This is not only unprofessional, it’s flat-out dishonest. It shows a complete lack of integrity, and it’s shocking that a company operating in Australia thinks it can treat customers like this and ignore basic consumer rights.

If you value your money, time, or dignity as a customer — stay far away from De Rucci, especially the Logan location. They will happily take your deposit and trap you with it.

authenticity and value. It is important to emphasise that it was the DeRUCCI brand, not AIMU, that was presented as the premium product made for this market. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about misleading representation and could potentially become a consumer forum issue due to the difference in branding and country of origin. Given that I invested in the sofa specifically for its DeRUCCI branding, I had requested a clear explanation and appropriate compensation for the loss of branding value and the distress caused. Transparent communication prior to purchase is essential to prevent such dissatisfaction and protect consumer rights. I haven't received any response and completely ignored. Luxury brand of this stature need to up-skill their game.

Royal Removalist and myself called and sms [Name Removed] but no answer after several try. I paid $880 for my delivery with Royal Removalist from De Rucci Archerfield - Sydney to my location / home at St Ives NSW , I needs to compensation from De Rucci and pay my lost original delivery fee of $880 + and to organise an other pick up time and date to delivery my furniture which i waited 7 month to arrive from China. I am very upset and frustrated , i prepared my home to receive a new furniture and get rid of the old one now i have no bed and no lounge at my house because [Name Removed] from De Rucci let me down. I also do not wish to pay an other delivery and even i will be scared that could happen to me again.

assist with comfort until the cushions softened which if you look at the photo isn't going to happen any time soon if at all We were directed to the Fortitude Valley store where they had a "newer one" that was apparently closer in age to ours. It was the same comfort and softness level to the one at BUNDALL? The store manager has agreed that ours is definitely different to the ones in store The BLUE one in the photos is ours and the soft white one is the in store "sample" The photo of me pressing down on the cushion so hard my finger is red whilst the other one is my wife pressing the same spot on the in store on. We have now been given two options. 1. An in store credit (there are NO OTHER LOUNGES we would look at in the store) or 2. accept the floor stock white one and a $300 voucher. The white one is apparently 6 months old and is already showing dirty scuff marks and we do NOT want a white lounge or else we would have bought one initially. As of today they are refusing to refund as they do not see this as a Major Problem and therefore aren't required to give us one. A lounge that they admit is different to the one we were shown, no replacement of the same colour available as the colour has been discontinued, advising we could get a free massage cushion until the lounge eventually softens, offering one that is dirty and a different colour. Unsure what they are failing to see as a major problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

protect the marmol, it took them more than 2 times to get it right, when I say two times i mean they visited me more than two different days.

one of the staff was very rude, had his shirt off, sweating everywhere on the furniture we bought, confused our furniture with someone else’s, then instead of putting the furniture on the floor he fully dropped it to break and took it apart to fix it instead of a refund, (as well as bleeding everywhere, had blood everywhere in the house.) it was impolite and disrespectful and I’m very disappointed on how I’ve received my stuff.

A nightly disappointment – Bought the whole ensemble with a MZZ4-137 mattress. It is hard and not like the one in the store. I was told that eventually it would wear in like an old shoe. Anyone looking to buy from DERUCCI please do not. They take your money so easy, but they DO NOT give it back. They do not follow AUSTRALIA LAW and should be punished for there actions. Take a bit of time. But still processing. Just without any expected delivery date. However, I am pretty pretty pretty sure the table is in stock, they can arrange a delivery whenever they want!!!!!!! Customer care is non-existent - Alexandria – After a lengthy wait the bed and side tables arrived. After delivery i noticed a large indentation in the leather. after checking with the warehouse manager. But they didn’t call back. When I called, they insisted that I had signed the delivery docket, so, there was nothing they could do! And their products could not be returned. It was all my fault for not checking! So, the fact that a sofa could have a 5cm crack after only a few hours of delivery when no one had ever touched it definitely tell you a lot of the poor quality of their product!!

something had died inside the mattress. We had to sleep with the windows open, thank goodness it was summer! We asked for a refund, but they refused. It took them 3 weeks to replace it with one that didn't stink and was relatively soft. The guys that brought the new mattress were even horrified with how badly it smelled. We were happy with the new mattress they delivered, however, within the warranty period it has sagged badly on both sides. We have tried to contact customer service but nobody ever answers. I will never again touch anything from this company masquerading as a quality European brand.

Warranty and Guarantee – Purchased an expensive leather cough in March 2019. After 2 years faced a Mechanical issue with the head rest so i have approached the shop received a formal reply and i have to send multiple e mails and chase up on phones with feedback of being charged a fees for the service.
