If CryptoSpend is a legitimate company why does ANZ bank refuse to transfer funds from my account to them? I made a Pay Anyone order. Does ANZ have the legal right to do this? It is my money.
I had the same problem with Westpac bank. So much so, that they denied me access to my own money, because they saw I was transferring my funds to cryptospend. It took me over a week, a new phone, IT personell doing a software check (to satisfy the bank!) and a heap of anxiety for me to have my bank account reinstated.
