Very disappointing experience from start to finish. My booking was originally scheduled for 10:00 am, but the company changed it to 2:30 pm the day before. On the day, the cleaner arrived at approximately 3:30 pm. I appreciate that parking at my apartment building is limited. However, I offered to pay for the multi-storey car park directly… Read more
opposite my building, which I have used myself on multiple occasions. The cleaner declined and said she would look for alternative parking and contact me. I later received a message that the cleaning could not go ahead that day because of the parking situation.
While I was still waiting for the cleaner, I was repeatedly asked by the owner, [Name Removed], to pay the remaining balance, even though the service had not yet commenced.
As I was flying overseas the following evening, I had booked the clean around a fixed schedule. Since the company was unable to provide the service at the agreed time, I requested a refund of my $275 deposit. My request was declined on the basis that the company does not provide refunds. From my perspective, I had not cancelled the booking—the service could not be delivered as originally arranged.
After I explained my situation, I was told another cleaner would attend the following morning. I made it clear that the cleaner would need to arrive by 7:30 am because of my travel plans.
The replacement cleaner arrived without a working vacuum cleaner, so I had to borrow one from my building concierge. Carpet steam cleaning had also been agreed beforehand, but the cleaner did not have the required equipment. The cleaner told me he had not been informed what type of cleaning had been booked and had expected the necessary equipment to be supplied by the company.
Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors were left with a significant amount of lint after mopping, and I spent nearly two hours cleaning the apartment myself after the service.
Based on my experience, there were significant issues with communication, scheduling, equipment, and the overall quality of the service. I would not use this company again or recommend it to others.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. This company is borderline scam. They take your money and do a below average job. Advised a team of cleaners will do our end of lease clean, 1 person showed up on a e-bike with a microfibre cloth and a can of oven cleaner. mopped (poorly) onlyl because our own mop was still at the house. The whole house needed to be done again by ourselves and was done better. I tried making contact with company for their "7 day gurantee" and they blocked my number and ignored emails. I tried other phones and got through however was told they are new employee or said they will check the emails, then hung up. Paid extra for carpet steam cleaning, no one showed up. Submitted with fair trading and their reply email states they did a good job and was within what was promised. Save youself the stress and money and go with anyone else.

company more than two weeks to organise a cleaner.
What happened next was beyond belief.
By Wednesday, 15 July, I still had not heard anything from them, so I had to call them myself just to confirm my booking. I was greeted by someone who sounded as though I had just woken them up. At that point I should have trusted my instincts and cancelled.
On the evening of Thursday, 16 July, less than 24 hours before the scheduled clean, they texted me to say their cleaner had an emergency and asked to move my booking to Saturday, 18 July.
This was an end-of-lease clean, not a casual domestic clean.
I had already organised my schedule around the original booking. Because of their request, I had to negotiate with my property manager for a later key return, rearrange my commitments and reorganise my day solely to accommodate them.
Then came the message that completely shocked me.
At 9:06 pm on Thursday, 16 July, after I had already gone through the trouble of negotiating a later key return specifically for Saturday at 9:30 am, they sent me another text saying they would update me on whether the cleaning would happen Saturday afternoon instead.
Imagine receiving that message at 9:06 pm the night before, after you have already rearranged your entire schedule because of them.
I immediately told them Saturday afternoon was impossible and reminded them that I had already changed my plans to accommodate the agreed Saturday morning appointment.
On Friday, 17 July, I texted them again asking them to confirm the booking for Saturday, 18 July at 9:30 am.
They replied confirming it.
I finally thought the matter was settled.
It wasn't.
On the morning of Saturday, 18 July, before the cleaner was even due to arrive, they texted to say the cleaner would now be arriving at 10:00 am instead.
Then, after 10:00 am had already passed, they sent another message saying the ETA was now 10:20 am.
Then came another excuse.
They claimed the cleaner was lost because I had not provided the suburb.
Except I had.
The full address had already been provided, it was included in the booking, and I had reconfirmed the complete address the previous day. I even sent them a screenshot proving it. Rather than apologise, they continued arguing and tried to shift the blame onto me.
Then came the most astonishing admission of all.
They told me they had difficulty finding a cleaner willing to accept the price they had quoted me.
How is that the customer's responsibility?
You quoted the price. You accepted my booking on 2 July. You had more than two weeks to arrange a cleaner. Staffing your jobs is your responsibility, not mine.
Instead of taking ownership of their own operational failures, they tried to make their internal staffing problem my problem.
Throughout the morning, they also refused to answer my phone calls, communicating only by text while I sat waiting and wondering whether anyone was actually coming.
Because they failed to deliver the service, I was forced to delay returning my rental property keys, incurred additional rental costs, and ultimately had to complete the cleaning myself under enormous pressure.
Even after everything that had happened, instead of immediately refunding my deposit, they continued trying to convince me to let them come another day—even though they knew full well this was an end-of-lease clean and the keys were being returned.
Let's summarise what this company managed to do after having over two weeks' notice:
I had to call them to confirm my booking. They changed the booking less than 24 hours before the job. They made me renegotiate my key return. They attempted to change the appointment again at 9:06 pm the night before. They confirmed 9:30 am, then changed it to 10:00 am, then 10:20 am. They failed to arrive. They blamed me for an address they had already been given. They admitted they could not find a cleaner willing to honour the price they themselves had quoted. They ignored my phone calls. They caused me financial loss through additional rent. They wasted hours of my time and caused unnecessary stress during what is already one of the most stressful parts of moving house.
I have retained every SMS, every confirmation, every excuse, every payment record, and the entire timeline of events.
If you are considering using Cleaning SuperBoss for an end-of-lease clean, ask yourself one question:
Can you afford to have your cleaner not turn up on the day you have to hand back your keys?
If the answer is no, then I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Their repeated broken commitments, poor communication, refusal to take accountability and complete lack of professionalism made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

total agreed price was $460. The cleaner was booked to arrive at 9:00am, but when he arrived he had no equipment to complete the job and left without doing any cleaning.
What happened afterwards was extremely concerning. I spent the entire day trying to get a solution. I was told they were trying to find another cleaner, but no replacement cleaner was arranged and no timeframe was ever provided.
My calls were ignored. My emails were ignored. When I finally spoke with someone and asked for a clear answer and a resolution, they hung up on me. My partner also called to request a refund and they hung up on him as well.
Because this was an urgent end-of-lease clean, I had no choice but to book another cleaner at short notice and pay much higher that what we were budgeting for.
After this happened, we found multiple reviews from other customers describing very similar experiences. Based on my experience and the evidence I have found, I believe this business is operating dishonestly and I believe people need to be warned this is a scam business.
We are now pursuing further action to recover our money.
Please do your research before paying any deposit to this business. I would hate for anyone else to experience the same stress, financial loss, and disappointment.

5:00pm after another delay but they didn't actually arrive until 6:13pm. Throughout the afternoon I was repeatedly assured they were "on the way", that they would "finish it today" and that they "would not cancel". Despite these guarantees, the cleaners continued to arrive hours later than promised and failed to clean to an appropriate standard.
What I didn't realise until the day was that Cleaning Super Boss doesn't actually perform the cleaning themselves - they outsource the work to subcontractors. The poor coordination between them and their subcontractors resulted in repeated delays, broken promises, and a lack of accountability. I spent the entire day waiting around while being given arrival times that were never met.
Overall, the communication, reliability and organisation were extremely poor. If you value your time and want a company that delivers on its commitments, I'd look elsewhere.
Dodgy Company. Hired us to do four jobs but didn’t pay any of the dollars and blocked my number. This is what they’ve asked me to do but I denied.

Rangehood, inside of oven glass windows still dirty, Dirt in the sliding door tracks Soap still in soap dish And I had to mop the house again cos there was obvious water marks everywhere. This is not what we expected from a professional cleaning service

If you were to be hired for a job you would of been contacted on the app you applied on by an employer stating that they will have a meeting with you and what requirements and where the location of the meeting will be. was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
On the day of the clean (Monday 27th), the cleaners arrived hours late. We were told by [Name Removed] that if there were any issues, he would personally return to fix them. However, we were also told the job would not commence unless $600 cash was paid upfront, which already raised concerns.
The cleaner on site repeatedly asked my partner if he was “doing things right” and stated he had only been in the job for 2 months. The only cleaning products observed being used were basic Woollies and Coles spray & wipe and Windex, which is not what you would expect from a professional end-of-lease cleaning service.
When my partner asked what products he was using on the calcium build up on the shower screens he said Windex and further explained "you can't get calcium build up off shower screens". This is laughable... Go and buy One Shot Thick from Bunnings.. $15 a bottle..
The quality of the clean was extremely poor. Multiple areas were either missed entirely or not cleaned properly, including:
- Floors not swept or mopped - Built-in microwave not cleaned internally - Kitchen sink left with crumbs and debris - Rangehood streaky and needing re-cleaning - Oven glass needing re-cleaning - All taps not cleaned or polished - Shower screens heavily covered in calcium build-up - Mirrors streaky or not cleaned properly - Front door glass not cleaned - Carpet “steam clean” ineffective, with dust still able to be lifted from the carpet - A new stain was also left on the entryway tiles
We also had serious concerns about property security. We were instructed to leave the property so the cleaners could lock up, however when we returned the next day the property was left unlocked. We were then later asked to leave the property unlocked again for re-entry, which we did not agree to due to the previous issue.
We arranged for the cleaner to return the this morning at 8am to fix the issues. We arrived on time, only to be told at 8:30am that they would not arrive until 11am. Despite multiple calls and messages, we received no communication or updates for hours.
When I spoke with [Name Removed] directly, the conversation became defensive and dismissive. He repeatedly said “what did you expect for $600” and attempted to justify the standard of work based on price. He also did not dispute that the carpet clean had been done at all and instead offered a partial refund for that only. However, the issues were not limited to the carpet.
At that point, I made it clear that we had engaged a professional end-of-lease cleaning service and expected a professional standard of work, regardless of internal pricing or cost assumptions. The response felt unprofessional and dismissive of the actual concerns raised.
Ultimately, we have been left cleaning the property ourselves after paying for a service that was not delivered to an acceptable standard.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and we will be taking this to the WA Consumer Protection & Consumer Affairs Australia and New Zealand.
Now before we get a response on this review from the Cleaning Super Boss Perth (owner), I have already reached out to your customer service team and looking forward to a refund.

him $770 first thing the next morning when i woke up and what a regret that was.
After arriving to check the condition of the house, it became apparent that we had just dealt with a 0 standard cleaning service.
The bathroom bench tops were still dirty, the kitchen range hood still had food splatters on it, none of the cupboard faces in the kitchen or bathrooms were wiped down, the tracks in our bedroom wardrobes were still dirty and dusty, only 1 of 2 bathrooms were mopped, none of the showers were cleaned, the frameless glass shower screen had been cleaned with a product that made it look cloudy, both bathroom sinks still had grime around the taps and plugs, the floors still had dirt on them and the laundry had not been cleaned.
After multiple messages, phone calls, requests for the cleaning issues to be rectified with a follow up clean and then a request for a refund, i’m still yet to receive any response from [Name Removed]. My partner called [Name Removed] from his phone and was hung up on and then later blocked after [Name Removed] told him i requested a “spot clean” not a “vacate clean” (I have both an email and texts stating i requested a vacate clean).

Do not waste your time, effort or money with this unprofessional and careless company! If i could give them 0 stars, i absolutely would!

I would strongly advise against using “Super Cleaning Boss.” My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam. conversation. However, when the invoice arrived, we were billed for an “End of Lease Cleaning” service, which didn’t match what we had agreed on.
On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners arrived 40 minutes late, and communication with [Name Removed] was unclear and misleading. Despite confirming the service would cover all the agreed-upon tasks, the house looked no different after the cleaning, and one of the bathrooms was clearly missed. The $700 invoice remained unchanged, with no reduction or adjustment for the services that were either missed or done poorly.
When I discussed this issue with [Name Removed], his response was that we should have checked the website for the correct service booking. This is completely unacceptable, as we specifically requested “Deep Cleaning,” not “End of Lease Cleaning.” The attempt to blame the customer for the company’s error in billing is unprofessional.
Overall, I feel that I was scammed by this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The misleading advertising, poor communication, and lack of accountability for the job done left me with no choice but to share my negative experience.

He finds people in a fb cleaning group and pays them cash to clean. Warehouse workers or other persons with no professional cleaning experience or certification. (My belief is that this is to avoid paying tax or fair wages but do not have proof and will be reporting to ATO) The cleaners are not informed what they’re supposed to clean. They have to provide their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They are not vetted or certified to do any “professional cleaning services” including carpet cleaning or treatment required for end of lease/vacate cleans. He offered us a “discounted deal”of $800 for vacate clean of a 4x1.5 with 4 bedrooms and living area carpeted. Told me i had to pay $400 deposit when booking which I did, and requested an invoice which I didn’t receive. Then informed us on the day of the clean, as the cleaners arrived that we must pay the total within 1/2 hour. the cleaners showed up 7 hours late, in the same phone call he said that the first price didn’t include gst. he wasnt told how big the house was and he didn’t know we had blinds. He insisted $1200 payment (-deposit) must be paid within 1/2 hour of the cleaners arriving or they would leave and keep the deposit. Got him to “discount to $900 + 10% for gst totally $990. He was informed the size of the house and there is proof. Unfortunately after requesting a copy of the invoice for the deposit multiple times before the clean and being ignored I was unaware of the tax not being included. The blind however I didn’t know that would matter but they weren’t even cleaned after claiming that was part of why the price was increased. the cleaners finally showed up (2pm)I visited the property (~4pm) and noticed it wasn’t very clean, they didn’t have a ladder to reach fans or clean walls/windows properly. I mentioned to them the carpets didn’t look like they’d been cleaned due to them being dry and they said the carpet cleaning person had only just left an hour ago. (Professional carpet cleaner we had to pay for after this fiasco stated it takes up to 24hrs to fully dry). Cleaners said they’d call him back, I left for an hour and came back expecting to see the cleaners still there, o the carpet cleaner person. No one was there. gates and doors all left wide open, and buckets of (suspected) dirty water had been thrown on 2 of the carpeted rooms floor. Staining it. After finding this, I went through the whole house and checked high and low, it was terrible. Then I found the other bad reviews that I had to scroll far down to find and found almost the exact same scenarios. Finally got through to [Name Removed] late the same night demanding a refund. He said he must be allowed to rectify it first and the next day the same cleaners returned. After questioning them they told us about the FB group. Stated they had no training or qualifications to complete professional carpet cleaning or flea treatment or the equipment to do so. They only had two buckets with a few cleaning supplies you can get at Cole’s, a mop and a duster. The first day, When I asked if they could clean the fans they said they didn’t have a ladder so I said no worries and looked around, when I came back they were standing on a empty 20L oil drum I’d left next to the garage. I told them that was unsafe and don’t worry about it I’ll have to do it. The next day they returned with a dining room chair. The cleaners do not seem to be apart of this scam, just people looking to earn extra cash and not being instructed by [Name Removed] on the requirements and level of cleaning we had been promised. [Name Removed] had violated consumer laws, labour laws and taxation laws. I saw someone else has already reported him. I will be too.

I challenged this, as a quote had already been agreed, but I was put in a very difficult position. We were vacating the property the next day and flying overseas, so I felt I had no choice but to pay the extra amount. Three days later, the property manager conducted the final inspection, and the results were extremely disappointing. The cleaning was of a very poor standard, with more than 40 items listed as not completed or done inadequately. The work was clearly amateur and nowhere near what is expected for an end-of-lease clean. As a result, I have now had to pay an additional $350 to a reputable cleaning company to complete the job properly, including sanitising mattresses and cleaning the balcony.
