company unless you want your bond kept for a terrible “clean”. Pictures are AFTER their “clean,” the bath looks worse than before they came! Thats after they postponed a day (lucky I had allowed days notice). I would honestly have been better off to clean it myself. Oh and they only take cash BEFORE the booking so you can’t even hold payment if you’re not happy.

Do yourself a favour and don’t – I wish i had searched this very new business before booking. I’ve had to move out of my rental as my partner has passed away in an accident and the grief made it difficult to book anything. arrive in full and potentially put you through this sequence of events like they did for me:
1. On the day they will look for anything extra to try and sting you for. They waived a few smaller charges when i asked where in their policy it states that is additional. 2. They told me i needed a full wall wash and i agreed. Then they complained about damage and would only spot clean the walls. As you can see by the photos they did not spot clean the walls, they didnt touch a single wall mark. 3. The general cleaning is poor, ive included photos for reference. I ended up having to give the walls a wash myself and spot clean all the scuff marks as they hadnt touched the walls (the last two photos are before and after i took a damp rag to the scuff marks they had left to demonstrate they haven’t tried) 4. I had to return the next day to clean the garage and let a handman in to fix some things up that i noticed after furniture had been moved.) something they used as an excuse to not touch the walls. I explained to the cleaner that i had a garage remote and the keys were left on the bench and he was to lock up after and leave them there. They have somehow ended up in a neighbours mailbox and ive been charged $500 for lock replacements and they want me to provide them proof that i had asked them to be responsible for the keys. I assumed when i mentioned leave them on the bench and lock up on your way out that was a reasonable request. 5. After providing photos they offered me a $100 discount, i ended up just staring at the place after cleaning the walls myself and just broke down. I emailed and said they could keep the full amount but just rectify any issues the real estate had. 6. They didnt respond in the 7 day timeframe and my real estate has invoiced me for another full bond clean along with over $500 to replace the keys.
I’m sure there will be some form of lame excuse as a response around the walls being too dirty etc and me not informing them they had to be responsible for the keys but ultimately they could of refused the job and refunded me instead of completing this poor of a clean and if you are bond cleaning, you need access to the property and theres an assumed trust that the keys will be secured.

Don't go through this company!! – Paid for a bond clean and half the job was done, damage was done to a door and missing curtains, when talking with the company instead of a solution I had accusations. Paid $121 for a wall wash and they used water I pay for and a cloth that's it, completely unprofessional saying their level of clean is standard when pictures say other wise.

Terrible – This company was hired by my tenants to do a bond clean. Honestly I could have cleaned it better, windows were still dirty , toilets were disgusting!!! Not cleaned at all! Blue loo left in them to try to disguise human waste stuck to bowl. Tops of cupboards ect ect left dusty.

Had to finish the job ourselves despite a bond guarantee – We were quite disappointed with the bond clean of our property. on their schedule and one person had to stay behind and wait. The cleaner was friendly but advised that the property had been misquoted (easy to do given there isn't guiding information on the website about how to distinguish between a bedroom and a study for example) but that he was happy to complete the job at the quoted price anyway. One cleaner worked room to room and has told us that he spent 9 hours on the property, however attention to detail was extremely lacking.
Upon the receipt of our end of lease condition report, we were made aware that the insides of drawers/wardrobes had not been cleaner, showers had soap scum still all over the doors, and the window tracks had not been touched (among other complaints) -- all things that the company guarantees will be cleaned as part of a standard bond clean. Whilst via email the company was receptive to amending these errors, we were guilted into attending to these ourselves over the phone with the cleaner stating that the distance he had to travel to do a minor fix wasn't worth his time, that he had spent 9 hours at the property already, and that their should've been additional things in our quote including 'excessive pet hair' and areas that weren't quoted for (a small mudroom that we had already cleaned before exiting the property) both of which aren't reflective of the state that we left the house in. Moreover, the quote was only finalised upon visualisation of the property, so the cleaner was aware of what was required before the job even began. Had a suggestion that the quote price be altered for valid reasons, we would have been receptive to this. Therefore, it is an invalid complaint by the company as they had ample opportunity to voice these concerns before and during the clean.
Upon attending the property to amend the issues found by the realestate agent (around full time work commitments and again, despite their supposedly being a guarantee that the cleaner would return to rectify problems found by the agent), we were shocked that anybody would think that this is the standard of an $800 bond clean. As already stated, and as evidenced in the attached photos, very basic attention to detail was lacking, and we spent a significant amount of time correcting these ourselves.
Had these basic things actually been attended to, we would have found this to be a market-comparable and fair and reasonable rate for the job we had.
As other reviewers have stated, we should have saved our $800 and done the clean ourselves, as we would have cleaned to a much higher standard, and wouldn't now be disappointed and out of pocket for a service that was not provided. Additionally, most of the rooms were already cleaned by us to a basic standard including vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning of walls prior to the cleaner attending. We definitely did not have a super dirty house by any means and throughout the year period we lived in the property, we regularly cleaned so there was not a massive job to do. We hired this company for a bond clean as all of us were moving out of the area and thought that this would be the simplest way to ensure the full receipt of our bond when we were unlikely to be able to easily attend for any fixes. Whilst I don't doubt that this cleaner worked hard and was at the property for a significant period of time, you don't hire cleaners to do a worse or equivalent job to how you would clean, and you don't hire so-called exerts at bond cleans if you don't think their expertise will be helpful in securing your bond.
We emphatically would not recommend this company for a bond clean. You can certainly find better options in the Newcastle area -- even if it is just yourself in hindsight.
Addit (31/01): - I made attempts to contact the company to rectify this issue and report my dis-satisfaction with this job and waited to hear back before positing this review - This was not handled in a satisfactory manner - Now, close to a month later, the company is attempting to financially compensate me in exchange for removing my fair and accurate review of the service I receieved.

complete the clean - likely because of the lack of professional equipment and 1 man doing the full clean, inducing carpet. Upon inspection, our agent identified defective works including, the oven, trays and cook top were not cleaned property, spots on the walls were not cleaned, dirty shelves, balcony and windows. Despite a bond guarantee – the company refused to return to site to rectify the deficient works and offered a token $70 refund to cover the cost of the defects. Like other reviews, the excuse was that the house was extra dirty which is completely incorrect. The alarm bells should have gone off when the communication lines were poor and full upfront payment was requested. As other reviewers have noted, had we cleaned the property ourselves there would have been no issues. As it stands, we now have to attend to the defects ourselves. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will be actively talking to agent friends to ensure that the company not recommended to other tenants vacating premises.
Very mediocre experience – Very poor communication skills within this company. Was told I would be having a clean done at 9am, got an automated text under 12 hours from bond clean that the time has changed between 1-2pm without my permission. Got a call at 7:30am saying that they were in front of the property ready to clean!! Absolutely no communication at all, extremely poor and stressful. Was a very average clean for the price you pay.

the bond clean had not been undertaken to a professional standard, nor was there any evidence that the carpets had been professionally cleaned. My partner had already undertaken a previous general clean of the property, and there was no evidence that any additional cleaning had taken place.
After contacting the company via phone (they are quite rude, poor customer service skills) and email and forwarding the exit report prepared by our agent, they were given a second chance to complete the bond clean per their quoted services and 5 day guarantee policy. They returned to the property for less than half an hour and there was still no evidence that the carpets had been professionally cleaned and exit report items attended to. The real estate agent has not accepted the bond clean, as the grounds were still filthy. We have had to lose a large portion of our bond to cover recleaning fees. We also had to return to the property to undertake some of the cleaning ourselves and pay another carpet cleaning company to professionally clean the carpets, all at our own cost and impacting our rental reputation. The business did reluctantly give us a refund after lodging a report to our bank, however had the audacity to request to keep some of our money. We wish we saw these reviews sooner. Save yourself the stress and do not book with this business. Will be reporting to ACCC/Fair Trade Office.
Terrible – This company is terrible. They quote you based on number of rooms and then increase their price based on size of rooms etc on arrival after you've already been forced to pay the night before. It's extortion. I literally had to come and clean again. There were literally bug carcasses on the floor in piles of dirt that they hadn't bothered to remove. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Great service, fast and easy communication – Excellent service! Easy and fast communication, very nice and pleasant staff. I needed pest control treatment, carpet cleaning and end of lease cleaning. Got all of these at My cleaning Doctor as it was easier to organise everything with the same company. No regreats! They did an awesome job! I definitely recommend them if you need any of this services.

refusing to answer my calls. I contact the bookers- the cleaners have left knowing the job is incomplete but it was bigger than they imagined so they decided to just stop??? I was promised compensation due to the complete lack of professionalism and the incomplete job.
Fast forward to the next week when the real estate gets them to come back TWICE for a re clean and I get the exit report confirming it is still unsatisfactory. When I contact the office to discuss the aforementioned compensation I was told I am insulting them as their job is very hard. Refuse to entertain the notion that they would honour their promise. Do not use them.
End of lease – Harmony did the most beautiful end of lease clean for me. Real Estate was extremely satisfied.
Stressful – Poor service. Stressful. The house was being handed over the same day. 4 men to clean and the estate agent had to come back once we had moved and check on them. They were on more breaks than they should have been. Not even worth one star. If I didn’t have such a fantastic estate agent to inspect the work for me, I would have been stuck. paid for a bond clean, however i received a “wipe over” type of clean. Nothing was deep cleaned, nor did they clean anything on the list of tasks they claim to clean on the website! They told me it would cost extra for them to do particular jobs, which they advertise as already included in the price. They claimed to have done a carpet clean which i paid for to be done, but that was not done at all. We got them to come out to fix up things that were not up to standard and during that time we got smart remarks and comments, and even then they were still unable to do a proper clean, it was just another “wipe over” job. We then had to go back and do the entire clean ourselves in order to receive our bond back from the realestate. They took our money and ran with it. Amazing experience all round – I’m very grateful for the assistance I received while organising my carpet cleaning. They were so helpful in organising the service for my old rental when I needed it done asap. Quick and efficient communication as well the entire time and even picked up/dropped the house keys back to my real estate. Their pricing is also the best I’ve seen in Toowoomba. I will definitely be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs I require.
Gold Standard! – Harmony did a full bond clean. 2 bedroom fully furnished townhouse after long term occupancy with an inside cat. Harmony went above and beyond - every surface nook and cranny were streak and dust free. The lounges and beds also received his excellent attention to detaiI. I would definitely book again hands down best clean ! Harmony is an expert in his field I can’t thank him enough.

within the hour asking what was happening, both times AJ said she would find out what had happened and call me back - I received no calls back and about an hour later after no communication I received an email advising that the job had been cancelled. No mention of refund - I had to call up myself to ask for a refund. I then spoke to her manager who was very rude over the phone - he advised me the refund would be complete by 1pm and would call me back to see if it could be earlier - again no call back. At 2pm I still hadn’t received the refund so I called up with no answer and called a few times more were it would ring a few time and then hang up - leading me to believe they were hanging up on my calls. I sent an email and received the refund however the cleaner was rude and the customer service team members were extremely rude and dismissive and ignored me throughout the whole day. It was lucky I could organise another cleaning service on the same day otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get a rental clean before moving out. BAD service would not recommend.
