This is where Crystele Homes could significantly improve. As first-time homebuyers, we wanted to explore all available options. However, we felt the design consultant didn't fully explain many things and seemed frustrated by our questions.

A key issue was the lack of pricing information for upgrades and variations. While we didn't expect exact figures, having estimated costs would have been extremely helpful for budgeting. Similarly, the options presented for kitchen benchtops were limited. I visited the vendor's showroom independently and discovered a much wider selection. We were willing to pay for upgrades, but we would have appreciated the opportunity to explore more possibilities.

**Construction:** Crystele Homes truly excelled in this area. Our build was completed on time, significantly faster than neighboring builds that started earlier. Both site supervisors, Nathan and Michael, were excellent, delivering the project as promised and without issues. We even had an external inspection that confirmed the quality of the work.
