Solar installation

Solar installation was done in a day
However the waiting time between signed contract and installation is 6wks which is a long wait.
Installers are friendly respectful hard working bunch. They did a good job.

We have only electrical power. Very reliable power... no drop outs. When I called the office to inquire about the statement of our account, one of The Click Energy Customer Service who took my call was very helpful. I was satisfied with the service.

A new plan for our electricity supply which was better value. We were notified by Click Energy that there was another plan which would save us money. Following our email they sent through information on the plan and we responded by talking to their Customer Service Agent and changing our plan. Very happy with this.

Incapable of fixing a small problem

I am on a government pension and life support which entitles me to two rebates each month. To get the life support rebate I had to go through several hoops and at last it was fixed. Last month they forgot to give me the pensioner discount. I have had to call them 6 times and sent 3 emails, and this is still not rectified. I would not recommend them as they can't think outside the box, I sent and email and attached the bill and they came back saying the life support rebate was showing. They did not have the intelligence to look back onto the invoice before (May) to see I was entitled to both rebates. They are incompetent.

Fantastic company to deal with

I was on Shine plan but received a letter to let me know I could save more money by changing to another plan. I decided to look into it so phoned click. I spoke with a very polite helpful man and the whole process only took about 15 minutes. I am now on Banksia plan and excited to see exactly how much I will be saving.

Useless

3 estimated bills massively overestimated. $1200, 1400 and 850 after sending photos of the meters they still deduct full Payment!
Energex even came out and said there is no way to bill us as the meter has blown up due to electronic fault.
Never deal with this company!!!!

Difficult to cancel or get an appropriate response

Have sent 3 emails requesting to cancel electricity as house sold. Have only received generic reply saying they will respond in 3-5 days, but no reply. Did receive email from their Sales team saying "Hear you are moving, do you want to set up new account ?" so they are aware what I am trying to do. Tried calling but the team that cancels only operate after 9am, while other customer service staff are working from 8am. They really don't want to rebate the money they owe me for Solar generated. I'm sure if I owed them money I'd be receiving calls and emails very quickly.

Customer service

As I am in isolation because of covid19, I am unable to return to work because of my age (73) and a heart condition, I am now experiencing extreme hardship and cannot always pay my bills on time. Click energy have been very sympathetic to my cause and have adjusted my rates to give me a cheaper rate, and have allowed me to defer payments until my pension was due. I am very grateful for the understanding I have been given, and have, and will continue to refer your service to my friends and co-workers.

Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
