This service is for a 98yo lady with the help of niece who is a Click account holder. The niece wasn’t able to speak on her behalf so trying to set up the account took more time. This service has only just commenced so haven’t had any problems so far.

Signed up in November 2015, through Choice.
A couple of years back I noticed other suppliers had lower rates. Called Click threatening to quit and was changed to a rate much lower than I had been on and lower than competitors.
If you're a customer, I suggest ringing, mention how you always pay on time and ask for a better deal or you'll walk.... I pretty much guarantee you'll save more money.

Very happy with click energy After being ripped off for years by my old provider its great to not to get " bill" shock every month . Thanks Click it's solar rebate is far better than what other providers are offering .

Only Electricity ....took a very short time to change over from my old supplier they did the lot I did not have to do a thing...I haven’t noticed very many dropouts only for a few minutes if any.

Great customer service yet tedious process.
Bring your call centre back to Australia and listen to your customers. It isn’t rocket science. Your rates are great but your accounting facilities are poor. All I wanted to achieve was an update of billing reference. It took far too long to be connected and far too long to give the billing information for my various accounts.

I have solar and it was super easy to switch between properties. I wasn’t sure if I was on the best plan, so they helped me with a comparison and changed me over without any issues!
Don't do it! disgusting customer service.
My mother passed away and was connected to Click Energy. She lived in a rental property and to prevent the new tenant using power connected in my mothers name I attempted to have it disconnected. Customer service hung up on me. Refused to disconnect, refused to put my call through to a manager. NEVER USE CLICK ENERGY!
disappointing first encounter
Trying to get info before moving house - looking for better provider. Did not get satisfactory outcome from the young man I spoke to. Would not put me through to someone else when requested. After reading many good reviews, I was disappointed. Will keep searching...
Never any problems. Best rates for my usage patterns.
Changed plan - Click support put me on a better value plan, for my usage patterns, than the Government site Energy Made Easy suggested. I switched to Click after previous provider repeatedly insisted on billing me for estimated usage on disconnected meters, and with rude and beligerent phone support. Click support and service has been fantastic. Never a problem!

I didn’t have any installed, but I moved home and was already with Click Energy Electricity and brought that with me and I had gas in the new place and signed for that too, it was all set up over the phone and on the day I moved in, Thanks Click Energy

was advised by click staff could save money by changing from saturn plan to hibiscus and next 6 months cost me extra $300.was then changed to jarrah and the bills are better .no offer of $300 return as it was clicks suggeston to change
