helpful and told me they've delivered a few items in past few weeks that Coco has gotten wrong (wrong colour chair, wrong couch style etc)
They will blame the delivery company, the holiday shutdown the webpage, girl who doesn't work at the store anymore (who "obviously gave you the wrong information" aka the fallguy), you, the app they use for deliveries/factory BUT it's never their fault.
Seriously, do not shop here. Oh, and still haven't even sent a receipt as "you haven't ordered the item" according to their email system.
I don't want to deal with this company ever again and made sure friends, work colleagues, clients etc don't go here either.

Perfect Concrete table, great statement piece – Bought a concrete table from coco republic and it was the best piece of furniture in my house. Such a gorgeous statement piece and would definitely recommend buying from cocorepublic if your house needs a statement piece.

They simply brought my delivery day forward as I had expressed I would love it as soon as possible! The tracking provided on the day was excellent, and the two delivery guys unpacked the table outside and placed it in the house where I wanted ! They then took the rubbish with them … I didn’t expect that . My Hart coffee table was impeccable and very clean . I am over the moon with it .
I did start out with hesitation, but everything did go to plan ! The quality is absolutely gorgeous also , I wasn’t sure what to expect but I am SO glad I purchased this ! It is DIVINE and exactly what you see in the advertised pictures. Thankyou I’ll be back !:)

Waited for more than half year – We ordered a sale product – a candle holder – and waited for more than half a year. The issue was I couldn’t find any post-purchase email to check the expected delivery date. After finally getting a response from someone after half year, they said they would notify me, but they didn’t. Then one day, it just arrived without any email or phone notification. I could have easily missed it since no one informed me that it was on its way.

Non existent customer service – I wish I’d read the reviews - Worst customer service I’ve encountered. Has taken over 2 weeks (after the delivery date) to deliver an item that is in stock - and they charge $300 delivery. Sloppy Service – Don't bother with 'White Glove' dreadful! Had 2 orders charged me twice $160 so that's $320 and then didn't come with the first order and made one delivery! is ever delivered without any identification or wrapping? Placed in my unit with inevitably, black paintwork chipped off the top. The delivery guys acknowledged this and said they'd leave the table with me and report it back for repair or replacement. I let them know I had no interest in a repair but left it at that. After a couple of days I chased a replacement table with customer service and had what ended up as a very heated discussion with an extremely confident "customer service" staff member along the following lines: Me: I'm ringing to chase a replacement for this order. Her: I'll organise a virtual consultation for you. Me: I don't understand. Your delivery guys reported the damage to you. I've sent you the photos of the damage with the delivery guys in the photo. Her: Our policy is to repair goods. Me: This is the second time faulty goods have been delivered. We've paid for a brand new table and we'd like a replacement please. Her: We don't do replacements where the goods can be repaired. And anyway you kept the table. Me: Your delivery guys told me to keep the table and that your company would sort it out. And you have obligations under NSW law. The repair or replace test is not as simple as Coco Republic just deciding repair is the only option. In the end a replacement was organised but I had to fight very hard to get it. It soured the whole experience. The replacement was delivered with layers and layers of protective wrapping and inside a box as you would expect a new table to be delivered. It's a shame. Their products are stylish and the range well put together and Australia has very limited options in that way, but despite spending a fortune there in the recent past we've had to decide never again. The showroom experience is Rolls Royce. The after sales 'service' is at best extremely poor and at worst, suspect and in my view a form of corporate bullying to get its own way with customers who don't have the capacity to take them on over the phone or at Fair Trading. And if management/the company happens to read this review I hope they consider my comments to be directed to their management and its systemic problems, not to individual employees. proof that it was indeed incorrect. The next booked delivery then did not arrive in time. I previously made it very clear that I will not be available after a certain time. There seem to be no communication between the store and the actual delivery team. The delivery team was very arrogant, entitled and rude. I sent an email complaining about their bad service and received an "apologies for the delay we will get back to you" response . That was a month ago. Still no word. properly. (I should have avoided this product entirely since I purchased bedside tables from the same line and am waiting for someone to come and fix one of them - I had wrongly assumed that I was just unlucky).
The furniture was dropped off on Monday and the team did not even try to get it up my stairs. Yes, it is a difficult location, but if they looked at the piece and noticed the scratches/door alignment issues, they could have left it in the truck. Instead, they left it in the middle of my living room (where it is still standing 10 days later) and told me someone will return to pick it up. My (kick myself) mistake is not telling them to get it out immediately.
It is now 10 days later and I am still navigating my living room with this furniture in the middle of it. On Monday Coco Republic rep told me they would issue a refund (minus restocking fee - even though they would likely write this off to insurance) and now they are telling me they are going to send someone to repair it. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!...in spite of their glossy photographs. They are an absolute shoppers nightmare!
I have been calling and emailing multiple times daily for the last 10 days and kept given the same runaround. No refunds, we will repair, we will take it in your home, we will issue you a store credit, and around and around we have been going. The last correspondence they told me they would do a virtual consult and have a repair guy out to my home. My response was that I was not going to pay $3700 for a damaged piece of furniture that they repair. Absolutely atrocious!!
Add to the issue is that this is in the holiday season and I have a huge piece of furniture sitting in the middle of my living room. We could not entertain on Christmas since I could not fit anyone into my home. Add more insult to injury, I just lost my mother 8 weeks ago and the grief finally hit me last week. I felt like I was falling to pieces and yet I had to deal with calling this company daily. My last correspondence I finally told them I had filed a complaint with Fair Trading and have decided to contact a lawyer. Coco Republic that "it is not a manufacturing fault" and they will do nothing. Very aggrieved customer, as they were expensive rugs, and yet they look cheap on the floor, given they bulge in several places. Of course the advertised rugs both in the showroom and online look perfectly flat, but this is not the reality we are seeing.

On 26 September I took the lamp to my closest Coco Republic showroom. They refused to swap the shade for their floor stock and said my lampshade was a natural variation. But the lampshade on their floor stock was the same as the online photo and nothing like my lampshade.
I have emailed their so-called “concierge service” three times and have received several emails back and phone calls from their staff. They continue to argue my lampshade is a natural variation, and refuse to replace it. On 19 October (today), they have said they will send out an "expert craftsman” to assess the shade and write a report with a recommendation.
This is a $250 lamp (on sale), and the rattan shade probably cost them $20. However, the lamp is not useable in my home, and I can't replace the shade myself as it is an unusual shape. I have told their staff I don’t mind whether they replace the shade, replace the lamp, or give me a refund. I am happy to take it back to their showroom to save them collecting it from me. Their refusal to do something so simple is unbelievable, and I am disgusted with their appalling attitude towards customers. I have attached a photo from their website and a photo of my lampshade. Also be aware that you usually can't buy anything directly from their showroom, so you are pretty much at their mercy if what they deliver isn't what you think you bought!
