While I did have to chase up the item/shipping status myself at the originally suggested date, Ms. Gajjar was very helpful in updating the item/shipping status and making sure the item did actually arrive - even expediting delivery to my postal address. Big thanks to her for her help.

Would have definitely preferred to have known the products' stock status on the online listing as I likely would not have made the purchase at that point in time if I knew it would be a month+ wait. However, I should have confirmed the status by contacting the shop first and that is on me.

The dishonest salesperson gave misleading information to ensure the sale – I had already ordered my items from another company, but the lead time on delivery was around 3 weeks. Five days went by and the items were still interstate. I spoke to another salesperson from Digital Cinema and they informed me that the four-day delivery timeframe quoted to me would never be possible and that the minimum would be five days, with a more likely figure of 15 days, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

One of the items in my order took 25 days to arrive.

My decision to cancel my original order and purchase from Digital Cinema was solely based on the assurance that I would receive the goods in a timely manner. If I had have known that the likely timeframe would be 15 business days, I never would have placed an order with them. The original advice was entirely misleading, either deliberately to ensure the sale, or out of ignorance. Either way, I was out of pocket $200 and received my order around the same time as the original.

And all they offered in way of compensation was, "sorry, it's Australia Post's fault".

Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Digital Cinema in future.

said speakers. As this is my second satisfying purchase from them, the time is ripe to recommend them as a good Hi Fi vendor. This is the very first time that I have seen this amplifier paired with these speakers. Ah well, nothing ventured, nothing gained. And what a gamble it was.....jackpot! I have been on the hunt for a nice stereo system since I was 21. At 67, I can unreservedly state that I have finally achieved auditory Nirvana! Oh! Where do I begin? The NAD C388 is rated for conservative continuous power output of 150 Watts per channel with 8 Ohms of impedance. Whilst the KEF Q950 speakers from Digital Cinema are a perfect match rated for an amplifier between 15 and 200 Watts. My newly acquired speakers have finally met and married the perfect amplifier. Those who are in the market for, or already own this remarkable amplifier have no idea what lies in wait for them until they pair it up with these wonderfully capable speakers. These KEF Q950s are worth every hard earned penny I have expended on them. The rich velvet-like bass (from what reviews that I have read, the lack of bass is a common but incorrect complaint of the NAD C388 Amplifier.) and soprano type treble and the alto like mid range conspire to give you a feeling as though honey is being poured into your ears! In fact bass and treble had to be turned down to flat and the now utterly redundant sub woofer, disconnected! I can absolutely, without reservation, recommend this never before reviewed marriage between a NAD C388 Amplifier and a set of KEF Q950 English speakers. If you like me, love listening to distortion free music of any type at any volume, look no further.

Easy transaction – Have bought speakers from Digital Cinema online store on two occasions and highly recommend them. Dimple responded promptly to a query re item tracking. Products and service are excellent.

Great Service Despite Stock Issue – Fast shipping to a rural area. The only downside was that an item I ordered during a big sale, which was listed as in stock, was actually sold out. However, Dimple from Digital Cinema provided excellent customer service, keeping me updated and resolving the issue promptly. I’ll definitely be ordering more from them in the future.

It sounded like I was not trusted and need to pay a deposit to an item just for them to transfer from their warehouse to their shop. I said I will drop by on Sat but will not pay a deposit as I don't want to give my account details over the phone. If they don't have it in the shop, then it's my loss. The guy told me don't bother coming and hang up on me. I called Apollo Hifi, and they gave me the same price, no deposit required. Will pick it up on Sat. Goodbye Digital Cinema. Cheaper at other stores – I purchased a product from their webpage. There was an initial problem with the transaction and while they were sorting out the financial problem, i saw the same product for 10% less at a competitor. False prices, bad service – I purchased 2 subs from there page for $998. Only then to be told they don't have any. I told them never mind I will wait for the stock. That's when they started to doge my phone calls after waiting for a call back which never came. They then call me up saying my money is refunded only to see they put the price up on there website minutes after my refund was processed. Dimple was very communicative and helpful – Thank you Dimple for your communication. The process of purchasing the projector screen was a little tedious in the beginning as they initially declined my process due to an error on their end. Saved the Day, I was in a quandary! – I bought a Marantz NR-1510 and had a little drama when testing the System components. Not a problem, contacted the Office and within minutes I had a phone call from a Tech; absolutely brilliant, went through the TV and new Marantz unit and everything is working much better than when the original system was installed.
