Delonghi. Their customer service people are like programmed dummies when we called back to say hey it been repaired by you and still not working service people went into dummy mode and wanted us to go it the cleaning mode. Bloody hopeless !!!!!

Hits the spot each morning – Heats up fast, easy to clean. Be aware its best to flush through the milk jug right after use as it can clog up if left. Coffee comes out hot. Water jug is slightly on the smaller side. Show details

Easy to program, great quality coffee – I received this as a second hand gift from my partner and I love it. It is ready to use quickly in the morning and is easy to clean. I like a milky coffee so the heat could be better, but it is instantly drinkable at an acceptable heat without being lukewarm. Frothing is average despite using the highest froth setting, works better with lighter milks so this could be better, but certainly fantastic for a home coffee machine. Show details

adjust the desired froth from low to high. The milk dispenser is fantastic as this just pulls out and you can stow away any unused milk in the fridge! The support staff from Nespresso are wonderful although I would love to see them add a hot chocolate to their pods. The downloadable app is perfect making ordering nice and simple! Pretty and very functional – This coffee machine is very functional and produces the same results every time I use it. I would highly recommend it, I use LOR capsules instead of Nespresso in it and I buy them from Coles. probably won't bother most coffee drinkers is that the coffee comes out too hot. I usually place two ice cubes in my cup when I pour my morning joe. But that's just me, most people like it hot.

Love this machine and the consistency of pods – This is a very good machine and coffee is consistent thanks to the pods that are used I started to buy LOR brand as I cannot make it every time to buy Nespresso pods. latte, or just a cup of steam milk (or foamy milk as my 2 year old likes to say). The output is the perfect temperature, the milk is perfectly frothed, and (since it is using nespresso pods) the taste is exceptional.

The only other disadvantage is that you may not be able to tolerate instant coffee ever ever again!

Love the fact you can use it just for milk - the kids add some cocoa to a mug then fill it up with hot milk and you have your hot chocolate ready. If I had one suggestion it would be the ability to choose no froth. While you can adjust the 'frothiness' of the milk, I can't seem to get just warm milk as I prefer flat whites. Having said that, love this machine, fairly easy to clean and the nespresso capsules are pretty decent in taste, so it's a purchase well made!

A couple weeks later we received our original Nespresso DeLonghi Lattissima back fixed and we put it away for 'emergencies' and for our Wedding Anniversary where we would use both machines to make coffee for our guests ... except, before it go to that the espresso DeLonghi Lattissima Touch failed, less than a month after purchase.

Harvey Norman Chadstone exchanged the machine for us, THREE DAYS AGO and the new machine is now also faulty!

Coincident or are we doing something wrong?

Well, we like our coffee 'just so' and have been making our coffee 'just so' for the past 4 years with the original machine. We make the coffee 'just so' with the new machine. No different, exactly the same as with the original machine.

What has changed?

Well, as over 60's people, we do not change a lot. We spent the past 40 years of marriage working out what we like and one of these things is to have our morning coffee 'just so'. This has not changed in the past 4 years. So, why is the DeLongi failing?

The first machine refused to froth the milk and flooded the base of the machine with water.

This machine now, after three days of usage, has all the lights flashing for some 10 seconds and the machine switches itself off. According to the trouble shooting page;

"Error alarm, machine needs repair. Send appliance to repair or call the Nespresso Club".

Last time Harvey Normal exchanged the machine with little fuss. This time i wish to have a different machine and wonder what will happen when I return this Delongi after not having the machine so LONGI.

Easy, clean coffee Machine – We had a normal espresso machine for years, but we got sick of the mess that went with having one. We also do not like to drink instant coffee. Great coffee machine! – I Purchased this coffee machine for my partner to encourage him to make his coffee rather than spending money every morning on takeaway coffee. The result... he loves it! Cannot live with my coffee!! – This would have to be my purchase of the year. I have had other nespresso machine before including the model before this one. The new Touch is fantastic, so easy to use. Does a great job and always makes the best cup of coffee. My next purchase would be the Nespresso Lattissimia Professional. Not bad, decent machine – So easy to use, use immediately it is taken from the box. Coffee delivered is always to the same high Nestle quality and quantity. Good Coffees – Good Coffees and easy to use but I also found that they are not hot enough, at least to my liking, fits with many different capsules so variety is not a problem. Surprising good – I must admit I thought this would be another gadget we would use for a while and then put in the cupboard and forget but it's not. extremely easy to use, although it doesn't have labelled buttons which can make it a bit confusing at first, however I believe that most of the Nespresso machines are like this.

Cleaning the machine is quick and easy, the milk container can be put in the dishwasher, and you just run water through the espresso section to clean.

You do have to descale the machine, we have only done that once since owning it, and we use it every day.

This is handy but cubersome to clean – Got this for Christmas for our family. Taste of coffee is great and functions are good with each one of us different preference of water/milk/froth levels. Quick and convenient – In my opinion Nespresso capsules aren't strong enough, I always have to add another spoonful of instant coffee. The capsules are also not cheap so buying the machine did save me money, since before it I would always buy a coffee. Quick and easy coffee – The delonghi nepresso lattisma is easy and simple to use and produces wonderful tasting coffee, is easy to clean and is small so does not take up much bench room. My only gripe is the descaling takes a lot of time however i have had no issues with this wonderful machine and makes having my morning coffee easy. Works well and makes consistently good coffee – I'm onto my second one of these, the first lasting around 3 years which I guess is a long time these days. It's easy to use and makes consistently good coffee. It's also pretty robust and survived a fall off the kitchen bench with no problems. Good morning – Nespresso pods provide a standardised good taste. The machine performs well for me each morning. However, although the milk froths adequately in this machine it is no comparison to the foam achieved from a coffee shop barista. Coffee bliss – I love my Nespresso- I received it for my birthday from my family two years ago and I've used it everyday since. Pods taste good and milk frother works wonder – The taste is relatively good, if you doesnt like nespresso pods, then you can look for pods made by other brand. The pod is a bit expensive but you have other cheaper option available in the market. The milk frother works very good, and you can control the froth amount that you want. This is perfect fast and short coffee on the go – The Coffee taste is adequate for a good espresso, it provides a distinct taste and product of the capsules is solid.
