treat customers on drug maintenance programs like they're a waste of time and effort. They even took the time out to make sure I was ok when my mental health wasn't at its best - talking to me about what had been happening, how I was feeling, etc. - and made sure I got the help I really needed. Thanks to them, I was able to get back onto my (much needed) medication. They knew me well enough to see the signs that I clearly did not, and that really showed me how much they care for their customers. If I could rate them higher, I definitely would!

Very expensive – They should change their name from discount chemist. I recently bought Ciprofloxacin ear drops for my daughter and pad $45 , then I checked with different chemists it's only cost $30. $15 difference just for one prescription. That's really bad. How people can survive if they get sick if they don't have any pharmacist that sell medicines on normal price. Terrible

Be careful when refunding credit card purchase – Bought item then instantly found it cheaper at chemist warehouse. Returned item within 5min which they luckily accepted however stated normally no refunds for change of mind and they do not price match. surcharge which I didn't see or made aware of when paying (chemist warehouse have no surcharge for visa/Mastercard). Anyway you will lose the amount you paid in surcharge fees when returning an item. Will stick to chemist warehouse - always cheaper and easier to deal with.

Disgusting service – I bought a pair of masseur sandals & after trying them on in the shop they felt fine but when I got them home they weren’t ‘hugging’ my feet properly. otherwise were in perfect t condition as I only had them for a day. The manager outright refused to give me a refund on the grounds of this tiny ‘mark’. I told them that I have a right to a refund because the sandals are still in good condition & most importantly I have my receipt. Disgusting service & I will NEVER go back there again. return, I was half way down aisle when said lady proceeded to loudly state it was procedure also her years of service. No one else had there meds locked way. I understand procedure so why did procedure only count with my purchase and no other customer in that store purchasing proscribed meds.

Disgraceful store – Wagga wagga cincotta is the dirtiest chemist ive ever been in. And not to mention staff members are bullies and have no knowledge of any products they sell. They arent trained and just thrown into handing out medication.

Eastgardens - Don't bother if you need some help – Went to the Eastgardens Store today to discuss some Cough Medicince for my daughter. The Pharmacist was incredibly rude - no eye contact with me and more intent on typing stuff into the computer. able to find the script, it was sent again. My husband went up yesterday to ensure they had the script and he was told they will have the drug in today...Guess what? They forgot to order it.

It's not a one-off mistake either. They are so busy they don't know what they are doing. But guess what? They are not the only Pharmacy in the area and today we walked and will never set foot into this store again.

Customer Service - Non-Existent. They make you wait for ages for a simple question Efficiency - Does not exist Work Ethic - questionable

Because of their neglect and don't care facto they have set my husbands treatment back 5 days - It's not a simple aspirin but medication that he needs to keep him pain-free

I do not recommend this store that puts profit in front of its customers and their wellbeing.

Staff unpleasant – Unpleasant staff member when I asked questions about a product. She seemed to have no basic knowledge and did not offer to find out. On another occasion - after I had encountered her in a women's toilet where she did not wash her hands but did reapply hair product - she mocked me as I purchased medication for a serious illness. Cincotta Chemist Blacktown calls me to pay for the meds before they deliver them. I paid them over the phone and was told the "courier" would pick them up around midday and they should be delivered by 2pm. Around 3:45pm and I get a text message on my phone telling me my meds are ready for pick up?!?!?? So I called Cincotta and asked why I am getting this text when I was told by them, they would be delivered by 2pm. After 30 minutes of back and forth it turns out the meds were never picked up!!! They eventually told me the "courier" would deliver them immediately (By this time its now 4:30pm) I asked the courier when he was told about this delivery and he said I don't know!! I asked how is it that he doesn't know, he just kept saying I don't know. That my friends is complete and utter nonsense!!!

My suspicion is that they never told the courier or they were simply forgotten. So that is why I will never use Cincotta Chemist in Blacktown ever again

Terrible Service and Overpriced – I have a serious heart condition that requires daily medication to maintain health. The item I purchased at Belrose was very heavily overpriced at $17.99. Never going back – If youre on the suboxone program dont go here. They judge you harshly, despite trying to better yourself by getting clean. Every time you go in it takes 30 minutes to 1 hour for what other chemists make a 2-5 minute job and they dont offer any kindness or apology for making you wait or making you feel like youre a low life. Especially, despite trying to create friendships there, the pharmacist Viy dealt a lot of unnecessary judgement. the same problem. They refused to refund or return it or even to try or provide replacement battery. I pointed out that this was in clear breach of consumer law and was informed that the manager has decided they would do nothing. I pointed out I was a diabetic and they were putting my own and other diabetic lives at risk. They still refused to do anything. I advised them under consumer law it was clearly the retailer's responsibility. But they just said not we have been told by the manager to do nothing! I pointed out they should not be selling such a faulty or limited life product - they knew was having problems. But it was clear that they would continue with this unconscionable behaviour (all for the mightly dollar - quite lierally it may have been solved by trying a battery that would cost them less than $1). Naturally I will be taking all my scripts and other business elsewhere (how about you?) - we need to send a clear message that such irresponsible behaviour contrary to Australian consumer law is totally unacceptable.

of a common product available in most chemists and priceline, they confirm they don't have it in stock but can order it in overnight then order the wrong thing. Don't even bother to look and say they can't order it in. I know they didn't look because they didn't have enough time to look and a store further away said they could order it in. This store is so unprofessional - such a waste of time - stick with Chemist Outlet/Warehouse or frankly ANYONE but this dodgy store. Awful – Husband ordered a medication we can only get from NSW, we are in VIC, was meant to be sent out on Friday, Monday when my husband has run out and needs it they call and say they are just sending it. Bad experience – I went in to ask the chemist about something and buy a medication cream I was the only costumer i waited for like 5 minutes standing there was 3 staff standing doing things and then another costumer comes that costumer was served straight away although i had waited and i came first i was not happy at all i had to leave and I don’t recommend this to anyone it has never happened to me in any other chemist

Great chemist – I come here for all my medical needs and every time I come in here staff are always friendly to me and I very happy with how they service me and my wife, very big store so they have everything.

a box of 100 tablets. This chemist has a neon flashing light under the word DISCOUNT facing the passing traffic on Morayfield Rd. I do feel now that this chemist is using false advertising methods. I phoned the chemist later that day & was told my husband agreed to buying the PANAMAX at that price ( which he would he needed them ) & I felt it was our fault.
