Did a terrible job. Didn’t clean basic surfaces even though it was a deep clean. Left extra dirt, dust and foot prints on the bedsheets after the clean. Did not even try and rectify the issue. Would absolutely not recommend.
Absolutely fantastic service from Cleaner on the Go! The cleaners were friendly, professional and did such an amazing job. Everything was left spotless and the attention to detail was really impressive, the property honestly looked better than what it did when we moved in. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and I was so happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Cleaner on the Go and will happily use them again!

If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I paid $750 for a townhouse bond clean when it was only meant to be $600. They tipped their dirty water into the laundry sink and covered the walls in black and brown water marks. Didn’t even both to fix it. They didn’t clean any grout at all! bathroom was the sink and the shower glass. Didn’t even think to TOUCH the oven or the stove and there’s a lot more. Now they are refusing to come back or answer any phone calls from me. I have now had to pay for different bond cleaners who are charging me $300 for a full house clean. There is better else where.

the issues once we had already ended our lease. After this second visit (and having been sent a clear list of the issues the real estate took issue with in the bond cleaning) the real estate once again had issue with the clean and all the issues listed were from the SAME LIST OF ISSUES as we sent for them to return to fix the second time.
So we tried contacting them again and the cleaners now refused to come back and clean the issues claiming we were on sight to sign off on the second clean which is impossible because we didn’t even have keys to get into the property anymore let alone be tenants. (EDIT: I’ve now been told since that apparently they don’t need someone to sign off on the reclean to consider it as completed which was only brought up today after having multiple other responses saying we were on site to verify so make that make sense everyone)
Having raised all these issues, and demanding a refund at least equal to the costs we had to absorb to fix the issues they didn’t fix, we did not get any response from them for over a month until I started posting these reviews.
EDIT: ever since I raised the concern over a month ago I was ghosted by them, they did not and still have not responded to my emails, not responded to my WhatsApp enquiry. Actually feel ripped off and scammed. Left this review and one in google and within literally a few hours out of the blue they send a response but not to me who was making the complaints but to my wife via a text message out of the blue that threatened her with legal action. This comes after as u can see in the above review, I left no information or details or anything linking to the specific clean in question so it’s pretty clear the company had consciously ignored my attempts to communicate and as mentioned are now threatening us because I was fed up being ignored.
(EDIT EDIT: I was asked to remove the claim that literally no reclean was completed and I cannot find that wording anywhere but I will state it here just in case: some things were cleaned on the second visit but 4 items remained unsolved and all of them are things listed on their website as included int eh bond clean service, not an additional cost, not something to specify you want done, just included.)

cleaned properly amongmany other things. I paid over $1000 for this clean and it was not done professionally at all. They have terms and conditions that breach Australian Consumer Law and I will be pursuing a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs. They refused to remedy this and refused to refund me. I now have to get a different cleaning company to fix the mess. Bad service- would not recommend!

3 starts for the promplty communication, however, 1. they were late for about 3 hours - and rushed to finish my job afterwards 2. they didn't clean the windows and light covers which were including the service 3. I sent photos to show these overlooked places and they asked my exit report and no follow up at all 4. I've been charged for full payment but didn't get 100% sevice, price was not the cheapest compared to other 10ish quotes
Communication was very demanding and hard to understand. Very pushy with the hole organisation of the cleaning. Misleading with their given quote and given check list. After inspection of the property there are multiple in-completed jobs resulting them being flagged by the property manager. Asked for a slight refund due to the incomplete works and have been ignored. Would not recommend this cleaning company.

Would not recommend they don't use the correct machine for steam cleaning. Multiple stains and marks still visible upon vacating. A secondary trade attended and all stains and marks were lifted. right?? Got quoted for FULL wall cleans and they only did half because they couldn’t reach?? OR only the skirting board at the bottom of the wall was touched. Carpets WERE NOT steam cleaned - went to check and they weren’t even damp, still dusty and pet fur all around. Cob webs were still hanging off the walls, dust on top of ceiling lights. NO WINDOWS, DOOR FRAMES OR DOORS CLEANED. Floor looked like they just dumped a bucket full of water and pushed it around. Could clearly see areas that the water didn’t reach. They broke the handle on my oven door and when I told them, they said it was broken when they got there. [Content Removed]! From the initial quote of $800 they actually did LESS work and still deny it regardless of the pictures and clear evidence. Confronted VIA email and got threats and intimation when we said we would take matters further. DENY DENY DENY is what they’ll do. They’re after your money and you will not receive a refund for their [Content Removed] business. PLEASE save yourself the stress and frustration and avoid this company. Incredibly disappointing and disgusting “professionalism”.

There were still visible marks, grime, residue, dust and debris throughout the property after the clean was supposedly completed. The wooden floors were left streaky, sticky and patchy. The cupboards and corners still had dirt and debris in them, kitchen surfaces still had visible residue and parts of the bathroom areas looked completely touched. In some places, the property honestly looked worse than before the clean.
The job was so poor that it had to be completely redone afterwards.
What made the experience even worse was the communication afterwards. Instead of taking accountability for the quality of the work, the response was dismissive and completely unprofessional. After paying close to $1,000, the only reimbursement offered was the GST amount, despite the clean needing to be redone entirely.
Based on my experience, I genuinely question whether this business is operating legitimately or simply taking advantage of people needing urgent end of lease services. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and read reviews carefully before handing over their hard earned money.

Do not use this cleaning company service! They are very terrible with their job! It was so difficult to get in touch with them when asked to go back to re - clean the place.

Get a message at 7.30am that they would be late because of a car issue. At 11.45am a lady with a baby arrives who is a contractor and she was only told to do clean and carpets. From that time on we had numerous calls and messages demanding payment of the full amount within 10 minutes or the Pest guy and window cleaner would not arrive. At 1 pm they threatened to pull the cleaning lady off the job if immediate payment not received. A woman within the company rang me to say if I paid immediately she would arrive within the hour to do the pest treatment and windows. Despite paying in full, their Pest guy and window cleaner never arrived!
SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS - DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: Cleaner on the Go have sent a refund and we have received the refund for the window cleaning and pest treatment BUT now resorted to more threats and intimidation because of this review.
