nastiest customer service experience – No staff in store gives a damn about attending the customers let alone being nice about the fact people are there to spend money in THEIR STORE. Excellent service – We came into your Melbourne city store and was served by Simmi. She was amazing coordinating different outfits for us to purchase. It was like having a personal shop assistance. Worst customer service – The staff made me wait like 15 minutes over the counter while they were laughing and talking . When approached to the the one staff, who served customer behind me while ,i was waiting in the line . and their friends were talking for 15 minutes. He didn’t even look at me and straight away refused to serve me. I went in the store to exchange my shoes which i bought online. Once i was in the store only one or two customers were there but there were like 10 staffs walking or talking to each other . Noone bothered to ask anything while i was looking at the shoes holding the box of shoes to be returned. I had to go and interrupt the salesperson to show me the shoes if he had 9.5 in size. In which, he said we don’t do half half without even offering me to try size 10. Then i just felt the tick I was not welcome there. I didn’t feel welcome at all. And the incident in the counter which i mentioned earlier.

I am not sure if the management knows about the staffs not communicating with the customer or the staff has not been trained. I love the products culture king comes with but i might stick to online and never go back.

Loud and dark. But trying to stop resellers – During my visit the music was way to loud, there was no staff manning the POS counter. Had to wait for 5 mins for a staff to serve me. But they are doing everything they can to stop the reselling market. I refuse to shop at footlocker and would rather spend my money at CK Show details

looked at the shoes we actually had to ask them to move to view some !! I thought maybe they would assist us going back down the stairs but no !!!! Honestly such rude service went round to hype dc were we were treated lovely and would recommend anyone in Perth looking for shoes to go here. Shame really we constantly buy new nikes for him as he likes to have a few pairs but after the non existent service and rude behaviour I won’t even bother going back here. Nothing was a problem we spent $1224.13 once she got an idea on what there fashion sense was she was grabbing things from all around the store in both woman and mens, not once did she come accross pushy or try to sell us something we were not interested. I highly recommend anyone visiting the parramatta store to ask if Ellelouise is working you will not regret her customer service. If you get to read this Ellelouise you made 2 teenagers that don’t like shopping very happy today I hope you got to have some lunch I know you didn’t mention it but I heard to staff ask you were you ready to go to lunch thank you for your service. I also want add we entered the store at 12.20 and didn’t finish until 2.24pm. We will definitely return to culture kings parramatta.
