These people are SO annoying
I get phone calls form a number like 0488 843 678 and they hang up - so I call back and it is Click energy - so I block the number - but they call back every day from a slightly different number. I ask them to leave me alone but they persist - sometimes more than once in a day. Go away!!
Great service.Power and gas service were reliable. I would recommend this service to any one of my friends and my colleagues at work. the only reason I am leaving is because i am moving.

Overall all good so far!! Mainly pay on time discount in each bill,no need to wait for the next bill and also I love the concept of monthly billing cycle.

Gas and electricity. Time frame a month or so. Have just changed over so can't answer as to how reliable everything is. No problems so far. Everyone has been very pleasant that I have dealt with.

Email for leaving Click
Spoke to (Jack) re disconnection and re connecting. All was Well. Next day I got an email to say "we,re sorry to hear you are leaving Click Energy" I spoke to a female named Chris. I explained that I thought everything was okay and now this email? It told her I was not leaving Click. She told me to ignore the email that my account was fine. Moving is a very stressful time. I did not need to worry at all over this. I hope this does not happen to anyone else

Solar, it’s the best thing since sliced bread. We haven’t had to pay very much at all. Click has always offered me the best deals compared to anyone else. They offer me the absolute best solar and electricity deals.
When I spoke first to the representative (Joanne) she new what she was talking about but I couldn't get my message through to her. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Tony who understood my problem and sorted it out for me. Both Joanne and Tonydid there respective jobs.

I recently lost my husband and was anxious to have the final account resolved. After several calls over the past few days I had the matter sorted within half an hour by a very responsive and helpful staff member.

Its a MAJOR scam... confuses you big time. Their billing system is downright dodgy and deceiving... have to finish my 3 months period and never again.. so many of my friends are with click energy, gotta talk to them as well. I am a truly unsatisfied customer. Was with energy australia and switched to this coz I wasnt happy with energy australia either.. but alas!
Click energy useless company don't change too.
I joined click energy on the 13/2/19 for electricity,and when I looked at there tariffs I realised there tariffs were 50% dearer than any one else so even with 30% giving back to you they were still very dear.
So I cancelled my contract on the same day, but today I got an electricity bill for $65 from click energy ,I have been hours on the phone trying to get this sorted out( it's amazing when you join it's in minutes but try and get out it's hours)
Anybody thinking of joining these gangsters do your home work and it's all lies they try and con you in with.

electricity, easy and only took minutes. so far no problems and thankfully no blackouts.very easy and very quick, there have been no issuesto this point and I feel confident if there were they would be speedily resolved.
