Great Value Machine – Love my morning coffee and this machine makes a perfect cup every time. I only use Nespresso pods and stronger blends. Waste of money – Just spent 30min on the phone with "Senior management". I bought a brand new machine in march from DJs. it has never worked. Nespresso wants to fix the machine so then my brand new machine is a refurbished model. OR they want me to drag my three kids and the broken machine back to DJs to get a replacement. Loved the colour and fluffy drink it makes – We bought this because of its bright red model as it matches other applicances we have in the kitchen top. dont get blocked tubes & it can be detattached so you can put back in the fridge if you don't use all the milk in one go.

Can't live without it – Got given this machine for my birthday a few years ago, and besides needing to descale it here and there, it hasn't missed a beat. We use ours daily. Great little machine for perfect coffee! – This machine is extremely useful whether you just want a small coffee with one shot or a large coffee with 2 shots... very easy to clean and the milk is perfectly frothy you can adjust to your taste. He was very friendly, checked out the parts, poored in some milk, and it worked.....

Hm. So we thought maybe it's the milk we use and started to buy Paul's like the Nespresso chap.

Did not make any difference at home. So we called Nespresso service line. Again very friendly, really 5 stars for customer service (AND the coffee pods!), advised us to set the water setting to lowest hardness to produce stronger steam in frother and sent us a descaling kit.

Also this did not change anything.

Through online search on internet forums (fora?) I found people that had the same problem and a trouble shoot was to twist the foam density knob while it's working, because this tweeks the membrane that the milk runs through. Result! Yeah!! Couldn't believe how thick the foam ran after this.

For about 4 weeks. Now it's back to thin hot milk. I think I will call Nespresso and ask for a new frothing unit, quite sure they will let me have one as machine is still under warranty.

If Nespresso reads this and wants to contact me and save me a phone call that would be great.

As I said 5 stars for service and coffee, just the machine that is not good.

Love, Love, Love – This product is one of the best to buy. The coffee tastes amazing and cost of the capsules are pretty good too. I only use this machine for my chai latte. collection agent and was gifted this machine my Nespresso, never used, all still in plastic wrap, but stored for 12 months, hence no warranty again, I used it for 2-3 weeks and again the milk frother stopped working. I used 100% distilled water only and run a cleaning cycle after every coffee (I drink about 5 a day). After speaking with Nespresso Head office about my disapointing experience with the so called Ferrari brand of coffee machines the best they could do for me is get it fixed for $130 inc post! I'm still waiting for mine to return and will keep you all posted with results. VERY DISAPOINTED with the quality of these machine, mostly durability issues, so far they cost me about $1000 for less than 5 months of coffee making between the two machines. I don't think I'll buy Delonghi branded items ever again!

Fabulous! – Having purchased 3 Nespresso machines in the past this is definitely worth the money. A quiet little work horse in our family that can make up to 4-5 cups per day. The milk could be a little hotter but for an automatic machine its not bad. Just preheat your cups with a little boiled water. Great coffee – A great tasting coffee everytime Very easy to clean, just run so e water though and empty the container of empty coffee Pods. With the milk, when i am not using it i take it off the machine and leave it in the fridge. The only downside really is that it can be a nuisance to try and get the Nespresso capsules if you are not near one of the few retail outlets. It's added expense to order them online. Also problematic to dispose of the used capsules when you don't live anywhere near a collection point.

The most necessary accessory to every kitchen – The Nespresso DeLonghi Lattissima is the best thing, I believe, since sliced bread. It is so quick and easy to use, with the varieties of coffee (in relation to strength etc.) vast and wide enough to suit everyone. office like ours. Its small, it looks good, it is easy to use and clean and its makes great coffee, both short blacks and cappuccinos. The way it froths milk is brilliant as is the easy way you steam clean the milk spout. It is a very impressive bit of engineering, so well designed and so functional.

I and my staff are really impressed with the Latissima and we all highly recommend it. The fact it was also on sale at $230 was just icing on the cake.

Great coffee machine – It's easy to make a great coffee with this machine, I use it everyday. For strong coffee I use 2 pods or weak, just 1 pod with more milk. All the parts of the milk holder as well as the used pod container go in the dishwasher and the rest is super easy to clean. sent it back, again they tell me there is nothing wrong with the machine - really!!! I will video the next coffee I make - when I eventually get the machine back. Terrible service, when you phone Nespresso you get different information every time. They promise to phone back but never do. This was a replacement for my Latissima Plus, I wanted to buy the Latissima Pro but was advised by the consultant I spoke to that this was very difficult to clean properly and the Touch was a much better machine. I should have listened to my instincts.

Yes it is easy to use & clean, but it is costing me a fortune in wasted capsules, that are expensive to start with.

Way over priced for what it is and Nespresso experience way over processed. Won't buy another unless – It is convenient and quick to use, loved it the first couple of months but not the best quality product or most positive user experience standing a short test of time. Nespresso coffee isn't that great, even the strong blends are weak but luckily there is other brands with really decent coffee compatible with the machine that are also much cheaper available in most supermarkets. The buying process for Nespresso coffee is also a bit of a nightmare, a self serve production line at the store and the delivery service never seems to arrive within the agreed time-frame. Completely over engineered and impersonal - exactly the opposite of what enjoying the simplicity of a good cup of coffee should be. The card captures your information but offers no loyalty discounts of bonus for buying nespresso coffee so its just an extra pointless step and awkward thing to have to pull out and juggle full hands with no benefit.

Customer service staff are very sensitive to feedback.
