I love the quality and softness of their loungewear, also their underwear is very nice and there are lots of different styles to choose from.
Pricing is ok plus they have sales all the time.
I use to make big 3-$400 online shops at a time and get tons of clothes.
Now the prices are ridiculous!! $50–$80 for a plain jumper?! No thanks, and the stitching just falls apart.
The styles are out there (which I get is in atm) or horrible materials that don’t breathe and I can’t wear due to health issues. There are a few good basics. But even they are $30 now when they use to be $10.
I’m so upset I won’t be shopping here anymore to buy new boxes of clothes for me and my daughter every season like we use to is not affordable at all, sad tha...

Cotton on used to be a good cost effective brand, had fairly good quality staples - followed some trends but didn't get too carried away. Their jeans were always questionable fit/wear but overall I loved shopping there. Now it's following Gen Z fashion trends so hard, there is no mix of basics and trends anymore and the price has risen significantly. $70ish dollars for PJ pants! Calm down Cotton On you're not Peter Alexander, you should stay in your lane. Even cotton on body/active used to be amazing and now it's ugly and expensive yet no better quality. I hope it changes soon because I miss shopping there.

I like clothes, the pure cotton fabric of most of them that are sold in the store over the years

Went into cotton on Burwood asked the girl at the counter for two pairs full length standard black tights same as what I have on
Paid $60 and left
Next days realise they’re not the same so took them back to Roselands she tells me they don’t make the original any more and you can’t have a refund because I didn’t have the docket why she couldn’t look up my loyalty card and find the sale God only knows so I was screwed over didn’t get what I asked for and now I’m stuck with a $60 credit
Head office need to inform the staff of changes so they can inform the customer

Always attracted to C.O's value driven ethos. Clean, Green and Natural. So was very Disappointed recently to see the alcohol ridden slogans on men's Tshirts. This Nation has a significant alcohol problem, with our young men and more recently young women. Expected more. A real downer.
Washed a T-shirt once and it shrunk. Returned it to the store and their response was all our items shrink

Everything rips at the seams that I've purchased from cotton on. The clothing is not even that inexpensive, when you consider it may not last even a season. It's probably the worst retail clothing store in Australia quality wise. It's disappointing because their quality was there years ago
Bought a black, brown and khaki Comfort Knit Mid Length Bike Short worn a few times unfortunately to find ALL my tights knit fall apart literally at the seams comfy but what a shame, would not recommend the money nor the quality. Threw them out cause the store could and would not give me a refund.

We went into the store for Black Friday sale. Every rack had a sign on top saying 30% off store-wide! Signs hanging from the roof, stuck on walls, etc..
We chose some items, tried them on and proceeded to register to purchase, where we were informed that the "30% off was for members only"! NO WHERE on any of the tickets, signs, labels or anywhere, did it say you had to be a member to get the discount. So, we had to give them all our details to get the discount. I asked if we would get bombarded with junk mail from them, once they had our email ...
This should be Illegal. You serve customers and take their money, but cannot provide a Customer Service Phone Line ???? Then they blatantly lie, telling you they have a much better system with email and live chat on their recording !! yeah right !! for who ???? THEM !!! Cuts costs, but a terrible experience trying to reach them !
In the midst of a pandemic with signs everywhere to wear masks.2 staff members without masks. Was told to shop elsewhere if I didn’t like it. Law breakers!

The womens underwear has a crotch diameter of 2cm... who the hell has a Female Reproductive System that narrow! Not worth the money and poor fabric quality too. And by the way... I hate being asked if I want add on purchases such as cheap over price lollies, water, bags and charity donations!
I’m am beyond disappointed at cotton ons small af sizing!!! I’m a size 14 and received size “14” jeans that are literally the equivalent of size 10 Jean. I’m so disgusted that cotton on have changed their sizing to exclude women with bigger body types! Never shopping there again :(

No return option for faulty products for customers that live 2 hours away to closet store.
I bought a piar of Cotton On light green demium mens casual shorts last Sunday (Oct long we) from Cotton On, Maroochydoore. I washed them the very next day with only 3 other new articles of clothing. It appears the washing liquid has reacted and taken the colour out of the front of the shorts in large sections making them appear now more than faulty. Never been more.
I emailled the head office asking what could be done. After numerous emails Cotton On simply refuse to offer any returns or exchanges for country clients. I don't go to Maroochydo...
Read moreore just to shop and was there for the holiday. I live in Murgon a 2 hr drive. Cotton On simply have not offered to do a thing and didn't even ask me to post the shorts back to inspect insisting I drive 2 hrs each way. I purchased at least $500 from Cotton On this year from Emerald and Maroochydoore. Cotton On were simply not interested in assisting me what so ever. This is a disgraceful returns policy for country customers with no options available. Brand new shorts, never worn cost $50 and Cotton On have simply profited with no due care about keeping a regular customer. Very disturbing actions by Cotton On.Questions & Answers

Doubt if the store manager did anything about it after I alerted him to the problem. Not only was the sales person rude, she was just plain wrong and a liability to the store. Won't ever go there agai...
Read moren. I have withheld the name of the store but I think the Cotton On group needs to lift its game.
