This is not only unprofessional, it’s flat-out dishonest. It shows a complete lack of integrity, and it’s shocking that a company operating in Australia thinks it can treat customers like this and ignore basic consumer rights.

If you value your money, time, or dignity as a customer — stay far away from De Rucci, especially the Logan location. They will happily take your deposit and trap you with it.

one of the staff was very rude, had his shirt off, sweating everywhere on the furniture we bought, confused our furniture with someone else’s, then instead of putting the furniture on the floor he fully dropped it to break and took it apart to fix it instead of a refund, (as well as bleeding everywhere, had blood everywhere in the house.) it was impolite and disrespectful and I’m very disappointed on how I’ve received my stuff.

We are highly unhappy with derucci service and customer dealing. If this is a good company of good quality then they should sort out customer complaints at first instance.

Cant get the order right!! – The staff are helpful but the factory cannot get the order right, supposedly, we are given an interim lounge and now have to wait another 4 months because they have to redo our order overseas! Store under pays staff – partner applied for a job, got it was told had to work for free for 2weeks. Then they set a 30k per month sales target and threaten to sack staff if they don't meet it. Avoid this place they don't deserve your cash.

Communication and Delivery is terrible - I can't comment on quality until I get my order – Order Number 1015 It's now 24 weeks (just shy of six months) since I placed an order for a bed and mattress. my emails

I'm told that my bed is in the warehouse - however the mattress is a "special order" and they can't confirm when it might arrive! I'm unsure about what is so special - it was a model they had to try on the floor of the showroom.

The store has offered to make a part delivery of the bed and a loan mattress (hopefully new) - If I make payment of an additional $1500.

I wrote back saying this was unreasonable given they still can't confirm delivery of the mattress. Needless to say it's back to communication blackout since I mentioned the words - cancellation of order and refund as an option.

Is there someone in head office who can sort this out? It's not acceptable.
