Trusted – Ordered online and have received my product in an amazingly short time. Product was exactly as ordered and very well protected through shipping. Pricing was very competitive but overall I'm very happy and will buy again with DigitalRev.

processed! I sent four emails to their customer service over the last two days and there is zero response so far. Their system would not allow me to cancel the order either - if you want to cancel - it advises you to contact the customer service and when you send emails to customer service, there is no response! I am just wondering if the other guys who have given five stars to these people are genuine recent buyers from this company with complete absence of professionalism and courtesy. Interestingly these guys claim to be a 24/7 online superstore! What a joke!

"Highly unexpected" shopping experience. I made up my mind based on research of their feedback on Google, ordered the lens Thursday afternoon, my wife received it at home Friday lunchtime while I was still at work. HOW COULD THIS BE POSSIBLE!! Hong Kong to Sydney in less than a day, the bubble wrap was over 2 meters long and the original box inside was in perfect shape, all corners! Unbelievable. I could never expect to receive any kind of service like this back in Australia unless I pay a premium for postage and extra packaging, if they willing to help. Big thank you!!

for 35 years! I am currently using a Nikon D800 camera.

I took some initial test images (in RAW format) down-town of buildings that I use for test purposes and upon examining the results, I was surprised to see the results; they are sharper when compared to my Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 lens. The computer monitor is accurately calibrated, resolution 2560x1440. I noticed the colour rendition of the images was a bit cooler than Nikon lenses, but this is easily adjusted using software if need be. I then printed some of the images at A3 size. The detail in the prints is incredible. I was also very pleased that images taken at 15mm retained straight lines, little to no curvature. After completing all my tests, I have come to the conclusion that the Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 is a fantastic lens and excellent value.

The potential shortfall may be the wide end of 15mm as the Nikon goes to 14mm which would make quite a difference, depending on the subject but the Tamron goes out to 30mm which may be an advantage, again depending on the subject.

Thank you also to DigitalRev, Hong Kong, for their usual prompt and excellent service. The lens was very safely packed for international delivery.

This was after I had spent over $4000 with Digital Rev. My issue was never resolved, I even went to the police and got a stat dec, was still not given a refund. Very dodgy. I was surprised as I had shopped with them several times before and never had an issue. I couldn't believe that they had the audacity to send me the wrong product and then accuse me of lying and no refund me or offer to help. Never shopping with them again.

I Am In Awe That You Guys Were So Quick! – I have had orders take a lot longer to deliver from my own country. You guys are amazing! The care to get my order to me perfectly was appreciated, thanks for your care! I saved a reasonable amount of dollars too. So quick to deliver! Nothing, all good!

Item suddenly not in stock! – Stating item in stock online, then when I followed up after a few days they stated their supplier had no stock. What a waste of time. They should be using a different supper if they can't track and manage their stock. Live chat support was fine and cancelled my order straight away but only after I chased them.

Super fast and easy – The site was easy to navigate and purchase my camera (which is great and exactly as advertised). Camera arrived within 3 days which was especially fast given it was a public holiday in HK.

Fast delivery. Smooth transaction – I ordered a Sony A7III from DigitalRev and received it in less than a week. The camera is perfect. In terms of pricing, the listed price is on par with what is offered by some Australian retailers, despite the fact that it’s not Australian stock. Nevertheless, I’d happily purchase from DigitalRev again in the future if I can find a good deal. Highly recommended.

Awesome!! – So, I made a purchased on Sunday, and then it says approximately will be coming between Wednesday and Friday, but then when I see the tracker that provided, they start to sending my camera on Wednesday. I was a bit worried it’ll not coming on time. But surprisingly, my camera is coming on the next day! I was so stoked for the shipment and my ordered is exactly based on what I really expected. Upgrade – Very competitive pricing, in fact it has been, as always, the best price. The camera was dispatched the same day as I ordered it and delivered within 4 or 5 days which included a public holiday here in Western Australia. DigiRev has, in my dealings provided an exemplary service.
