regarding neck, shoulder and elbow pain as well as numbness within 60 days of purchase concerned the mattress was faulty. I was told our bodies need to get used to the mattress and to rotate the mattress which I was already doing. Told to get a further pillow top cover which I did but to no relief. We even bought new cheaper pillows. Both my wife and I are still suffering pain daily from this mattress. The only reason we have continued to persevere to sleep on this mattress is because of the expensive outlay we have paid. Sales have not been forthcoming or helpful. Quick to take the money but no after sales support. We missed the 100 night trial because we were overseas on a holiday but returned on day 108 only to be told that the 100 night offer had elapsed. We still raised concerns about the mattress being faulty. It was on holidays that we realised how bad our YINAHLA PREMIER LUXE QUEEN MATTRESS really was. We have holidayed in many cabins at caravan parks and hotels since buying the Yinahla and even the cheap old mattress in the cabins were more comfortable and pain free than the expensive Yinahla. Please note, our previous mattress was great. We had no pain and it lasted 15 years before we thought to upgrade or downgrade as it appears we did. Neither my wife or I have ever had any neck, shoulder, elbow pain or numbness prior to this mattress.

Things escalated recently after developing Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I needed to start sleeping as much as possible on my sides. The firm mattress we were currently on was not allowing shoulders and hips to sink in enough and giving a lot of trouble adapting to CPAP therapy. I started looking for something that would let the bumpy bits sink in a little, but still truly offer the spinal support we both needed. Although somewhat disillusioned with the mattress industry, I took a punt after reviewing the Chiropedic Yinahla Classic Comfort and pulled the trigger in desperation, to improve our declining sleep quality.

From the first night on this mattress, my wife and I have been happy happy, happy!

I am finally experiencing all the things promised by mattress marketing! This mattress is quite incredible. Soft yet firm. You can sleep in any position for hours straight without discomfort due to the mattress. We immediately noticed it is cooler than previous mattresses we have had, firmer at the edges for sitting, softer on top, but still very supportive down deep. I keep very detailed CPAP machine data, the CPAP devices record every breathing metric throughout the night. When in deep sleep stages, all these metrics level out and a very accurate deep sleep estimation can be made. My data immediately showed that my sleep quality and length of deep sleep improved dramatically.

Like the title of my review states, can't say enough good things about this great Aussie product and the company behind it.

A horrific warranty experience – I would give an 0 star rating if I could. uncomfortable and my husband refused to sleep on it. After filling out a form and sending photos I was informed that the slat type I was using wasn’t recommended and voided the warranty. (I was told these terms were in the website - I bought it instore and didn’t visit the website). No terms and conditions were explained to me at the time of purchase but they agreed to look at it with hesitation only after I had the mattress sanitised at my own cost! (also not a term explained to me). I went to consumer affairs and they told me I shouldn’t be out of pocket as I should be covered by the consumer guarantee. We agreed that they would reimburse me the cost later but they then expected me to take a day off work for the mattress to be collected as they couldn’t give a time and wouldn’t help with a weekend collection. After months of stress and frustration I decided to get rid of the mattress and buy a new one from a different company who actually honours their warranties, puts customer satisfaction first and without a negative impact on the customer experience. Other mattress warranties do not have so many loopholes so I strongly suggest you avoid this business at all costs.

One of the best available in market – If you have back issues and need a well supporting mattress long lasting, look no further. I recently bought my 4th Chiropedic mattress recently, that's in last 12 years. Now all my mattress at home are Chiropedic. Once you find long lasting quality, it's hard to turn back. Indeed the best firm mattress and provides excellent support for your back. All others I have bought in the past are still going strong for the last 10 years.

Build: extremely good quality Range: have a wide range you can choose from as per your suitability. Lifespan: The first I bought around 12 years ago is still going as almost new. No sagging, no softening, no issues. The latest I bought comes with 15 years guarantee and I can trust it probably will last this long.

They are on little expensive side but are way better quality than cheaper available mattresses. Look for their sale which is quite often and you get 30-50% discounts. After discounts, they are well priced.

Highly recommended.

get into their bed and have the best night sleep. Excellent service and they often have sales. Also interstate postage was fast. I cannot fault these mattresses.

Very professional with a team approach – I recently purchased the Yinhala Latex mattress. Horrible returns process – Firstly it’s hidden in the small print of “100 night trial” for one pillow only. Seriously who buys only one pillow. 1 1/2 hrs on the phone to attempt to talk to someone about the return process. You need to organise the return postage yourself which cost $55. Best to go with mattress in a box retailers who are used to providing exceptional online services.

Mattress sold to me in store, I paid whole amount and on same day product was not available – When i came to store next day, product does not even exist in any stock. So this is horrible to know that you buy a mattress and you need somewhere to sleep and then store sells to get the money, but do not have the product. Have been sleeping in friends houses and should have sent the bill for hotels but i did not. Money will be refunded only… Read more

Terrible stinks of glue made us sick – We bought a queen mattress and it stinks of glue/chemicals.we have suffered nausea and headaches we tried airing to no avail. IWANT A FULL REFUND and someone to.collect

Chiropedic Trundle Roll-Out – Currently loving the Chiropedic trundle roll-out, So convenient being able to use when needed and roll back under to make use of the floor space. Amazing mattresss – We purchased the eco kids mattress and have been thrilled with our purchase! Due to my child's asthma, we didnt want any nasties in a mattress, so this one just ticked all the right boxes for us. Quality comfortable mattresses – We purchased a Chiropedic mattress 25 years ago and it was a great mattress and whenever we had house sitters they would often ask about the mattress because it was so comfortable. We replaced it with Yinahla Premier Luxe and it is also great. We also purchased 2 Allay mattresses for our kids and one picked one which was too firm and to a softer one under the 100 day trial. Show details ·  1

Great products that don't work together – Bed base, bed head and brackets were nice. However, once receiving found there wasn't a way to mount the bed head to the bed base with the purchased brackets from Chiropedic. After contacting them they only sent information that would probably work on their lumia base but not bed base. Comfortable mattress at a good price – After 8 months of poor sleep from uncomfortable mattress’s I’ve finally had a good nights sleep thanks to my new mattress! price. Also when unpacked it was damp and smelt like carpet cleaner, I contacted the live chat and was advised that it’s a treatment and it happens because it’s packed straight after manufacturing. I was advised to sun the mattress or put a heater on which wasn’t really practical on a rainy day with 95% humidity so I used a hairdryer instead which did the trick.

Bed all sorted before Christmas – Arun at the Hoppers Crossing store made my over the phone purchase very easy. I had tried to purchase online but it rejected my post code which confused me as I only live in Leopold, just out of Geelong.
