Recently bought a pair of 'FRECA' from the Colorado Workwear Boots range and they have been the best pair of work boots I have ever owned. They meet all the needs I have for being on the worksite - tough, reliable and safe! And the best part...they are the most comfortable pair I boots I have ever owned! Highly recommend! Show details
4 pairs of Colorado's shoes and boots have ALL had soles disintegrate when stored for 6 months. Do not buy. Show details
Bought Colorado Chelsea boots, looked great, worn maybe dozen times and both soles just fell off ! Absolute rubbish, have bought this brand before in different styles but never again Thongs last longer Show details

Colorado's disintegrating Sole – I bought a pair of black lace ups for work & because I also needed a DECENT pair as the right shoe had to be built up. I wore them for a few years, & then put them in my wardrobe & a few years later the soles had disintegrated down to nothing, only the top part remained in good condition. These shoes cost me $150 AUD, so they were not cheap. Why make a product that is going to disintegrate under what is meant to be a supposedly good brand? Show details
Garbage quality – It is really a shame what has happened to this brand. Colorado used to make reasonable shoes that looked nice and wore well. Unfortunately these days their shoes are garbage quality, they fall apart and do not hold up to normal wear. I am done buying their terrible quality shoes.
Painted soles – Purchased these sandals prior to Christmas. Worn three times and looks like paint on the soles is coming off. Most unusual. Emailed the company (customer care!) Response was that my email would be attended to in 2-4 days. Three weeks later no response as yet. Show details
Padding Collapse Changes Shoe Size – These scuffs appear good, but the quality is poor. Within a few months of purchase, the foot padding has collapsed which makes the shoe now at least one size too big. They are too loose to wear and now keep slipping off the front as you walk. Very expensive rubbish. Show details
Reject shoes – The worst inconsiderate people I have dealt with , could not care about your purchase, once you give them your money, business is done . If you want 1 less problem in your life , DON’T BUY SHOES FROM THESE PEOPLE AND YOUR WISH WILL BE GRANTED , I would have to say if they were the only shoe store , I would live without shoes, no joke Show details
Look Great, but all Fake – Brought 2 pairs of Colorado Boots, nice looking boots, always liked Colorado Boots. My latest purchases are both about 1 year old, and I noticed they are made in China. I use one pair for church on Sunday and the other for casual wear. Travelled to Tennant Creek and walked to a Funeral, about 4klms. Both soles fell apart, exposing the fake… Read more
stitching and non leather look heals. Stitching is for looks only. Second pair also falling apart. Fake Fake Fake. Goodbye Colorado and Williams shoe stores. Never again. Unfortunately I don’t have a receipt.
Poor quality – I bought two different pairs of Colorado Shoes and I sent them back 3 times different colour between shoes or stitching Coming Undone. Check your shoes before purchasing them. Their quality has dropped dramatically.
Colorado Shoes – Hi all i bought a pair of Colorado shoes in October 2022 i wear them regularly and they are starting to fall apart, i am very unhappy. They are comfortable but i would have thought they would have lasted longer then 11 months ????
Great shoes, but a little expensive – I have just purchased 2 new pairs of business dress shoes, as usual they are very comfortable, my last pair I wore 5 days a week, and around 6000 steps per day lasted well over two years and are still functioning but looking a little worn I also have Colardo casual shoes, they have worn very well, very comfortable and are getting on to three… Read more

I do use dubbing twice a year, I guess if you look after them, they will last and work well for year's.
Worst sandals ever bought!! – Purchased exoensive salndals in store a couple years ago. The outer is good inc the velcro but the inner sole is crap. Has broken down and basically looks like a waffle and feels like im walking on lego. Show details

Colorado lace up/zip up Work boots EPIC FAIL – The idea its that you can lace up your boots to a achieve the perfect fit, then use the zipper on the side for ease of daily use. Many manufactures implement this well, Colorado do not. the zipper is much to short and does not open wide enough to allow removal of the boot. One must undo the laces to remove the boot. How did this item get… Read more
to mass production without anybody even lacing one up and trying to remove it using the zipper. such a fundamental function of the design totally ignored. I will attempt to return the boots.
Disgusting quality! – I bought non slip work shoes and paid $160 for what I thought would be "quality" item which has disintegrated within months of wear on 4hr shifts. When I took them to repairer he told me that the quality of this brand has become terrible since they are now made in China but still paying full price and to throw them in the bin.....Thanks Colorado for wasting my hard earned money. what rubbish – bought these sandals and wore them 4 times for about 1` hour each time mostly sitting at a club , have a look at what happened last time out . They are just rubbish but they want good money for them Show details
Colorado Shoes Very Poor Quality – Colorado shoes were good quality many years ago. My new shoes are approximately 2 months old, the tread is starting to all peel off ? Stay away from this brand Very cheaply made shoe Show details
Poor quality! – 14 months ago I bought what I thought was a fabulous buy at a Strand bag shop. As it’s just out of warranty there is nothing I can do. Apparently we have to read our labels more closely not all is genuine leather, trims and straps etc can be of other materials.I would normally not be able to afford a $200 plus bag so took advantage of the sale.Very Disappointed to say the least. The cracking is also on the bottom of the bag. Worst shoes ever – So uncomfortable .. inner sole feels like walking on concrete .. worst shoes I ever bought .. save your hard earned money .. DONT Show details
Colorado resilience shoes – 2 years ago we purchased the Colorado resilience shoes when my son started high school. My son has always been very heavy with his shoes to the point I only bought the ones with a warranty where I could take them back. One particular brand I took back 3 times in one year and it was a good brand. The Colorado resilience had a 12 month warranty so… Read more
that’s why I purchased them. They have been outstanding. 2 years on and the first time ever I am purchasing another pair due to them being worn down... not from them falling apart. Amazing. I have found it he brand that will deal with my sons kicking things on the floor, heavy sports, running around and general boy shenanigans. 100% waterproof also!
Colorado shoes – Purchased pair Colorado Burgandy shoes 13 months ago and the sole is coming away. Phoned the store where I purchased them and was told because they are 12 months old it is wear and tear! Nothing to do with them or the manufacturer. Suggested taking them to have sole glued. My Previous Colorados have lasted years...... they have lost another customer. Show details

Disappointing, – I bought a leather backpack from Strandbags 2 years ago. The straps are coming away from the bag and no business wanted to attempt a repair. I bought Colorado and leather for quality but shall not do so again. I realise time has elapsed and it was not my everyday bag but at the price I expected it to last longer. I have other older Colorado bags… Read more
still in good condition but the country of manufacture has played a role apparently. Stupidly I thought the integrity of the brand would mean something
Poor quality – Spent a small fortune on a quality Colorado bag. It’s older than 12 months so no warranty. Threads have been hanging from the seams since day 1 but now seams have come undone. It’s like something you would expect from a $2 shop. Show details
Made in CHINA rubbish. Same as Rivers quality now = Poor quality – Like Rivers Australia, Colorado chose to start making crap in CHINA, rather than stay in the USA. You can see the result - absolute rubbish quality that falls apart after a few wears. Rivers used to make things in Australia that used to be great quality, now it is Made on China, the quality is sheer crap. Show details
Poor quality ever – Bought a Colorado 100% leather bag 20 months ago. The handle torn apart and a white plastic underneath has came out. I got it from Strandbags so brought it back. The store manager at Brookside insisted that is leather and it is torn because it is too old. Is 20 months too old??? I have some other leather bags and one of them is 25 years old but no… Read more
problem at all. I chose leather because it is supposed to be durable. I have to say the quality of Colorado bag is dropped and Strandbags is not reliable.
Poor quality compared to a few years ago – Purchased less than a year ago. I haven't worn them much but the stitching has come apart on both sandals and the sole has worn away badly in 2 locations. Show details
Less than 12 months usage – Overall poor quality construction. Pull tags that break off. Soles that break apart. False stitching between the leather upper & sole. Disappointing experience from just under 12 months of use for what is meant to be a more durable product than a typical shoe. Good educational experience to invest into quality footwear e.g. Red Wing or RM Williams.
Bad quality False advertising – I purchase expensive Colorado bag in a city Strand Bags store. It was advertised “ genuine leather”. It was a lie. Handles were made of plastic / fake leather. 3 weeks later my expensive bag handles start peeling and my expensive bag became unusable rubbish . Shame on Colorado bags! It’s stealing from unaware customers . No stars for you ever! Show details
Dreadful choice – Purchased Men’s Colorado shoes - Alamein Aztec in late 2018. Now it is July 2019 and the soles are separating from the upper. This means my feet get wet whenever I walk on damp ground. The shoes have hardly been worn. I have had several versions of this product over the years and always liked the comfort and style. In all previous cases the shoes… Read more
failed when the soles split ie worn out!
Quality has clearly gone south at Colorado. Think twice before purchasing.
Colorado C-Craig boots terrible quality – I purchased a pair of suede upper boots from Williams 6 months ago and paid $100.After only 2 months the lining inside the boots have torn, the upper bootlace holes have torn and the stitching is giving way. The bootlaces have also deteriorated and snapped but that is the least of the issues. I sit at a desk for most of the day 5 days a week so it… Read more
is not as if they are being heavily worn. Most disappointed with this brand and will never buy another pair.
Glued soles coming off – Glue used by Colorado on sandals just not good enough and will never buy this brand ever again. Sandals were expensive and look great but durability is not up to standard.
