Hi I've lost my key and wondering how I go about getting another one

My mini rider runs perfectly for 15 minutes or so and then cuts out, after resting it for about 15 minutes and then runs again for about the same amount of time before stopping again ,can you help?

Usually means its getting vapour lock from the hot engine. Work out why the enf=gine is overheating ie grass etc around fins.

Can you still get parts, ie. Drive belt. For this model

I have never had any trouble getting parts for rideon mowers that are quite old I had a belt replaced on this 18 months ago

Yes, the Tahiland made and fitted belt scallops out. The dealer put a Japanese made belt meant for an Isuzu truck made in Japan on and no more problems!! Both oddly made by mitsubishi.
