The worst possible cleaning company you could hire spent $919 on a bond clean to literally have nothing done. Carpets were still dirty not even vacuumed. believe the way they left the house to which she sent me 164 photos of the house in a state. When I booked Cleaners to go I said I’m on a very limited time frame with new people moving into the house within the week and if they couldn’t do the job in time please let me know and I’ll go elsewhere, they said this wasn’t a problem. I ended up paying another $900 for another bond cleaner to get the job done. I emailed to ask for a 50% refund thinking I was being very reasonable considering no work on the house was done to which they’ve told me they can’t do. Terrible service. Worst in the business

Absolutely disgusting. Never go with this company!! They are a scam! They take your money and do nothing. I'm disappointed and frustrated with how the house was. They were there for 2 hours. dont go with this company. We were desperate and ignored the reviews, please don't do what we did. It's not worth it. Save the money. They were rude the whole way through and haven't offered any refund saying they did a perfect job. This company is a scam do not go with them. Please. Find someone else. There are too many photos to even add. These are photos from our 7 hours of cleaning after they did a 'perfect' bond clean. No. Absolutely not. I'm livid.

My mum booked cleaner for end of lease clean and carpets! The cleaners showed up early without communication so we had to rush over to let them in. We got quoted $1250 + GST for clean and carpets we got called twice to try add in extra cost which we declined thankfully. before they left. When we arrived the next morning most of house wasn’t done and the carpets weren’t touched at all.
We reached out via email and phone but because we were handing back keys the next morning there was no time for cleaners to come back. We spent the 10 hours at the house cleaning in the dark because we had disconnected electricity and had to rehire carpet cleaner which cost us another $700.
They refused full / half refund but ended up refunding 10% back after a lot of back and forth. We spoke to Laura via email who was very unprofessional and unhelpful about the whole situation and after leaving a review finally decided to do a partial refund in return for reviews to be deleted and asked that we don’t leave a review at all.
This company is very sneaky and although it has some good reviews I’m sure there would be more bad reviews but they make customers delete their reviews to make the company look better.
I would not recommend to anyone else and for the price their charging you can find cheaper and better cleaners who don’t cause you extra stress as moving house is already a stressful and expensive experience.

bathroom was the sink and the shower glass. Didn’t even think to TOUCH the oven or the stove and there’s a lot more. Now they are refusing to come back or answer any phone calls from me. I have now had to pay for different bond cleaners who are charging me $300 for a full house clean. There is better else where.

right?? Got quoted for FULL wall cleans and they only did half because they couldn’t reach?? OR only the skirting board at the bottom of the wall was touched. Carpets WERE NOT steam cleaned - went to check and they weren’t even damp, still dusty and pet fur all around. Cob webs were still hanging off the walls, dust on top of ceiling lights. NO WINDOWS, DOOR FRAMES OR DOORS CLEANED. Floor looked like they just dumped a bucket full of water and pushed it around. Could clearly see areas that the water didn’t reach. They broke the handle on my oven door and when I told them, they said it was broken when they got there. [Content Removed]! From the initial quote of $800 they actually did LESS work and still deny it regardless of the pictures and clear evidence. Confronted VIA email and got threats and intimation when we said we would take matters further. DENY DENY DENY is what they’ll do. They’re after your money and you will not receive a refund for their [Content Removed] business. PLEASE save yourself the stress and frustration and avoid this company. There were still visible marks, grime, residue, dust and debris throughout the property after the clean was supposedly completed. The wooden floors were left streaky, sticky and patchy. The cupboards and corners still had dirt and debris in them, kitchen surfaces still had visible residue and parts of the bathroom areas looked completely touched. In some places, the property honestly looked worse than before the clean.
The job was so poor that it had to be completely redone afterwards.
What made the experience even worse was the communication afterwards. Instead of taking accountability for the quality of the work, the response was dismissive and completely unprofessional. After paying close to $1,000, the only reimbursement offered was the GST amount, despite the clean needing to be redone entirely.
Based on my experience, I genuinely question whether this business is operating legitimately or simply taking advantage of people needing urgent end of lease services. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and read reviews carefully before handing over their hard earned money.

Get a message at 7.30am that they would be late because of a car issue. At 11.45am a lady with a baby arrives who is a contractor and she was only told to do clean and carpets. From that time on we had numerous calls and messages demanding payment of the full amount within 10 minutes or the Pest guy and window cleaner would not arrive. At 1 pm they threatened to pull the cleaning lady off the job if immediate payment not received. A woman within the company rang me to say if I paid immediately she would arrive within the hour to do the pest treatment and windows. Despite paying in full, their Pest guy and window cleaner never arrived!
SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS - DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: Cleaner on the Go have sent a refund and we have received the refund for the window cleaning and pest treatment BUT now resorted to more threats and intimidation because of this review.
Dodgy people. Check out other negative reviews here. Make no mistake hiring these crooks. They first demand full payment even before the jobs starts and then screw you over and disappear.

message. The day of the clean I was supposed to be message that they were there and sent the payment details. After once again calling i was sent a message to say that it needed all this extra work which doubled the price. I paid as I was told they needed payment to continue the clean. When the real estate went through there were several things not done that should have been done and weren't. And trying to get the back was a nightmare. Communication was terrible and stressful. the issues once we had already ended our lease. After this second visit (and having been sent a clear list of the issues the real estate took issue with in the bond cleaning) the real estate once again had issue with the clean and all the issues listed were from the SAME LIST OF ISSUES as we sent for them to return to fix the second time.
So we tried contacting them again and the cleaners now refused to come back and clean the issues claiming we were on sight to sign off on the second clean which is impossible because we didn’t even have keys to get into the property anymore let alone be tenants. (EDIT: I’ve now been told since that apparently they don’t need someone to sign off on the reclean to consider it as completed which was only brought up today after having multiple other responses saying we were on site to verify so make that make sense everyone)
Having raised all these issues, and demanding a refund at least equal to the costs we had to absorb to fix the issues they didn’t fix, we did not get any response from them for over a month until I started posting these reviews.
EDIT: ever since I raised the concern over a month ago I was ghosted by them, they did not and still have not responded to my emails, not responded to my WhatsApp enquiry. Actually feel ripped off and scammed. Left this review and one in google and within literally a few hours out of the blue they send a response but not to me who was making the complaints but to my wife via a text message out of the blue that threatened her with legal action. This comes after as u can see in the above review, I left no information or details or anything linking to the specific clean in question so it’s pretty clear the company had consciously ignored my attempts to communicate and as mentioned are now threatening us because I was fed up being ignored.
(EDIT EDIT: I was asked to remove the claim that literally no reclean was completed and I cannot find that wording anywhere but I will state it here just in case: some things were cleaned on the second visit but 4 items remained unsolved and all of them are things listed on their website as included int eh bond clean service, not an additional cost, not something to specify you want done, just included.)

cleaned properly amongmany other things. I paid over $1000 for this clean and it was not done professionally at all. They have terms and conditions that breach Australian Consumer Law and I will be pursuing a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs. They refused to remedy this and refused to refund me. I now have to get a different cleaning company to fix the mess. Bad service- would not recommend!

basically nothing had really been done, the only thing clean was the smoke alarms. Our property manager had to get another cleaner in to have the house thourghly cleaned again this time properly. Save your money do your research and find a different company. That goes the same for Serene Facility Group as these two companies are partners and you can't be guaranteed who will do the job.

Terrible communication and service! Very hard to deal with, unprofessional, unreliable. After messing my aunty around with poor communication on arrival and departure of the job they didn’t clean what they were supposed too and what was “cleaned” was cleaned poorly plus they then wanted to charge extra for work that was supposed to be included.
Did a terrible job. Didn’t clean basic surfaces even though it was a deep clean. Left extra dirt, dust and foot prints on the bedsheets after the clean. Did not even try and rectify the issue. Would absolutely not recommend.

Communication was very demanding and hard to understand. Very pushy with the hole organisation of the cleaning. Misleading with their given quote and given check list. After inspection of the property there are multiple in-completed jobs resulting them being flagged by the property manager. Asked for a slight refund due to the incomplete works and have been ignored. Would not recommend this cleaning company.
