salesperson say it can take 45 minutes to collect. We said we gave them 2 hours notice, she said it’s on the paperwork. My receipt was emailed and it doesn’t state the time it will take to do a pick up. It might be nice to tell people on the phone of the wait when we ring to say we are coming, or perhaps the storeman when we gave him our details. They do not pick the order until you are there. So it ended up being almost 40 minutes wait for 20 boxes of tiles. Not a big order and no apologies for the time it took.

Delivery Time – My first visit was great the staff were attentive, the second visit we had very little interaction with the staff, the third visit was an approvement. sometime in the morning. I waited to lunch time and rang to see when the delivery would be made. They told me it would be mid afternoon and that they would never state a delivery window. So i must have been lying or hearing voices, who in their right mind would make an appt on the same date as the delivery if they knew the delivery could be anytime during the day.

As we know these days if you don't cancel your appt 24hrs before your scheduled appt time you are either charged a cancellation fee or in my instance the whole fee. Why would I book an appt if I knew I could be waiting all day.

I did get annoyed with the lady on the phone, I admit that and I apologise. They are adamant they wouldn't state AM or PM, I am adamant that they did.

Get everything in writing, and make sure everything is iron clad. Goodluck

Poor service and expensive – I purchased packs of wall and floor tiles from the Fremantle office for a new fire surround I’m getting done. source floor stock of these tiles to make up the 2 other boxes I paid for. Later that day she called and told me she sourced more of the tiles from other shops that should arrive Wednesday. However, there is one tile short. I’m very annoyed as I paid for 6 boxes of an expensive wall tile and I’m getting less than 2 boxes(1 tile short) of this at top dollar and they are floor stock. I won’t shop with this company again

Excellent Customer Service! – Compliments all around for Marzena from Craft Decor Joondalup! She was polite, professional and so knowledgeable. She knew what she was doing and she really turned my nightmare of having to choose from so many tiles to literally a dream! Her expertise and opinions were on point as she listened and was not pushy. Terrible water damage, impossible to clean – Worst tiles I’ve ever seen. So water damaged they needed 4 hours and $100 of cleaning product per bathroom to remove built up calcium and paper stuck on (still some marks) They’re cheap for a reason, avoid Craft decor. Exceptional customer service – A big thank you to Zeljka and Mary from Craft Décor. Zelika helped me select the perfect tiles for my new bathrooms. The after sales customer service from Mary and her team was exceptional. Craft Décor is the only place I would shop for tiles and recommend to my friends.

Fantastic value! – I am a tiler by trade, but recently took to renovating homes and have been to Craft Decor for my last 3 bathroom and kitchen projects. The tiles are great value for the price. I have laid incredibly expensive tiles from Italy or Spain that were no better quality than those from Craft Décor. When it comes to tiles, I've found that expensive doesn't always mean better quality.

Porcelain tiles if terrible quality – After tiling the majority of my house in tiles from Craft Decor I am left with tiles that never look clean they are clearly not sealed properly and chip easily. I have to scrub some tiles to get them to look clean and marks keep appearing on more and more tiles. Disappointed is an understatement

If you can't get it there you can't get it anywhere – Walked in and within secs a lovely greeting and what was missing at other shops was here..they actually listened...

Excellent value and customer service – We recently purchased some tiles from the Joondalup store our whole experience was great, from the help we received when choosing the tiles, the discount given when purchasing and even help provided loading them into the trailer.When one of the boxes loaded into the trailer had a few cracked tiles replacements were ordered and provided quickly. We will definitely go back. Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service.

Osbourne park store fantastic – I have used the Osbourne park store many times. They have a huge range of contemporary up to dates styles at very reasonable prices. The quality and service has always been good.

and she was the person that we met at the store sometime in July 2016 which was a year ago.

We started to build our dream house in 2016 and this is where we did our initial preparation to decide on what type of tiles that we would like to have for our house and we have decided on Porcelain Tiles. We went to few different Tiles showroom in Perth and Craft Décor had what we were looking for and to be very honest, we receive the best ever customer service on our first visit and Jenny was the person who did really impressed us.

She went all the way to assist us and went top of the mark with her service. She was really very kind and polite to us and advice us on what was available.

After few weeks, we have decided to go through Jenny and we have never regrated on our decision. She hold the tiles for us until we were ready. The day came where tiles need to be delivered to our house and Jenny has again done a fantastic job. I had no any issues as the Driver delivered the tiles on time and everything has happened according to plan. There were no any damage tiles and everything was perfect. We receive what we have ordered.

We have now laid the tiles and it looks magnificently great and we can't stop thanking Jenny for her most wonderful service and she kept her words.

People out there, if you are looking for a good and affordable Tiles, please do visit the South Fremantle Showroom and please meet Jenny. You will never get disappointed after meeting her.

process as opposed to the Italian porcelains, I would assume that's why you see a haze as its inside the tile. the manager of stores, comes out to inspect and says oh they are beautiful, load of crap. and fobs you off doesn't return calls or emails. I would not go buy from them again be warned if you are looking for nice porcelains, pay the money.

Excellent service and great price! – We have bought tiles and laminated flooring from Craft Décor several times before, both for our investment properties and for our home. We came back again because they always have a wide choice of tiles, great service and best prices. Julia at Joondalup store was wonderful! She assisted us choosing the right tiles and gave us some valuable tips. We are very happy with the result as our newly renovated bathroom looks great!

let us know that they couldn't make it. Had to reschedule to another date. After all this, a few boxes when they delivered contained damaged tiles, in which we had to pick up the extra boxes from the warehouse.

Most the their tiles are completely covered with dust/dirt, a lot of time was spent cleaning up the tiles.

Next time we will spend a little more for tiles and go else where.

Save the hassle, go somewhere else – We found the staff at craft décor South Fremantle to be arrogant, incompetent liars. First they supplied half the grout in the wrong colour to what we requested and was on the invoice so we had to go back to change it for the right colour, and not even an apology for their stuff up. paid for in full prior, they had botched up the paper work at their end so I had to wait at the loading area while the bozo in the warehouse took at least half an hour to sort it out. Someone else turned up for the same reason so it is not an isolated incident.

We were encouraged to buy extra border tiles to make sure we had enough because we were told we could return any that we did not require, consequently when we went to return some excess border tiles the same lying woman denied having said that.

Also importantly beware of the inferior quality of their tiles, the floor tiles that we purchased chip easier than any tile we have seen.

Worst experience ever!!! – We took a sample tile home to match up with cupboards/benches, etc. The tile matched with our colours so we placed the order. box said something different. The tile we ordered was darker, thicker and a different texture. They said there can be a slight colour variation. There was no colour variation it was the wrong tile. They blamed it on us saying that it was our fault for not checking. They would not compensate us for their muck up. The general manager said, take us to court and that she would fight us the whole way!! So disappointed, have completely ruined my whole decor. I am now stuck with 190sqm of tiles that we did not order. Their customer service is appalling. Will never use them again.

Most tiles blemished – 90% of tiles had marks on them and were laid by one of their recommend tilers.When I complained it seems it's my fault for not checking the tiles not that that the supplied tiles were imperfect . Would not compensate me for low grade tiles so took them to court and received a small amount of compensation but nothing in comparison to what I have to look at every day. Would never recommend them to anyone

Alison is wonderful – My mum had an awful experience at the Cannington store where they were so inexcusably rude. We wrote to head office but got no reply. We reluctantly decided to try Osborne Park because we could not find a certain tile. Worst service ever – 600x600 porcelain Tiles were either big or small by 1-2mm (poor quality tiles) and the calculations of square area was wrong. Eventually you have to pocket out more including the second delivery charges. I wish I could have gone to a different tile shop. Don't get fooled by the advertised low price!!! Eventually you would pocket out more than other places!! Terrible and timid customer service as well.

Worst service – Worst customer service we have ever received. The delivery driver left skid marks in our garage and damaged our foundations, head office and cannington store have not even responded to the complaint and when we called to speak to them they basically said 'too bad', with no apology.

Don't bother complaining – Terrible customer service from Craft Decor. They do not tell you about potential problems with the tiles at purchase and then when you complain to the head office they don't even bother to respond.

Perfect example of bad customer service – Rude, would not deliver, claimed could not use forklift to pick tiles up. Head office didn't respond to a complaint.
