The workers at sefton park all seriously need some customer service training. The chemists make you wait a long time when picking up your script even after you ring the bell. And the new sales staff are really rude and unhelpful now. One wouldnt help out because she was too busy chatting to her friends.

A CWH where you might catch a disease, while waiting, waiting and more waiting for your prescription to be filled!!!
Dirty unkept store, broom mop in full customer view in dispensary. Limited stock. Tacky “DO NOT” handwritten notices. Filthy floors.
Although bigger, the range seems smaller.
Hard to get someone to help.
However, your amazing Customer Service Person, Amanda, "appeared", just as I was about to give up on finding what I wanted. Amanda is the BEST customer service person EVER.
The service for this test back to NEW ZEALAND was outstanding. Quick efficient and with good banter and Humour. Such a change in this day and age . Keep it up.

Today went to Chemist Warehouse Westfield Hurstville to do my flu jab. The lady Amy Yun Yee Man was so professional in her job explaining the dosage and the expiry date of the vaccine. She opened up the needle and showing the vaccine bottle in front of me. She has a pleasant manner and a great customer service. Highly recommend to do flu/covid jabs with her.

The incompetent pharmacist at chemist warehouse mango hill screws up my prescriptions every time.
Missing three heart medications this time.
Complaining to chemist warehouse is pointless.
They do nothing.

Emailed an eScript to be dispensed. Phoned and explained I needed the emailed eScript dispensed and that my partner would pick up the medication as I could not walk. Partner arrives at Cheltenham CW to be told no eScript here. I called and said the emailed eScript did not bounce and was received at 9.30 am. Pharmacist confirmed the eScript was not dispensed. I asked why not and was told it was missed. Pharmacist dispensed it and partner made another trip to pick up the medication. Inefficient and frustrating when told by pharmacy staff no eScript here.
On easter Sunday I walked into Campbelltown CW to buy a few lipsticks. They have testers so I grabbed a few to try on but one of them wasn't a tester. It has been opened many times by different people and the plastic seal was broken. Unfortunately I didn't check it I tried on it as I thought it was a tester as it was mixed with other testers.
The security saw I tried it and come to press me to pay for it. She also called the store manager to press me together to buy this faulty, contaminated lipstick which I didn't open myself but I accidentl...
Read morey mistakenly tried it on. I refused to pay in the first place and tried to explain it to them but was just got more hostiles back. So eventually I was been forced to buy it as I started to feel sacred and anxious that they do not allow me to leave the shop. So on Easter Sunday I made the effort to go to Chemist warehouse, instead of buying three or four lipsticks, I was forced to pay a faulty, used and contaminated lipstick and get lots of stress from the terrible customer service because someone else didn't acting ethically. I wasn't careful enough so they find me to pay for others unethical behavior. I was very unhappy and felt been treated unfairly. What's more, the manager said he couldn't understand my explanation and having trouble to communicate with me. I am from Asian. This is the first time I heard someone saying this to me and I have been living in Sydney for more than 10 years. Why do they choose someone to be a manager who couldn't communicate over issues ? or it is just another trick they try to play over customers from ethnical minority background, while he was from ethnical minority background too. Overall, this is the worst shopping experiences I have had. I really wish I could get over it I am not go back there ever again. There are so many different places to buying make ups with similar price, or a few dollars more, but I could receive decent customer service. Why should I deal with them and pay to get abused ? Thanks for reading.- 4 reviews

Bad service, condescending and terrible attitudes for a modern day corporate company
I have been using the same store for many years. The service is slow and their refund policies are much like people who dont want to follow consumer laws of Australia. I bought a piece of equipment(blood pressure monitor) that was faulty. Took it home and returned it one hour later after I found that the device was faulty. They refused to refund my money or give me a replacement and wanted to send it away to the factory and then get back to me. I demanded a refund but they behaved like a small rip off company at every level. They even did n...
Read moreot trust my reason and called the head Chemist to verify my complaint and found exactly the same fault really terrible condescending and rude. Like I was trying to rip them off with a item that was faulty and returned in 1 hour. They tried to say I " changed my mind" despite showing them the fault. Then the other issue I have is with their poorly trained student chemists who frequently refuse to sell me behind the counter medicine like I AM a DRUG ADDICT. The way they interrogate you in front of other customers with no regard for privacy about discussing your medical conditions. When a Doctor suggests a behind the counter medication that does not need a script, the last thing that you need is a stupid childish chemist who deals in petty racism and stereotypes to refuse you medicine. What makes me angry is that I suffer from allergies and eczema that sometimes requires using things like Antihistamines and despite giving them scripts to fill clearly demonstrating a history with the heavy use of Cortisone creams, cortisone tables and other dermatological medications all on script these poorly educated students chemists cant seem to add 1 and 1 together to come up with an answer that hey " this person needs this medications he has history" I can rattle off the medications that I use and explain all the side effects but these poorly trained chemists are trained in value judgements not based on their supposed highly educated career but trade in naïve "war on drugs mentality" that combines with making judgements of how people look, their race and by automatically assuming that everyone who asks for behind the counter medication is a drug abuser. Never once was I asked for a ID or Medicare card which i would have provided to obtain the medications.Find out how Chemist Warehouse Physical Store compares to other Chemists

This is an organisation that is prepared to miss out on the sale of a $174 medical device because they have no ability to issue a Tax Invoice with a persons name on it. What kind of organisation in this day and age cannot issue a simple tax invoice. Their loss, I am sure others will be happy to do business. Last visit to a Chemist Warehouse for me.
The Turramurra store was once efficiently run. Now waiting time is 40 minutes from the time you walk in and walk out.
