Business not functional – Ordered and paid a deposit in store for a couch in December 2023. Two months ago they contacted me that couch ready for delivery and paid the balance. Stay away from them. They are scammers – Lounge and coffe table received after 7 months of payment, flawed and broken. They send someone to fix it but he couldn't. Business stop taking calls and messages. No response from them and I am 4k out of pocket with faulty product sitting in my lounge. Show details

Worst company to deal with – I ordered customised Projector Lounges, TV table and coffee table last year July. I was told to delivered in 12weeks it took 16 weeks and received in November last year. will reorder coffee table and didnt give any timeline. I waited till February and thought it should have arrived but nothing come through. I followed up but no reponse from calls. I sent email and they said there is issue with chinese warehouse and they have ordered again. I waited till April but nothing come through. We called and they said it will come by end of month. In the mean time we experienced gaps between sofa chairs and creases from the beginning. We also asked them to check and resolve the issue. They asked for photos and videos and we provided them but they said you customised sofa so that is normal. I was following every fortnightly. Melbourne office never pickup call, only the Sydney office pickup calls or chat from website. They always say coffee table is on the way. In July we sent email and they had no clue and said the coffee table is coming end of month. I followed again in August and they said they just moved office to different location and fire multiple people due to bad service. Again said coffee table is on its way, now after experiencing this much trouble, the customer service person said I am new and I will resolve your issue by end of this week and if not they will full refund back. I said I will lodge complaint in ACCC if not resolved. After week no one called and then the email came back saying coffee table was free item and all other issues were not an issue. I have lodge complaint in ACCC now. Lets hope the company can refund money.

time frame nor deliver glass even if we paid them 100%. No phone call response, no firm answer in email too. Not recommending this people as they seems dodgy to me.

Worst company I've dealt with – Horrible company to deal with. Purchased a couch and coffee table package in November last year. The couch arrived late February and the coffee table was supposed to be delivered around 2 weeks later . Since then I have contacted them via phone in mid March , 3 times via Live Chat in April as they no longer answer my calls or reply to my messages… Read more

I leave on message bank. They have promised delivery on the 14th of April for the following week , then they also promised delivery on the last week of April , on the 11th of May I was promised delivery over the next 2 days , on the 14th of May I was finally promised delivery on the 16th of May between 12 and 5pm locked in. On that day they rang me around 3pm to inform me that they can't locate the coffee table as it may have gone on the wrong truck. [Name Removed] apologised and offered an extended warranty (which is probably not worth the paper it's written on) and promised to sort out where it is in a day or so. Since then I have had no contact. They deliberately ignore my phone calls as I've left 3 messages and on the one miraculous occasion that somebody answered the phone I was promised a call back from [Name Removed] in 15 minutes or so but I have continued to be ignored. My friend called them and left a message and they tried to call him back within 20 minutes which to me confirms that they deliberately avoid customers with complaints. I have nothing but utter contempt for this disgusting business and will be contacting Fair Trading. Anybody willing to purchase should be warned that if there are any issues with your order they do not give a damn and either avoid you or spin you lies to appease you if you do happen to talk to anyone. It has now been over 2 weeks since they couldn't locate my coffee table . I have yet to have received any contact from this atrocious business. Even the care package / extended warranty I was supposed to be sent seems to have gotten lost in the mail I guess. Not surprised with this lot. Miraculously on the 31st of May after another email of complaints they rang up within 10 minutes and promised delivery that very afternoon. Although I was sceptical, I nearly fainted when it actually arrived with even the care package and extended warranty as well. It doesn't take much to show some sort of customer service. If they don't improve things will become very grim for this company very quickly. I'm just happy to not have to deal with them ever again.

Extremely Uncomfortable, premium leather faded within a year of sitting on it. Second of all the couch was extremely uncomfortable - I was promised extra cushions and was told it will give in and become softer over time which never happened. It was so unbearably hard that none of my visitors ever wanted to sit on it and we chose to sit at the dining table instead. Last biggest problem the leather faded!!! under 1 year of using it from me basically sitting on it which I was told does not cover the warranty and they will not be able to do anything about it. SO do NOT!! buy unless you want to waste your money and keep it as plain decoration in your house!!!

Great comfortable recliner – I have had these fabric recliners for a while and I love sleeping on them. The arm cushions were very important to me as I always rest on one side. I'm Very happy I bought these recliner.

the phone calls were very rude ,after lots of arguments we were told it will be delivered by mid July and we organised a function accordingly ,but they didn’t deliver on the promised time ,it came after our function and the coffee table ordered along with this didn’t come ,made multiple phone calls again ,most times no one answered or the lady from Melbourne store will answer and talk rudely.Eventually the coffee table arrived yesterday after 9 months of wait and the remote control don’t work.Very poor company overall,i never recommend this store to anyone

Unique lounges, great service in store – Great range in the Auburn shop. It's not my first time buying, but I buyed years ago in a different shop, the sofa then was great. Happy and comfortable enough to sleep in – Decked out my living room with leather cinema chairs I bought from the Chatswood store. I have been using these for a week now and I love them. My kids always end up sleeping on them. It was a long search but I was glad I found these chairs. Show reply

Beautiful vintage lounges – I found desired living to be fairly affordable for their chesterfield range. Long wanting to have a sofa set with this type of design I purchased the living room set in tan colour. Comfortable and great look.
