Just a silly concept and their unsubscribe link never works
So, they dish out "discovery dollars" like hot cakes. Hundreds! Brilliant right? Nope.
You can only use $10 or so per holiday or night or hotel. So in essence they can give you a million dollars in credit but you'd have to spend a billion to use it. Good luck trying to unsubscribe from the annoying emails, the link never works and hasn't for months.

Package thoroughly explained by Kerri. Excellent customer service. Won't be able to validate deal until I have began to travel and make use of. I have confidence in this concept and the level I chose to take out.
Patronising phone call left me feeling stupid.
At first sight, Discover365 seemed like a brilliant idea.
Months later I was contacted to inform me of my $200 free credit. I let the agent know that I was unable to travel due to work requirements, and that is all I could disclose. He informed me I could use it for weekend trips, which is great yet I am still unable to travel on weekends due to the nature of my current working circumstances.
After letting him know this, he patronisingly agreed with a notably sarcastic change of tone in his voice.
He then proceeded to tell me he could set...me up and I could hold onto the $200 credit, which I agreed would be great, and asked if there was a charge. He told me that it would only be an annual charge of $59. I let him know that that’s okay thank you and I will go without. The conversation then proceeded with me having to repeatedly reply to his sarcastic patronising comments which left me feeling stupid, all the while I was simply saying “I’m okay thank you, but thank you”. I feel like I was maintaining the manners as if I was the agent and he was the customer, which is very disappointing. I would be happy to discuss this phone call further, with the details of the call.

Both my wife and I are in the mature years of life and therefore sometimes when dealing with company consultants we find some difficulty in understanding just what we are being told. During the booking of this cruise I required to make contact with Heather Shane who handled my ignorance with skill and professionalism. I also find that I share the comments of a previous client, "TinaP" on the subject of joining fee etc. Thank you Heather for your patience, skills and service.

Darren was very helpful, found us a great deal and explained everything well. The family and I are all very excited and looking forward to our Cruise. Even after booking he is still very accommodating with any questions that I have.
Great efficient service
I was told that there would be a fee for paying with a credit card and that I would be required to pay an annual fee of $59 to join up (not sure what to). Isabella was very willing to find answers to all my questions and was very quick to get back to me with the answers. She should perhaps watch her language a little, especially as the phone calls were all recorded. I know it is frustrating when the computer does not react as quickly or with the information required, but one has to remember that the call is recorded and the client is on the other end of the phone. I am now very much looking forward to my European/Mediterranean cruise in July.
