We had a ball with Jo-Anne Wilson, our colour consultant last Thursday. The appointment was so relaxing. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. We were given all of our choices and appreciated Jo-Anne's knowledge around colour selections and the price of upgrades. We were impressed with how quickly she was able to obtain specific prices when upgrading as well. We had all of the information we needed upfront. Following our appointment, we made a few changes and Jo-Anne was able to answer our questions and alter our selections until we were satisfied it was perfect. We are so grateful for her patience. Overall, we're so happy with the process so far!

Dream house – Such a wonderful experience building with Dennis Family homes. Can not fault them. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with my home. Huge thank you to my site manager who did an amazing job at ensuring the job ran well. A small issue of a blocked shower drain was rectified within days of me notifying the warranty team. BEST BUILD EVER – This is our sixth house (our first with Dennis Family Homes which was built in Moama, NSW) we have built in 33 years . Their knowledge of building in the Echuca/Moama area made our build go so much easier regarding dealing with Council, etc. Communication was excellent, even on a Sunday afternoon we were able to talk to Sharron. Colour selection with Melissa at Shepperton was fantastic, her knowledge made it such an easy and enjoyable time, after which we were given a free lunch at a local restaurant. Once this was completed, a trip to Echuca to sign contracts with Sharon again was excellent with any issues discussed and explained. Once again, a free lunch at the local restaurant. Prior to commencement of the build, we had to meet our Site Supervisor again in Echuca. Caleb (our Site Supervisor) was excellent in his knowledge of the build process. During the whole of the building process nothing was too much for Caleb. He constantly forwarded photographs to us when any changes had occurred to our home. Again, when the flooding occurred in Echuca/ Moama, Caleb came to our rescue (as we lived 4 hours away) with updates as to the safety of our home, any delays due to the flooding etc. Even with the situation with building materials, Trades, etc. our home only took 10 months to build which included the Christmas break. Caleb was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had and always treated us with courtesy. He was contactable 5 days per week and would always reply to our calls, SMS as soon as he had free time. His knowledge of the build process was noticeable whenever he explained what work was being completed at any given time. Whenever we visited our home during the build, Caleb was there to explain any issues we had and put our mind at ease. He always said he believed the home he was building for us had to be up to the standard he would expect if it was his own home. In all an excellent build with a group of people who are an asset to Dennis Family Homes. I will also state that this is the best house we have ever had regarding the build process, the finish of our home and the people we have dealt with. I would recommend DFH to anyone thinking of building a new home.

Colour appointment – Melissa Gee made our colour consultancy so enjoyable and easy! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we felt comfortable around her and she was extremely professional. Happy customers moving in – From start to finish we have had a great experience with very experienced friendly staff from Dennis Family looking after everything from our purchase to handover. Exactly what we wanted – Build was very well managed from viewing display homes to handover. Trades on our project were excellent and produced a quality product. A few minor issues but these have related to faulty equipment supplied for installation. Eg faulty washers in new tap valves and USB components in a power switch, a hairline fracture in a cistern. manufacturing issues, quickly repaired or replaced by DFH trades. Our SS has attended to our concerns very quickly. Final cost was exactly what we agreed on with DFH.

During our consultations, we felt like we were really listened to and nothing was too much trouble. As well as thoroughly going through all the standard inclusions and itemising pricing for all changes and upgrades we requested to personalise our home, we were also given helpful tips and suggestions along the way. The experience and expertise of the staff is obvious. We feel confident we know exactly what we are getting. We felt that the pricing was very fair and the base inclusions and promotion gave us great value for money. We are never made to feel like a number or silly for the questions we ask, the service is very personalised, never rushed and our calls are always taken and emails are always answered in a punctual manner. This has given us incredible peace of mind that we are once again in safe hands for our forever home.
We are currently in the process of arranging our colours, which has been so fun! The colour pack we received has heaps of really helpful samples and info within and we have been very impressed with the flexibility, variety and choice available. I would recommend Dennis Family to anyone looking to build.

Cost was a little more than we anticipated but this was due to changing things and adding things on the plan. We would highly recommend Dennis Family and we would definitely build with them again!
Smooth from start to finish – Really happy with the whole process. Was able to make some big changes to the layout without fuss. Had to make a lot of small changes as well to get it how I wanted and while all of the modifications are reasonably priced it definitely adds up. The actual build stage was also pretty seamless, no issues popped up and it all kept moving forward really quickly. Finished product was beautiful as well. Would recommend them to anyone. Most trades involved in the build were of good quality except for the electrician and his team (of which we had ongoing issues and he did not wish to communicate with us!!) To rectify these issues, we had to get an independant qualified electrician at our cost. The finished paint job of the house (inside and out) was far from proffessional also. Hand over day was dissapointing. We felt we had just run a marathon. We love the look and comfort of our new home as we chose to add certain upgrades. The cost did blow out somewhat but the upgrades were worth it. Building with Dennis Family Homes was not an exciting experience for us.

I only wish that their communication was better throughout the build, and they had more attention to detail on the admin side (contracts). features that Dennis Family Homes has not done before and it was always a "yes we can" from them. No major dramas through the build and the little things were sorted on the spot. Our final cost compared to our estimate was quite different however this was due to us choosing non standard larger bricks, this was easily rectified with us changing our brick choice to get the final cost back to what we wanted. We are very excited to finally call our house our home.

developments and schedules were rigorously adhered to; we finished ahead of projected completion date. None of our friends working with other builders have enjoyed similar experiences. This is our proposed retirement home but we would unhesitatingly return to Dennis if the need arose. Their quality finish is their trademark.
