shipping notification. Contacting them is an absolute nightmare and as I am in a rural remote location my phone service is not reliable. No Email address, No place to ask about an order... absolutely nothing. I finally found an email address not for orders, but hey anything was better than nothing. You can't tell them what the problem is and you receive a non replyable email telling you what your case number is? Case for what they don't even know what the issue is. Then nothing..... absolutely nothing....... no contact....... nothing? I have tried several avenues all with NO REPLY! I keep getting emails about my script on file and yet I haven't received the first one. It is now 16th June 2026 and I still have no order, perscription or items I now urgently require. They took my money and failed to deliver the goods? I am presuming my only option is ACCC if they won't speak to me? Never ever again will I be put in this position of such poor customer service and even poor supply of goods ordered and paid for weeks and weeks ago!

product todays morning. Received an email from them in the afternoon saying the product is out of stock and asked us to order something else up to the value or would refund the credit back to the gift card.
We just checked the website now and it is still available to order. Thats a fault advertisement. We dont want other product. And now we're struck with the gift card that we are not sure when we are going to use. We feel scammed to pay money for the gift card and there is no product to offer.
No more business with Chemist warehouse and will raise this with fair trading nsw.

seeing hair shampoo and conditioner and even detox soap, this not even the same the amount I payed. The delivery cost was too high but unsatisfied with the items I received. I got traumatized and felt being scammed to what I got. It was double the embarrassment since I ordered it for my friend which I will bring abroad. I was very upset. Still waiting for their line to open. I called like 5mins before closing and the guy told me just call tomorrow since we are closing. Wow. I will not call in the first place If they do their packaging very careful. As if I owe them too much time while the time I need to spend to get in touch with them and ask to what I payed was nothing? return for vitamin and they do not recommend Customer to buy bulk for vitamin supplement but In their availability we can buy up to 20 unit in each vitamin . Now blaming the Customer for buying too much. The customer service woman told me that they can sell any vitamin supplement as long as they have more than one month expiry date. I bought a 500-tablet bottle of Fish Oil on April 29th online but it expires in December 2026. Even if I follow the maximum dosage (2 pills a day), it's impossible to finish the bottle before it expires. The store is clearly clearing out old stock without considering consumers. My previous purchase of the same product( bought march 2025 ) had a much longer shelf life. Be very careful and check the date before you buy from this Nowra branch!"
We ordered $74.15 cosmetics products online and after payment it was showing some of the product was out of stock. Later, I didn’t get any product and the amount was also not refunded.

got a significant cashback with my order. What happened after feels like a scam.
Turns out one of my items was claimed to be not in stock and they require me to either refund the item or cancel the order. Both ways i will not get my cashback as shopback/topcashback does not honour any cashbacks if the total of the order is changed.
when i spoke to the click and collect store, they said they are unable to do anything due to system limitations, even though i told them i was happy to wait for it to get back in stock. The item is still showing as in stock for the lane cove store right now - however they refuse to fulfil my order due to i guess, system limitations - This is according to Nuri from Lane Cove.
The worst part about this is when i spoke to Tegan from customer service, she said she will fix this for me and i can collect the rest of the items shortly but upon calling for an update with the store 2 weeks later, it is still waiting for 21 days to cancel it automatically.
It seems tegan was trying to just mark the customer service call as resolved and took me for a ride, when i was here waiting for the last 2 weeks, trusting her.
The latest update to the online ordering system is the worst EVER. After adding your products, select "click and collect" and choose the store that has all the products in stock. seller. Another Ebay seller has them for $65. I now feel cheated. Who sets the Half Price/full pricing? Is it all a gimmick? Not sure that I will ever shop with CW again. I have sent a message to them, they responded saying they received my email, but heard nothing from them. NOT a happy customer. I now will see if they genuinely price match.
Never received my items. Australia post claim they put a different address on the label. actually pressed cancel. That night I check my bank statement and what I purchased and the items I received don’t match. Sure enough I purchased one item 4x but received one item! Called store, the manager was super rude from Crestmead told me she can’t call my bank (i never asked her too) she told me I spoke with you this morning! Ummm you certainly did not speak with me. Would not let me talk she spoke over the top I told her let me explain (she told me to stop yelling) I wasn’t yelling! She told me I had to drive back to the store show my bank statements etc I told her I would not be running around for a mistake that is certainly not mine and it was o.k for cw to take my $$$ and expect me to run around. She did not once ask to email my original invoice or my order details in the customer portal. Tbh she had an attitude of I’m always right and like I was trying to get free items! Lodged a complaint with cw. Lodged a dispute for order and not once did I hear from cw checked my bank refund of missing 3 items was processed back to me!!!
Another order 4 days later, picked up and item missing! What cw had on screen was not what I had ordered and paid for. It seems if you order multiple items the store has it as 1 so another order dispute raised for a refund again! The lady in store actually showed me on her screen what the order looked like. Do better cw all these updates to your website have caused nothing but issues for customers!!
What a nightmare. The system will take your order then take you all the way to final payment then reject you over and over again stating they don't have that stock. Eventually you will repeat this over and over again until you have around 30% of your order and it is a waste of time placing it online, you might as well go and shop it. It didn't use to be like this but now, the system has collapsed.

delivery address had been used. Between to-ing and fro-ing between the PO and CW, I did NOT receive any package, apology or compensation. Always check your details before the final button. If you have form of trouble when ordering on line, just DESIST and buy elsewhere. That will save you a lot of hassle and your money!

Entered my escript on their website on Wednesday, rang my local store to collect on Saturday as I hadn't heard from them was told the store never received my script. I now have to wait until Monday as the store doesn't carry stock, in the meantime I have run out of my medicine and are feeling the effects of sudden withdrawal!!!
Follow-up · I was contacted several days later after placing my review on their contact email and was advised that each store received online orders by various methods and it would pay for me to actually go to the store personally to ensure it was filled as they couldn't guarantee that each store would receive all online orders placed by the public. somewhere in the supply chain to collect it after it's been RTS'd. I correctly enter my details each time, confirm it, and it's my billing address too. Each time I raise a ticket with customer service and so far, no one has ever responded to me. It's a joke. FIX THIS.

I understand stock issues can happen, but cancelling customer orders without notice — especially during a sale — is extremely frustrating and poor customer service. Better communication and support for customers is needed.

Their online system is a nightmare. I have 6 scripts with them and they sent me a reminder to reorder. This has proved impossible as they say they need a script although they have them on their records. I have tried their helpline but no reply.

Ordered a considerable number of items approx 15 online. The next morning received an email saying order was cancelled with no explanation. Lodged an online enquiry with no response. I ordered online, and one item was missing from my delivery. I emailed to query and have been instructed to call the store directly, it's not their problem.
