Issues were addressed promptly, communication improved significantly, and the project was brought together smoothly. He truly deserves millions of stars and is a huge asset to Creation Homes.

While there is room for improvement in consistency, we would still recommend Creation Homes, especially with Alex Conte managing the site.

reported them, they were fixed right away. It’s been about a year since we moved in, and we haven’t had any big problems so far.

Living Experience: After moving in, one of the things we’ve been most satisfied with is the comfort of the home. We moved from Sydney which I felt colder in the house than outside. However, this house has a 7-star energy rating and it stays warm even during winter. It also doesn’t get too hot in summer. So far, we’ve been living comfortably without needing any additional heating or cooling.

After-Service Care: Another thing we’re really happy about is the after-service care. Whenever there’s a small issue, the after-service team responds within 2–3 days and sends someone to fix it promptly. Their service quality and professionalism are excellent. The access team, in particular, has been very professional — they explain clearly which parts of the house might cause issues in the future, which helps us understand our home better.

Minor Downsides: The only small downside was that some of the finishing details could have been a bit better. My husband is a professional painter, so his standards are quite high — but even then, it’s not a big issue. Overall, the structure is solid, the building process was smooth, and the home is warm and comfortable. And since we know any issue will be fixed quickly, we’re very satisfied overall.

Overall: We’re really happy with our home and the service we’ve received. I’d rate the experience 9/10.

To say that buying a townhouse made by Creation Homes is a disaster is an understatement. We purchased a townhouse in June 2021 by Creation homes. Before even settling, there was water damage as expressed by our building and pest inspector. We were told that by the time we moved in, it would be fixed. Since moving in September 2021, it has been nothing but water issues, leaks, and poor workmanship. There are NO overflows on balconies and the drain hole is too small. Along with the other 9 townhouses, we all suffered extensive and costly water issues (see pictures and video attached).

You'll see at some of the other reviews here that creation homes look responsive, asking others to email them their issues and to sort it out. We can confirm that they DO NOT answer their phone (we have a backlog to prove this) nor do they answer their emails in a timely manner. When they do come to look at the issues, they literally put band aids and say its fixed. This can also be confirmed by every other townhouse.

Because of this, we had to get our own expensive and extensive building works done, even though the townhouse is under their building warranty (we have proof of receipts and timelines). They claim to be renowned for their 'meticulous standards' but this is all talk. Again, feel free to look at the photos and videos we've attached. There is an entire gallery more.

For anyone looking to build with creation home, please consider someone else and do not make the same mistake as we did. Also do not trust their 5 star reviews, which are very easy to manipulate and fake. It's been an expensive lesson, and if you need more clarification, I'm happy to give recommendations on builders we did use who did thing by code and are actually responsive.

If you DO, after all of this, want to consider buying a property by Creation Homes, please get an independent building inspector (and even better, one with an engineering background) and push for water testing. If any of us had done this with our townhouses and not relied on their word of mouth, no one would be living there.

We have kept all records of emails, messages, receipts of work done by external builders, and water testing + building inspection reports in case creation homes claim this is untrue or incorrect.

Good Quality Build with Creation Homes – Built an investment property in a regional town with Creation Homes and I was impressed with the build quality of the completed home and overall level of workmanship. There were some delays with the build due to various extenuating circumstances but I was adequately compensated. Creation Homes. Multiple visits to the property, showing no regard for hygiene, promises of appointments that never eventuated and lack of skill and knowledge in building to any acceptable standard. DO NOT TOUCH A PROPERTY THAT HAS BEEN BUILT BY THESE DISHONOURABLE PEOPLE.

Bad and unprofessional in providing warranty. Take forgranted about your complaints – Big Cracks in wall easily insert fingers ,floor may be due to damaged slab, bricks cracking throughout cracks in the floor Looks like the foundation slab could be damaged. 100% dissatisfied. Poor workmanship and negligence of duty – We bought a turn key house from them 2020, and it wasn’t managed well, prior turn over, there were obvious leak in the ceilings and other problems.
