Don’t trust Chemist Warehouse fragrances
I purchased an expensive niche Parfum only to discover that the fragrance does not last and seems counterfeit.
After several calls and emails, including approaching NSW Fair Trading, Chemist Warehouse refuse to do anything. They don’t respond to emails either.
Don’t support this company. Better prices don’t always mean that the product is genuine.
Wrong item sent, was asked to send back at my expense!!
I ordered a few items, amongst them 2 items did not arrive and 1 item I didn’t order arrived. I contacted them via email and was asked to send the wrong item back at my expense!!
Don't buy online - you'll get products with short expiry dates
I ordered online 5 packs of health supplements and all of them had expiry dates below 3 months. One of them expires in 2 weeks.
Looks like Chemist Warehouse offloads such products to unsuspecting online customers. If I buy in other stores, the expiry date will be > 12 months.
When I complained, they said I'll need to talk to the store - the corporate office wants nothing to do with it.
Item collected but when I get home found it's been intentionally opened.

Made online enquiry for price of an ointment
Found products cheaper on other sites despite advertised discount
No problem with that , however since the enquiry
have been bombarded with flashing ads
that just do not respond to requests to STOP SEEING THIS AD

I bought Elevit pregnancy multi-vitamin online to save a journey to the shop because of lockdown.
At the time I received it, the product has only got 6 months left out of 28 months shelf life before the expiry date. I wasn't happy because it will virtually leave my wife no time to finish it as she is still having another pack.
I spoke to their customer service over the phone, they have initially said they can issue me a return label, they then asked me to pop in one of their shops to swap a newer one, which I did. With no success, as all the ...two shops I visited got the same product with the same expiry date. I rang the customer service again, they then changed their tone, and refused to refund or exchange because of policy. I said to them, if I knew the expiry date, I wouldn't buy it. But because I bought it online, I lost the chance to know the expiry date and now even lost the opportunity to return the product I didn't like! The attitude, the policy and the level of customer service are rather disappointing! Will not shop with them again, a company with no respect to the customers, you will lost them.
I've used their online service a few times and have no problems with that as far as it goes. BUT! They ignore your requests to NOT add you to their (daily!) email mailouts and they often ignore your request to be taken off the list. I placed an order on 29 April. I removed the tick from the box "send me your emails" (and kept a screenshot as proof) After getting an email 30 April I requested removal. Didn't work. Requested again a week later. Didn't work. Daily emails from then until today. Today I've requested removal for a 3rd time. And have ...reported them to ACMA for Spamming. TL:DR: Great prices, reasonable service, but be prepared to be flooded with daily spam emails for the rest of time (even after asking them to stop.) if you place an order.

I ordered a product that you can't get in the UK. It arrived in just a week, well packed, and the price was so good that it didn't cost me anymore than ordering the equivalent here. Will definitely use again.

Terrible service from their head office support staff
Never bothered submitting online reviews before but I've never received as terrible service as I did today. The complaints form on the Chemist Warehouse website is useless. 1 month later and I have not been reimbursed for an item I was overcharged for. I email back asking why nothing had happened yet and I am told to contact the store directly myself. If that's what customers need to do in order to make a complaint and receive a refund then take down your online feedback form as it has no use. I did not want to discuss my complaint with another...representative due to my experience via email thus far. Calling and politely asking to speak to a supervisor or manager to discuss your complaint gets you hung up on. I would have never done this when I worked at a call centre. [Name Removed] and her manager [Name Removed] both gave me terrible service. [Name Removed] was very uninterested in understanding my frustration and did not handle it with the professionalism I expected. No words of understanding or acknowledgement that my issue had not been handled adequately via email or phone. "[Name Removed] would have just been able to do what I have done." What a way to turn you off a brand. I won't be making any more purchases at Chemist Warehouse.

Firstly i wish i could give a ZERO STAR but can't.
The reason was they will sent you the item with nearly reach the expired date, what i am saying is 1 and a half month to the expired, which is 'just fit' with their policy 'Our policy is to supply products with at least 1 month Expiry beyond the normal expected time' that's what their policy said.
Is acceptable when if you give me the product while i can finished it on time, but i bought 3 and each of it is 60 capsule, me and my spouse were only 2 people, and we can only consume 1 capsule da...ily, let's said our GP told us we can consume 2 capsule daily, how do we suppose to finished 3 on time? And with the policy said 'We do not recommend ordering any more than 6 months supply of any product', i was wondering are we order 3 bottle of the supplement 60 capsule each is more than 6 month? So, i am here to said i am truly disappointed about what they do for this, i will also escalate to more serious matter with them, even the customer service in both side email and phone the didn't replied any of mine email and phone call.
Sold a product they didn’t have and charged for it
I purchased a perfume online for $115. My order went through and I was given a tracking g number. My cc was also debited.
2 days after tracking my order it was still showing as “processing order”.
I re dived an email telling me they couldn’t fulfill the order. I complained to them as it was for a present - I ordered 100ml and suggested they provide 2 x50ml bottles for the same price.
Never heard back from them. I received a refit of my $115.
Goi g onto their website 5 days later they still are selling the perfume ( which they clearly don’t have).

Did not receive my delivery, I chased up customer service who advised that I needed to keep chasing Aust post. I paid for the product and the delivery service of their choice and it is a month later and I have nothing.

I recently had a skin reaction issue with a face cream I purchased (Dr Lewins), Chemist Warehouse were amazing when I enquired about return or exchanging (it was worth $60 so I was against losing this kind of money), they gave me a store credit voucher so I could pop online & buy different cream. I didn’t even have to return the horrible face cream (it ended up in the bin), ordered my new face cream & it arrived without delay a few days later. First issue ever with a product like this so it was the first time I had to seek help from their customer service, very impressed.
14 days and counting
Ordered online March 31st. Still not shipment. Hell it hasn't even been lodged yet. Customer service is shocking first to say that there was delays now they just ghost and don't respond entirely. Meanwhile I'm down nearly $200 and nothing to show for it. Will file with bank to get my money back shortly as this is a joke. It feels like fraud.
Do not recommend buying from these guys atleast not their online website anyway. Very disappointing. If I could give it zero stars I would
Item still not delivered 13 days after placing an order
Still not received my order 13 days and counting. Attempted to contact via their website to request help and only response was to send me a survey. Finally after 13 days I have called them on their 1300 number and was advised that they could not help and blamed Australia Post and told me I would have to chase it up with them. Fact the parcel was not even processed for 5 days. Don't buy online from these guys they don't care! And I was told that if I no longer wanted it I could return it at my own expense.

Very bad experience.
I did not receive my parcel. Chemist warehouse insists on that parcel was delivered to me.
I lived at Wantirna, from tracking number it delivered to Wantirna South.
I will not shop online again.
Chemist warehouse is hopeless.
The customer service is the worst.
