We used Dirt2Tidy for an end-of-lease clean. They were easy to deal with and were flexible with our rushed timing. They performed both a clean and a pest control service. While I didn't see the end product, the property manager was happy with the cleanliness, but required additional work to address the pests. contacted them, they confirmed the property had not been cleaned properly.
On top of this, we were charged an additional $45 for laundry services, despite the sheets clearly not being washed. There were no wrinkles and no detergent smell—they smelled exactly like the new sheets we had on hand.
We cleaned the property ourselves for several hours prior to our first guest and had no issues, despite not being professionals. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company.
I got a bond clean done roughly 3-4 weeks ago. I sent through photos as I had another bind cleaner try charge me $400 extra ontop because the marks on the walls, so I sent through all the photos to this company to make sure they knew what they where coming into, anyway sent me a price and I said yep done. day to check the clean and noticed A lot of things weren’t done. There was marks on the walls that I easily got off with a wipe, there was food spillage down the side of the bench in the kitchen that again I got off easily with a wipe. The only thing I noticed they did was wiped out all the cupboards, mopped the floors and cleaned the oven, everything else was still not clean. Walls didn’t look wiped, window and doors definitely weren’t wiped, the shower looked better but still moldy and soap scum, the garage wasn’t touched, (not a garage it was another room converted), there was still windowsills dirty. The only good thing was when the real estate contacted them they offered to go back and rectify issues but I feel like with a bond clean you shouldn’t need to go back you should KNOW what needs doing and if it was done correctly in the first place I wouldn’t now be having to fight my real estate for my bond because I’ve been charged $750 for a bond clean that wasn’t even done correctly :(

The cleaning team did a good job communicating their arrival time to schedule key drop off; and then shortly before and on completion of their services for key return.
The cleaning itself was done to a high standard, satisfactory to ourselves and also to the estate agents.

Arrived at 230pm left at 530pm 3hrs 3 people $1017 $110 each per hour? asked them to remove all rubbish, instead they left it outside in common area so I cannot get bond back. They just faffed around and did not provide a deep clean as promised. Come back and finish the job. They left without asking me to check the work was done. Cheaper to forfeit the bond. Shocking.

got them to redo the duplex. The floors, basin and kitchen sink still had tooth paste and food in the drain. When they did come back only one guy he agreed to do the windows. The tenants had moved their furniture in the day before. They had a brand new wooden dinning room table which the cleaner decided to put the window on to clean it which scratched and dinted the timber. When I came back in to inspect the windows I noticed the damage to the table. I questioned the cleaner and he denied he had touched it. I then contacted the company to ask for compensation for my tenants. They got back to me and said they investigated and the cleaner denied the damage. It appeared the correct detergents to clean effectively were used, which contributed to the above issues. To ensure everything is ready for upcoming inspections, was required to arranged for another cleaner for the re-cleaning.

it wasn’t necessary but agreed to an appointment.
I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time with no update. When I called, I was told the appointment had been cancelled—without any notice to me. I again stressed the importance of a site inspection to avoid surprises. She then said someone could come in the afternoon. I said I wouldn’t be home but they were welcome to walk around the property, and she agreed.
After that, I never heard from them. I emailed to cancel and explained that I found the service very unprofessional. She responded saying the quote would remain the same even after the inspection—which clearly hadn’t been done.
Later, I decided to go ahead with a smaller job (just bathrooms and windows). I told them how many of each, got a new quote, and booked it in. On the day of the clean, I was told the worker had car trouble and it was rescheduled for the next day.
When the worker finally arrived, I was told the company had made an error in the quote. I reminded them that they had supposedly inspected the site already. Eventually, they admitted they had not done the inspection and had lied. They then increased the price by over $400—completely unreasonable and dishonest.
DIRT2TIDY is disorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Steer clear.

They where 45min late and then demanded cash before start. Then said I need to give them 100 extra cash to do the house . Didnt wipe benches really did nothing ask for receipt and didn’t receive . When called them they said it’s clean . Wife ended up doing there job cause she didn’t want them back. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Disgraceful attempt at cleaning - very unprofessional with no idea on how to clean – Do not use in Pimpama area: Our outgoing tenants booked them and paid in advance in cash at their insistence. windows for the smears, shower screen still dirty, kitchen sink dirty, stove top smeared with dirty cloth. The Unit was cleaner before they started! Zero pride in their work or attention to detail. They were called back and made a time of 10 am but changed to 3 pm and turned up at 5 pm. The Owner let them in as living next door and went back to check and advised us a brand new dining table delivered the day before, had been badly scratched when they took the windows out to clean on the table. The cleaners denied it and the Owner told them to leave before more damage was done.

Satisfied Customer – I'm satisfied with the service provided. After the initial clean, the real estate agent noticed a number of details that needed to be addressed. The crew however promptly went back the next day and solved around 80% of these issues, which was acceptable to the agent. Reasonable pricing as well. Show reply

on Monday again right on time, and were very thorough with the windows, including going back to check them during their time and doing another spot check/clean as well which was very impressive, something we haven't seen from any other cleaner we've used in the past. It was a hot day, and we had a lot of window/glass to clean - which they advised would take around 3 hours. Had it all done and were gone before our guests arrived at midday. Very impressed and will use them again.

Very poor experience due to no show – Not happy very minimal communication. Waited at property from time according to confirmation email. No one showed up for end of lease clean. Contacted company when they opened. Another man [Name Removed] called back very rude. Not recommended at all.
Would not hire - Breakes – I hired the company to carry out an end of lease clean, the clean seemed to be to the rental agency's standards minus the carpet clean as I was required to hire another company to reclean. in the clean and the process to have these fixed was onerous. First the cleaners denied breaking the front door even though they provided the pop rivet heads that came off the hinges. Given their small size, these would have been lost if the door had already been broken prior to their work, thankfully I took photos of them re-attaching the gas strut they had also removed. The professionalism was also lacking as when they did finally replace the door they went to the property and I was advised by the rental agency they requested the new tenants tools to complete the work. They carried out the clean on 23/10/24 and replacement of the door and window were finalised 6/11/24. Given it was a cleaning service I did not think I would need to be so thorough in having evidence of the state of the external house. I would advise if you hire this company to make sure you have this.
Given all the trouble I went through with an end of lease clean I have also been contacted several times by the company from both private and mobile numbers to give them a review. Unsure why they would want one from me given how it all played out. All in all not worth the money and stress.

Full bond refund – Team attended all my nightmares with their ends of lease cleaning service. Very professional. Arrived on time. Very friendly. I was unable to stay at the property, and the team were able to attend all the home cleaning while I was away. Overall, it was okay – Mirrors in the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly. The ensuite shower could have been cleaner and I knew the carpet werent' perfect but thought they would come up better they did. Show reply

Great clean – We hired Rawinder from Dirt2tidy and he done a fantastic job. Full end of lease clean including balcony, carpets, mattresses and oven. Arrived on time and spent the entire day making sure it was perfect. All for a very good price. Show 2 replies
