helpful and told me they've delivered a few items in past few weeks that Coco has gotten wrong (wrong colour chair, wrong couch style etc)

They will blame the delivery company, the holiday shutdown the webpage, girl who doesn't work at the store anymore (who "obviously gave you the wrong information" aka the fallguy), you, the app they use for deliveries/factory BUT it's never their fault.

Seriously, do not shop here. Oh, and still haven't even sent a receipt as "you haven't ordered the item" according to their email system.

I don't want to deal with this company ever again and made sure friends, work colleagues, clients etc don't go here either.

The staff are so helpful and well informed it is difficult to shop anywhere else. I really like to unique pieces which are a welcome relief from all other furniture stores. When they have a sale it is a real sale with generous markdowns. Start with Coco republic and you won't go anywhere else.

Went in store and found the coffee table of my dreams. I didn't end up buying it but was thinking about it the whole day. So that night a placed my order online and now extremely excited about it and patiently waiting for delivery

its way. They blamed the delivery company for taking so long to deliver. The delivery company only had my item in their warehouse for 4 days. The date on the items that were shipped from overseas was 8 months prior and there was evidence inside the boxes that the items were in Australia for 6 months. Utterly terrible experience.

Can't attach a receipt as they never sent one even though I kept asking for almost a year. I just want nothing to do with them anymore.

Our outdoor table and chairs look fabulous and feels like good quality. The delivery duo were efficient assembling the table and took all the packaging with them. But it took half a year between online payment and delivery. I would have appreciated a clear message in the online product details about the lead time. GASLIT AND HARASSED. I received a defective chair and promptly emailed Coco Republic with photo evidence asking for a paltry $80 refund as a quick stress-free remedy. They responded with an image from the delivery company showing the side of the chair in sunlight thus obscuring the defect and claimed it was in perfect condition. I responded… Read more

pointing out that the defect was obscured in their image and asked them to provide a front-view image. No response. I opened a PayPal dispute. I then received an email stating they would agree to the $80 refund providing I would close the PayPal dispute. I agreed because again, I wanted a quick stress-free resolution. I CLEARLY stated that I would only close the dispute once I had received the refund into my account. They agreed and said they would notify me when the refund was issued. Eventually they emailed stating they had processed the refund and asking me to close the dispute by close of business ‘as per our agreement’. That wasn’t the agreement I made. I reminded them that I was happy to close the PayPal dispute but only after I had actually received the refund. Then the deluge of emails began insisting over and over that I close the dispute despite not having received my refund, trying to gaslight and bully me into something I hadn’t agreed to. That’s when my blood pressure and mental health began to severely deteriorate and I had enough. I emailed stating that due to their ongoing harassment and agreement violation I did not want the $80 refund and asked them to cancel it as I would instead be proceeding with the PayPal dispute. They said they couldn’t halt the refund and it eventually arrived - I’ve asked them to do a chargeback. I’ve reiterated REPEATEDLY that I am willing to communicate/resolve the matter via the PayPal platform (whose t&c’s they are bound by as merchants) but they are REFUSING to do so, instead continuing to send harassing emails citing legal legislature, again, despite me having informed them of the severe toll they are having on my health and asking them to stop. I honestly think this may land me in the emergency room.

UPDATE: PayPal found in my favour due to their non-compliance with the dispute resolution process and instead of appealing the decision they CONTINUE to gaslight and harass me! Again, falsely claiming we had a certain agreement which we didn't, and then providing two options - one of which was that I had to return the chair IN ADDITION TO repaying the cost of the chair... Seriously, you can't make this stuff up! If it wasn't for the fact my blood pressure is through the roof and they are destroying my health, I might find it laughable.

Very solid lamps with good packaging. Managed to buy them on clearance so got a good deal. Overall, very easy pickup from warehouse, product was better than I had hoped.
