booking was cancelled as I didn't accept the quote. I was able to hire a carpet cleaner from Bunnings to soak up the water (and I cleaned the carpets myself). I will be reporting this business to Fair Trading and leaving reviews where I can.

I cancelled them as I found their customer service poorly and non existence. Their response was fine no problem.
