décor. I’m heavily pregnant and we have a toddler, so this posed a serious health risk.

When I contacted the company, they argued and told me to clean it myself or get my husband to. They eventually agreed to return to fix their mess and finish the job—but they never showed up and have ignored all further attempts to contact them. I was even left on hold indefinitely when I finally got through by phone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unresponsive.

Terrible service – Absolute rip off and scam. Charged $1,738.00 and got nothing. Paid extra for a tile deep clean. What a waste of money. Do not use this company.

Great job done – I had requested 3 quotes for my carpets to be cleaned & Cleaning Mate responded very quickly, whereas the other 2 companies did not get back to me on that day. Actually one responded late the next day & one not at all, therefore Cleaning Mate was my chose. I chose the date & time on line & they were at my place right on time & done an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Need answers – Took expensive curtains for deep cleaning- refused to answe mobile number given. After 3 weeks dumped ruined curtains on doorstep in plastic bags with fresh mould on lining and faded limp fabric. A terrible experience reported to Consumer Affairs. Would like complete refund but no answer.

Ripped off – Not happy with service charged extra for spot cleaning which I thought was a rip off constantly tried to upsell for what I would think was standard my rug really doesn't look much better won't be using these guys again paid more than quoted and not a good result

Scam - did not respond to my calls/messages/email to confirm cleaning time – Such a scam! Had my end of lease cleaning booked a week ago and Ben (the caller) said he will confirm the booking via email with all the details. reply. Moving out is already stressful enough! Did not need this kind of service - definitely do not recommend at all! Stick with other services for a better ease of mind!!

Update - finally got a response on email to book at 1pm so I went with it. It is now 3:11pm and no one has showed up! I tried calling several times but no answer as well as no answer on the email. Not sure if they are even coming at all!! At all cost PLEASE go with another service to save you the stress Cleaning Mate has caused me!!

Best experience ever – From first contact in the morning to the technician coming out and finishing the job before 12pm it was a excellent outcome and the cleaning is perfect. I’m very happy and will definitely be using this company again when needed.

Great service! – Great carpet clean. Carpets look very fresh and clean. Customer service was excellent. The technician had arrived early and I was unable to answer my phone at the time to process payment. He stuck around until I was able to answer 30 mins later and still completed the job so thank you!

Did the job – I've used this company 4 years ago and now. They showed up in time and everything was just fine both times.
