the issues once we had already ended our lease. After this second visit (and having been sent a clear list of the issues the real estate took issue with in the bond cleaning) the real estate once again had issue with the clean and all the issues listed were from the SAME LIST OF ISSUES as we sent for them to return to fix the second time.

So we tried contacting them again and the cleaners now refused to come back and clean the issues claiming we were on sight to sign off on the second clean which is impossible because we didn’t even have keys to get into the property anymore let alone be tenants. (EDIT: I’ve now been told since that apparently they don’t need someone to sign off on the reclean to consider it as completed which was only brought up today after having multiple other responses saying we were on site to verify so make that make sense everyone)

Having raised all these issues, and demanding a refund at least equal to the costs we had to absorb to fix the issues they didn’t fix, we did not get any response from them for over a month until I started posting these reviews.

EDIT: ever since I raised the concern over a month ago I was ghosted by them, they did not and still have not responded to my emails, not responded to my WhatsApp enquiry. Actually feel ripped off and scammed. Left this review and one in google and within literally a few hours out of the blue they send a response but not to me who was making the complaints but to my wife via a text message out of the blue that threatened her with legal action. This comes after as u can see in the above review, I left no information or details or anything linking to the specific clean in question so it’s pretty clear the company had consciously ignored my attempts to communicate and as mentioned are now threatening us because I was fed up being ignored.

(EDIT EDIT: I was asked to remove the claim that literally no reclean was completed and I cannot find that wording anywhere but I will state it here just in case: some things were cleaned on the second visit but 4 items remained unsolved and all of them are things listed on their website as included int eh bond clean service, not an additional cost, not something to specify you want done, just included.)

cleaned properly amongmany other things. I paid over $1000 for this clean and it was not done professionally at all. They have terms and conditions that breach Australian Consumer Law and I will be pursuing a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs. They refused to remedy this and refused to refund me. I now have to get a different cleaning company to fix the mess. Bad service- would not recommend!

Would not recommend they don't use the correct machine for steam cleaning. Multiple stains and marks still visible upon vacating. A secondary trade attended and all stains and marks were lifted. Big [Content Removed] on their invoices, says they will re attend with 4 days if bond isn't returned minus the carpets therefore you can tell they are dodgy with carpet steam cleaning

Absolutely disgraceful taking money off hard working people and not even completing the job. Then to ask for further money up front to do a further clean and not even show up to clean it. That is so terrible and disgusting that you rip people off . SHAME ON YOU!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They left sections of the floor not vacuumed and not mopped, the carpets weren’t cleaned properly and they tried to charge me nearly $1k to add things like cleaning the walls. refund has been approved, this refund has not been sent through. Do not use this company unless you want to be scammed.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...Such a shame i came here to talk of my concerns and everyone beat me to it ..i had to hire another cleaning company to clean the house after this mob

This is a dodgy company. Be warned! We hired this cleaning company to do a unit vacate clean in January. We had to pay $500 up front to book the clean including the carpets. We were therefore shocked to receive a cleaning report from the managing real estate company with a huge list of items not cleaned, including the appearance that the carpets hadn't even been cleaned. We now have had to pay out a further $550 from our bond to another cleaning company to come and do the job properly. We have attempted to contact Cleaner on the Go many times to no avail. When phoning the customer service, we are fobbed off. No replies are given to any of our emails and the company has refused to give us a receipt for the money we paid upfront. Please do not fall into the same trap that we have already done of employing a company that doesn't do the work that they are paid to do and clearly do not care that they are taking people's money under false pretences. Don't be taken in by reading the obviously 'fake' reviews on their company site. This has been a very costly way for us to find out that this is a very disreputable company.
