Fantastic service online, and then again at the store where I picked up item
I saw a womens rash top online. I emailed and got a reply from Patrick. He let me know what I wanted was in store in the size I wanted in my local shop. I went up to the shop, staff very helpful, friendly and fantastic.
Came home very happy chappy. Couldn't rate my dealings with City Beach high enough.
Great customer service
We brought bikinis which turned a strange colour in the pool. They refunded money very quickly on the return of the item We will buy from them again as everything else has been of great quality
Ordered four items, one was a handbag. Upon inspection I noticed there was some colour transfer on the bag which made a white bag unusable. I emailed customer support and they were amazing. Big shout out to Christina. She Got back to me within 24 hours, organised to pay the postage for me to return the faulty bag and even gave me a free express shipping code for my next purchase. This was the first time I have had any issues with their products, and they rectified it and definitely kept me as a return customer. :)
Excellent quality and service
I made an online purchase and was so impressed with the service and quality of items that when it was my birthday I requested vouchers. Again ordered Tuesday and delivered to Perth Friday. Thank you City Beach. I have recommended to family and friends.
I ordered a couple of beanies online (to help cope with the chilly Melbourne weather!) They arrived really quickly and are beautiful quality. Great communication with regular delivery updates. Very happy!
Is a brilliant store but really disappointed with my recent purchase
I’m a frequent customer at city beach and usually I’m really happy with there clothing but when I received a dress I purchased online there was a line of material that had been pulled up on the back of the dress. I’m not looking to return it as it’s to much effort and it was needed urgently for a special occasion.
I didn't receive my delivery
I made an online purchase I was all happy that it was delivered today (super fast, because I ordered the week) I was following the delivery by messages ... but as soon as I received the delivery message delivered at the door of the building and there was nothing. .. I went to a concierge as soon as I received a message and I was overwhelmed because I was already super excited to wear my bikinis..... now the delivery is as done and I didn't receive my package.

Ordered two pairs of pants online. The pants were delivered to the wrong address by the courier.
City Beach went above and beyond and sent out two new pairs at no cost.
I will be buying from them again!
Outstanding all round
The order came really fast, it was exactly what i ordered and came beautifully packaged, the slippers were really soft and well made, they are very comfortable and worth the money we spent

I signed up to their email to get '20% off' and received an email with promotions showing the boots I was looking at was $19 click on the link says $39.99 I take a screenshot of the email price and email them and they say to provide a copy of the full email (which I'd actually replied to) and they'll refund the difference if I purchase the exact same product as they were aware that their sale prices weren't displaying correctly? so I go to look for the full email and no idea how they did it but the email content is completely different than wh...at was originally sent and the boots were removed!, then found others in this 'new's email that they don't even have available! I work in retail pretty sure if the business I worked for pulled this they'd be in pretty big trouble!
Online store is great
The online store has some awesome sales. I buy from here regularly. Postage is always super quick too. I ordered my latest purchase Monday this week and received it Wednesday. This is my favourite online shop! Thanks guys :)
fake false misleading advertising
city beach sales emails are so full off hot air i keep looking for a deal thay either have no stock of the size or there "so called sales prices are not a sales price at all .... totally dishonest .. who ever ends up shopping on line just do a simple surch and u will find these items at half the price at other retailers . ow and yes the cheeper items from other suplyers are genuine branded items ....
$117. for a pair of choes i can get 2 pairs and delivery for the price they are tryin to sell . or if u do find a item thay have on sale it is never any stock left
Not worth the money
Purchased a dress off their site, initially they made a mistake and sent the wrong item but they solved the issue without a problem. Their pricing however is very high and I will not be purchasing from city beach again.

experienced exactly what everyone else below has.. no order confirmation and no customer service response. avoid at all costs. what a waste of money from a company that I have dealt with before and they are all just so lazy with getting anything done.
WORST UGGS EVER
So I order 1 pair of uggs they come damaged, they took a week to return all the messages, so I ordered another pair thinking it was a once off!! Well I was wrong, second pair came damaged also... so please be careful!
Worst shopping experience
No email confirmation, no invoice, no communication. I’ve tried ringing them close to 10 times and emailed them but no reply. It’s been a week since I ordered and I still haven’t even received a simple email acknowledgment. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Don’t bother wasting your money. I bought items from Target and Rebel Sport on the same day and I’ve already received those items. Surely stores like that are just as busy now. Never shopping with City Beach again, what a waste of money.

Delivering products different to my order implies that my products were not available so alternatives were sent.
I ordered online 3 items and 2 items came in the mail 1 that was correct and one completely different to what I ordered. There was no packing slip and the shoes that were wrong even still had the security tag on them. I rang up and had expressed my issue, customer service sent me a barcode to send them back and said once they were sent they would have my correct order sent express straight away. Well I sent the wrong order back straight away after I was sent the barcode. That was on Friday at lunch time. It's been a week and not only has the ri...ght order come there was no correspondence. I rang up and was told the couldn't do anything because they had a computer program problem and whenever that was fixed they would ask the warehouse to send it so I'll probably be waiting another week. They said they couldn't do anything for me and I was met with an attitude of pretty much quoted 'bad luck'. This is disgusting I will never be shopping with city beach again because they dont care less about their customers and just Tried to defend their warehouse staff for there major stuff up in stead of trying to sort out my order and dissatisfaction with the whole experience. They 30min phone call ended with absolutely no resolve and I am still at square one. Save yourself the headache and shop with the other competitor that puts their customers first.
NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION
I can see that many others have written recently, I placed an order on the 4th of May and 2 days later I still have not received a confirmation email. The status of my order also says "order completed" yet I have not received my items so I do not understand how the order could be completed. I reached out to customer service yesterday but am still yet to receive a reply. I understand that COVID-19 has caused many problems but an automated confirmation email should not take over 24 hours, let alone 48 hours.
Ordered and paid for products 2 days ago and yet to receive an email acknowledgement - though online it shows that my order is "complete". I understand there are some delivery delays because of COVID19, but surely an automated response shouldn't be delayed too? I emailed customer service to follow up yesterday and am yet to get a reply. First and last time online customer, that's for sure!
