Willing to find a better deal
On our bill it said that Click may have found a better deal for us and to call them. I called and they did find a better deal for both Electricity and Gas. This is the second time Click has bettered our previous rates and it saves us each time.
I have Electricity and Gas with Click, everything has been good without drop outs, everything was set before I moved in, I am in a rental and will be soon moving out. I will remain with Click in my new house.
I have been with click energy for 2 years now they are great easy to deal with and quick and now I’m moving to a different place quick simple call to connect the new place . You get a good discount if you pay before due date really helps .

Called to enquire if I had missed my monthly installment. Call answered promptly, and agent (Love) yes thats her name , was quick and efficient, and said not to worry the bills haven't gone out yet! have been with Click for over 5 years, and they are always ready to assist you , and have the best rates for the service you get. You may find a slightly cheaper rate, But you won't find the Level of Customer service Click Provide!

Sought to register my Centrelink concession details... and also sort out an anomoly which was sorted very quickly -very helpful staff ... offered alternatives for me to consider in the future. Would recommend to others without hesitation
I got electricity and gas ,, And electricity and the gas work perfect and everything works good. And every thing reliable and works good and never happened experience dropped since Lon time now and I am so happy with click energy.
The guy I spoke too was excellently efficient and I got switched pretty quickly. Have to fill in a life support form at the doctor but it was sent to me the same day I signed up and much quicker than my previous company which took weeks to mail out a form and then I had to snail mail it back.
So, I am impressed so far with this company's efficiency and speed.

Hi Robert, at the moment we don't, but never say never! Our billing process will summarise this for you, but unfortunately not via an app. Did you compare our Solar plans with your current retailer? Were you happy with how they stacked up? Cheers!
Hi, need some advice on changing my plan. Was recommended to come to the main site and get on the Chat line (Icon bottom right hand side of webpage). I can't find it anywhere. Just want to do the webchat about plans as your phone system is currently not working.
Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
