Hope it never breaks! – Had for over 3 years. Works perfectly and is regularly used by 4 people in our home. Temperature is great and consistent. So much easier than our old machine to use. Can’t live without it – We use this little wonder between 3 and 4 times every day. It makes a fantastic coffee that is nice and hot. Compact and stylish and doesnt take much bench space. Moderately noisy but doesnt wake the entire household here. Ordered silver but was advised by store only display model available but was able to change for a black model.

Great machine with ease of use – The machine is extremely simple to use. After having one we also purchased one for our grandparents who have no difficulty of using it. We find the coffee tastes great however the grandparents do complain about the temperature of the coffee which I think is fine. Cleaning is simple but the milk frother can become pretty smelly quickly if you don't clean it everyday. I wouldn't use it to store milk in the fridge between coffees for this reason.  Show details

Great Nespresso machine – We bought this after getting sick of washing the milk jug out after each use that we had with our old Nespresso machine. Pretty good! – This is a great coffee machine! Easy to use! Only down side is the water takes quite a while to come through the pod if you are using pods that are not Nespresso. Maybe Nespresso can look at doing an organic range, or a safer for the environment option for pods (eg. not plastic).  Show details

Half like It and half not really impressed – I'm very happy with the taste of the coffee and the aroma it leaves in my kitchen.Its very easy and simple to use.I love the way it self cleans the milk frother and the rest of the machine is a breeze to clean. Great Coffee – The machine is easy to use and you get great tasting coffee all the time. Sometimes it could be a bit hotter but a few seconds in the microwave solves that problem. Dissapointed Customer – Our Nespresso machine is now out of warranty after two years and has broken down twice, once before and once after. The coffee is not hot enough, the levels of coffee are inconsistent and the coffee is at best average. It appears my best solution is to buy a discounted machine which is a waste of money given that the machine and the company that services it is inadequate. Good as long as you don't want it to last past warranty – This machine was good and easy to use but ours lasted less than a year after warranty and delonghi offered a 40% discount from their online store for a new machine....terrible when you see that their online store is up to 60% dearer than most retailers. experience so went for a quality- not cheap product. Also most coffee manufacturers make compatible Nespresso pods.

So far no complaints. Loving the machine. The consistency of the coffee, it's ease of use and taste. Incredibly easy to clean an no wasted milk. Just pop milk canister in fridge when finished.

Worst piece of crap coffee machine produced – 2nd coffee machine I have had from Nespresso/delonghi and I wouldn't use it as a paperweight. Just after purchase it was ok but then it started leaking water everywhere and had to be sent back in and was replaced. (about 1 year after being replaced) they have wiped their hands and basically said you pay $150 to fix a piece of crap machine. I would recommend that you look for another machine because you will have problems sooner or later. Salesman at good guys said they have had heaps of dramas with these - so if you purchase it be prepared for problems And at the very least buy the extended warranty.
