it he said he couldn’t get it off, not the results expected from a professional cleaner, he was given a chance to to come back and when he did not come back i had to clean the house which I had paid $900 to be cleaned. The cleaner was unable to remove kids chalk of an outside wall with a pressure cleaner. Rangehood, inside of oven glass windows still dirty, Dirt in the sliding door tracks Soap still in soap dish And I had to mop the house again cos there was obvious water marks everywhere. This is not what we expected from a professional cleaning service

I was pestered on the morning the cleaner arrived 3 phone calls and 4 txt demanding I make payment as the cleaner had started red flag right there. I am now requesting a full refund from this company I have also reported them. Cleaning super boss will take your money and not clean your property.

Dodgy Company. Hired us to do four jobs but didn’t pay any of the dollars and blocked my number. This is what they’ve asked me to do but I denied.

finished, not only did he leave my garage door OPEN to the public, the clean was incomplete and no different to what it had been prior to.

I had never received an itemised invoice after I requested and now he is refusing to respond to my messages.

I am so very saddened as not only have I still had to greave, but to be taken advantage of and STILL end up having to panic clean the rest myself before putting the house on the market.

One huge lesson for any starter in the work force for any job in this generation,never answer by media its a scam. If you were to be hired for a job you would of been contacted on the app you applied on by an employer stating that they will have a meeting with you and what requirements and where the location of the meeting will be. You can never get a job out the blue simply by just applying and having no interveiw and can definetly not be handed a ABN straight away.

was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

On the day of the clean (Monday 27th), the cleaners arrived hours late. We were told by [Name Removed] that if there were any issues, he would personally return to fix them. However, we were also told the job would not commence unless $600 cash was paid upfront, which already raised concerns.

The cleaner on site repeatedly asked my partner if he was “doing things right” and stated he had only been in the job for 2 months. The only cleaning products observed being used were basic Woollies and Coles spray & wipe and Windex, which is not what you would expect from a professional end-of-lease cleaning service.

When my partner asked what products he was using on the calcium build up on the shower screens he said Windex and further explained "you can't get calcium build up off shower screens". This is laughable... Go and buy One Shot Thick from Bunnings.. $15 a bottle..

The quality of the clean was extremely poor. Multiple areas were either missed entirely or not cleaned properly, including:

- Floors not swept or mopped - Built-in microwave not cleaned internally - Kitchen sink left with crumbs and debris - Rangehood streaky and needing re-cleaning - Oven glass needing re-cleaning - All taps not cleaned or polished - Shower screens heavily covered in calcium build-up - Mirrors streaky or not cleaned properly - Front door glass not cleaned - Carpet “steam clean” ineffective, with dust still able to be lifted from the carpet - A new stain was also left on the entryway tiles

We also had serious concerns about property security. We were instructed to leave the property so the cleaners could lock up, however when we returned the next day the property was left unlocked. We were then later asked to leave the property unlocked again for re-entry, which we did not agree to due to the previous issue.

We arranged for the cleaner to return the this morning at 8am to fix the issues. We arrived on time, only to be told at 8:30am that they would not arrive until 11am. Despite multiple calls and messages, we received no communication or updates for hours.

When I spoke with [Name Removed] directly, the conversation became defensive and dismissive. He repeatedly said “what did you expect for $600” and attempted to justify the standard of work based on price. He also did not dispute that the carpet clean had been done at all and instead offered a partial refund for that only. However, the issues were not limited to the carpet.

At that point, I made it clear that we had engaged a professional end-of-lease cleaning service and expected a professional standard of work, regardless of internal pricing or cost assumptions. The response felt unprofessional and dismissive of the actual concerns raised.

Ultimately, we have been left cleaning the property ourselves after paying for a service that was not delivered to an acceptable standard.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and we will be taking this to the WA Consumer Protection & Consumer Affairs Australia and New Zealand.

Now before we get a response on this review from the Cleaning Super Boss Perth (owner), I have already reached out to your customer service team and looking forward to a refund.

After arriving to check the condition of the house, it became apparent that we had just dealt with a 0 standard cleaning service.

The bathroom bench tops were still dirty, the kitchen range hood still had food splatters on it, none of the cupboard faces in the kitchen or bathrooms were wiped down, the tracks in our bedroom wardrobes were still dirty and dusty, only 1 of 2 bathrooms were mopped, none of the showers were cleaned, the frameless glass shower screen had been cleaned with a product that made it look cloudy, both bathroom sinks still had grime around the taps and plugs, the floors still had dirt on them and the laundry had not been cleaned.

After multiple messages, phone calls, requests for the cleaning issues to be rectified with a follow up clean and then a request for a refund, i’m still yet to receive any response from [Name Removed]. My partner called [Name Removed] from his phone and was hung up on and then later blocked after [Name Removed] told him i requested a “spot clean” not a “vacate clean” (I have both an email and texts stating i requested a vacate clean).

I had to travel 40 minutes to my investment property and re-clean the house myself to have it presentable for my home open tomorrow.

Do not waste your time, effort or money with this unprofessional and careless company! If i could give them 0 stars, i absolutely would!

On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners arrived 40 minutes late, and communication with [Name Removed] was unclear and misleading. Despite confirming the service would cover all the agreed-upon tasks, the house looked no different after the cleaning, and one of the bathrooms was clearly missed. The $700 invoice remained unchanged, with no reduction or adjustment for the services that were either missed or done poorly.

When I discussed this issue with [Name Removed], his response was that we should have checked the website for the correct service booking. This is completely unacceptable, as we specifically requested “Deep Cleaning,” not “End of Lease Cleaning.” The attempt to blame the customer for the company’s error in billing is unprofessional.

Overall, I feel that I was scammed by this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The misleading advertising, poor communication, and lack of accountability for the job done left me with no choice but to share my negative experience.

He finds people in a fb cleaning group and pays them cash to clean. Warehouse workers or other persons with no professional cleaning experience or certification. (My belief is that this is to avoid paying tax or fair wages but do not have proof and will be reporting to ATO) The cleaners are not informed what they’re supposed to clean. They have to provide their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They are not vetted or certified to do any “professional cleaning services” including carpet cleaning or treatment required for end of lease/vacate cleans. He offered us a “discounted deal”of $800 for vacate clean of a 4x1.5 with 4 bedrooms and living area carpeted. Told me i had to pay $400 deposit when booking which I did, and requested an invoice which I didn’t receive. Then informed us on the day of the clean, as the cleaners arrived that we must pay the total within 1/2 hour. the cleaners showed up 7 hours late, in the same phone call he said that the first price didn’t include gst. he wasnt told how big the house was and he didn’t know we had blinds. He insisted $1200 payment (-deposit) must be paid within 1/2 hour of the cleaners arriving or they would leave and keep the deposit. Got him to “discount to $900 + 10% for gst totally $990. He was informed the size of the house and there is proof. Unfortunately after requesting a copy of the invoice for the deposit multiple times before the clean and being ignored I was unaware of the tax not being included. The blind however I didn’t know that would matter but they weren’t even cleaned after claiming that was part of why the price was increased. the cleaners finally showed up (2pm)I visited the property (~4pm) and noticed it wasn’t very clean, they didn’t have a ladder to reach fans or clean walls/windows properly. I mentioned to them the carpets didn’t look like they’d been cleaned due to them being dry and they said the carpet cleaning person had only just left an hour ago. (Professional carpet cleaner we had to pay for after this fiasco stated it takes up to 24hrs to fully dry). Cleaners said they’d call him back, I left for an hour and came back expecting to see the cleaners still there, o the carpet cleaner person. No one was there. gates and doors all left wide open, and buckets of (suspected) dirty water had been thrown on 2 of the carpeted rooms floor. Staining it. After finding this, I went through the whole house and checked high and low, it was terrible. Then I found the other bad reviews that I had to scroll far down to find and found almost the exact same scenarios. Finally got through to [Name Removed] late the same night demanding a refund. He said he must be allowed to rectify it first and the next day the same cleaners returned. After questioning them they told us about the FB group. Stated they had no training or qualifications to complete professional carpet cleaning or flea treatment or the equipment to do so. They only had two buckets with a few cleaning supplies you can get at Cole’s, a mop and a duster. The first day, When I asked if they could clean the fans they said they didn’t have a ladder so I said no worries and looked around, when I came back they were standing on a empty 20L oil drum I’d left next to the garage. I told them that was unsafe and don’t worry about it I’ll have to do it. The next day they returned with a dining room chair. The cleaners do not seem to be apart of this scam, just people looking to earn extra cash and not being instructed by [Name Removed] on the requirements and level of cleaning we had been promised. [Name Removed] had violated consumer laws, labour laws and taxation laws. I saw someone else has already reported him. I will be too.

The most unprofessional and dishonest service I have ever used. Asked for payment in advance for a vacate clean including carpets. Did not complete the work in the agreed time frame, did not do a complete vacate clean. Was offered a partial refund for not doing the carpets at all but he never sent the refund payment. Was then blocked all together. Reported this business and waiting for the outcome. Stay away!!!

took no ownership. Even with the before and after photos. The “boss” is rude and thinks his done a good job. House was disgusting. They didn’t even mop or vacuum crumbs left on floor and when we made them come back to fix it they came at 7pm and the cleaner goes Awh “do we have to do the floors for a bond clean?”

inspection reviews highlighted the poor efforts carried out of cleaning. Dirty extractor hood for stove (which I asked the cleaner to focus on), water marks all over sinks, windows not properly cleaned, dirt in the tracks of doors, dust along skirting boards. All which defer a general clean from an end of lease clean. After notifying the contact person once report come through, he wasn’t helpful at all. Only thing he had to say was 7 day guarantee. The inspection photos were taken within their policy days, but still didn’t want to help. I do not recommend this company at all. Price may be slightly lower than most, but now I realise that’s for a reason. Very unprofessional, cleaning standard very poor, do not want to help or understand the customer when paying for an expensive service!
