Best Morning Routine Upgrade! So glad I pulled the trigger on this one. It’s definitely a bit noisier than my old basic model, but the quality of the coffee is night and day. The milk texture is silky smooth, and it makes getting ready for work so much more enjoyable. Fast, reliable, and way easier to clean than my previous machine. 10/10! Show details

you get to much milk in it. I think the fill line is a tight border too. I use compatible pods not the brand name as I like them better , they work good in this machine as you can see in the pic.
The best option is the electronic fill adjustment and I have not seen that tech since I was working on large coffee machines in the early 90's , it is consistent and probably a good idea for Australians as we just dont understand that a proper espresso is very small.

Greatest Coffee Machine – Purchased one of these 6 or 7 years ago and probably made 6000+ great coffees with it. Had to purchase the same again and very happy with it from the start. the bench in the kitchen without being intrusive. It is easy to clean and operate, with user friendly buttons and access to the water tank. The only drawback is the coffee is not always piping hot as we like it, but with a top up from the kettle and hot frothy milk, it's not a point to be laboured. Great little buy and is used daily without any hassles.
Don't buy this product – I am just tired of getting problems with these coffee machines. I have now a third of them, as you see in the picture one of them has not lasted more than 3 years. Always have the same problem, lights start blinking and never stop. Allways the same frustration, always nothing tells you before that your machine is going to break tomorrow.

(clearly not, it wouldn't even work when I pulled it out of the return box) until they finally replaced it, when I had to get a little bit cranky and ask to speak to a manager. Nespresso customer service doesn't allow you to be transferred to a manager, they get left a message to call you back. Something I forgot on Sunday when I descaled our heavily used machine because it appeared to be running a little slow, and it stopped working. Off to the service centre, they say it must go again. After months of waiting for it to go and come back only for it to still not work? No thanks. It's now been 2 days, numerous phone calls and promises of a number of different outcomes and solutions, and Nespresso says a refund is out of the question. This is ridiculous. Apparently, they never have issues with this machine and it must be something I'm doing to it to break the computer? Either way, awful customer service, every person you speak to has a different grasp on the appropriate policy and if you want an outcome that means you don't have to buy coffee every day for months, avoid having ANYTHING go wrong with it.

had to go into Nespresso for the coffee pods and to verify our machine for our warranty. They staff were absolutely wonderful and have continued to be wonderful every time we have gone in.
The machine itself is the best thing I've purchased for my kitchen. The milk warmer is fantastic, we also use it for hot chocolates for the kids. The coffee itself tastes amazing and we always compare our cafe coffees to our home coffees. The machine is a little bit loud when the coffee is being poured but other then that it's fine. It's easy to use, easy to change flavours of coffee and easy to change from Capp to flat white. It's an all round winner in our house and I would recommend it to everyone, we even bought both parents one each for gifts!

machine, and lower the lever. Then select your coffee length, and with in a few seconds, gorgeous espresso and crema is flowing into your glass. The Nespresso range is extensive, and there are some real gems in there, too. My favourites are "Ristretto", "Arpeggio Decaffeinated" and the single origin "Indria". The decaffeinated range is brilliant. I'm impressed at the excellent taste of Nespresso decaffeinated capsules.
Clean up is a breeze. Simply lift the lever to eject the used capsule, and it drops into the container. The container holds about 8 capsules. This coffee machine quite literally makes no mess. I think I only ever clean the drip tray once every couple of months. After owning a fully manual espresso machine, which makes a lot of mess regardless of how careful you are, this is a welcome change. I won't be getting another manual machine.
So far, this Nespresso machine has been very reliable, making between 2-3 coffees every day. Sometimes up to 10, if I have guests over for coffee. A handy hint if making multiple coffees, is to rinse and wipe out the bottom of the milk jug after each use. Otherwise, milk will get stuck on the bottom, and burn. It's not hard to clean, but you need to keep on top of it. Just refilling the jug and heating milk again will result in a much harder to clean jug.

breaks down, always very consistent. My only (small) issue with this machine and the old one is it’s a bit loud but honestly, we got used to the sound and it’s not offensive or disruptive enough to wake babies in the house so it’s never been a bother. Super easy to use. Super easy to clean. Small enough that it doesn’t take up too much room on the bench. Capsules easy to get in many different price ranges from all supermarkets. Highly recommend.

They were extremely helpful and understanding so 5 star for service on that. The new machine is just as bad so I felt like well that is it. I glued 10mm sponge rubber under it to try and reduce the vibration but that had little effect. The machine is located in the exact same location as the previous machines that were no where near as bad. In addition I find it leaks water into the pod collector such that it is almost full of water after about six coffees. This machine is way too noisy and vibrates too much.
Citz - Faulty, warranty worthless through Good Guys and Nespresso – Bought the Citz November 2021 from Good Guys. it would come back broken each time. Nespresso eventually responded to us and promised us a new coffee machine but after 3 months, we just keep getting excuses. We have all paperwork to support our purchase / claims.

repair from a cockroach and would not order their warranty on this machine. I feel the machine arrived with the cockroaches not that I saw any, also why is the machine not sealed to prevent this.

Worst example ever – This version of the Nespresso capsule machine is the worst we have ever used. It is our third device. The first two were accurate in dispensing the coffee as required (expresso or lungo) but not this beast. It leaks water into the tray below the pod catcher and is never the same delivery, irrespective of being set to factory settings or any other. Woudl NEVER recommend this machine to anyone. Pretty average – Yes - it makes coffee. But, it is so noisy and vibrates so badly that I worry my cup is going to fall off every time I use it. The milk frother also burns milk to the bottom every use and is a big pain to clean off. I don't regret buying it, but when it breaks I definitely won't get another.

best thing at home sure does makes things a whole better.
Temperature of the coffee is cannot get any better as its that hot coffee which is perfect each every time.
The only issue I have with the machine is the milk when trying to measure how much is needed which does take a bit of trial and error in getting the right consistency.
Overall if I had to give it a score out of 10 it would just 9.9/10 :)

It makes delicious coffee and is really simple to use and clean, and the pods are quite affordable (you can even get recyclable aluminium pods from Nespresso). User friendly & easy to clean – A great machine and good value for money. The quality of the coffee is good, however the temperature could be hotter, especially of the milk. The milk needs to be stopped because the froth would overflow before it reaches a hot enough temperature, but otherwise it makes very nice coffee and is easy to clean. Happy with this purchase! Great machine but has faults – Whilst this is a neat all in one machine the fault lies in the milk brother. In our case it failed within 12months and required an expensive return to the interstate service agents. The machine still turns out a nice espresso but we have dumped the frother. It's not a cheap machine but doesn't stack up well compared to others on a value for money basis. We plan to replace this with a grinder machine later this year Show details
