BEWARE - SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of people who do not know any better. The flights that were booked for my mother in law were ridiculously indirect, expensive and inappropriate - they must have applied a filter for “maximum layovers and highest cost”. It’s baffling how bad their booking logic is and that they fail to advise… Read more

on the best routing for holidays, as that is their sole job.

They’ve gone completely silent on refunding the accommodation/transfers, and keep hiding behind vague emails, long delays, and zero transparency. No senior staff have stepped in, and every response is just more scripted excuses. It’s been 5 weeks and counting… We’re now preparing to escalate the matter to Fair Trading and ACCC.

If you’re thinking of using them — don’t. The stress, the time wasted, and the complete lack of professionalism is not worth it. There are better, cheaper, and far more competent travel providers out there - honestly ChatGPT would give you more efficient routing!! Run!

Lack of information – I too believe that this is hard scheme to get your head around. I phoned one day, his English was terrible but promised to get someone to phone me. Waited two days and phone same person again who then denied getting a call from me and the person who he said would return my call never got the message that day. Finally got to speak to someone else who tried to help but still cannot get the information I require to spend some of my dollars. Show details

very disappointed – This is a scam, you would have to be using it very regular to save anywhere near the membership fee for 1 year the discounts you receive are very minimal and not worthwhile. Not how I understood it worked I can get cheaper without using them very very disappointed. will never get my value back

Everything went off smoothly, and in addition to the cruise, we were even granted two free nights at a Wyndham Resort in QLD with a fantastic room with a view!! DISGUSTING CORRUPT BUSINESS - BEWARE!!! – Initially the 2for1 company seemed good - paid $800 for 3 tickets. Booked a short cruise - cancelled due to covid. Talked into a second cruise - not properly booked so that I had to pay more and credits would go into cruise cash - also CANCELLED - OK that’s covid. Covid continued and talked into transferring credits to discovery365 and more… Read more

than $1000 extra later for all these discover points. Still wasn’t able to travel. Had a membership fee taken out and complained about it but they said it was too late. Totally pushed into a second membership - guy was totally rude but persistent. Promised another several thousand discovery dollars for $59. Pointed me to some excellent Tasmanian cruises. I said that would be it - even through recording ONLY $59… find $69.72 and then $66.40 taken out on following months “SUBSCRIPTION” - tried to cancel through bank but because they are different amounts they didn’t pick it up… I can NEVER get through to finance - they apparently have to ring back. They will NEVER pass me on to a manager. I have had enough. I am going to call consumer affairs - they need to be stopped. This guy was so pushy I shouldn’t have fallen for it. I said he would have to ring back the next day (time to think about it) and I didn’t have my credit card at the time. He wanted another account - I said no - I’m only happy to give my credit card - he pushed at pushed until I said no and thanks and hung up.

Abhorrent customer service – Absolute scam. They do not return phonecalls. I told these shonks to delete my account. They still billed my card. I contacted their number, they do not have access to an accounts manager. Poor customer service, i am still waiting for a phone call. STAY AWAY.

To call them shonks is being polite – We were cold called from their agent offering a deal through 241 where a second person on a cruise only has to pay port charges and taxes. We had just booked a 14 day Caribbean cruise and the agent said we could change it all to this company and enjoy the savings and that there would be no issues, but we had to join straight away as the offer… Read more

ended that night. Paid out over $1000 to join and then surprise, surprise it couldn't be changed to this company. After the pandemic they contacted me to say that 241 no longer exists and it was now going to be Global365 and that my credits would be converted over in some long winded process. I later find out that 241 is infact still running alongside Global365. The only time we have tried to book a cruise through them they only offered a $50 discount on an over priced cruise. After arguing with them and with management they reluctantly upped it to $100. Now they are trying to say that I have over $7000 in credits but you can only use a small portion on each booking, so basically keep paying them each year, but you'll never actually manage to book enough to use up your credit unless you book something weekly on their grossly over priced fares. Save your money and don't go near this mob

Poor product that you won't be able to use – Do not use this company. They make lots of promises on discounts, but the reality is you can easily find discounts cheaper elsewhere. Save your purchase amount and yearly fee.

be told I could only use a very small portion on my accommodation booking around $186. I contacted Our Vacation Centre who pride themselves on their customer resolution and asked for them to refund what I had paid only to be told I would be referred to the sales team who will scrutinise the recording and if they can't assist or find a resolution to refer me back to Our Vacation Centre. This is an utter joke, Im only asking for a refund of my funds which is of no loss to Our Vacation Centre, stealing from customers is this how you make money is it not enough charging an annual fee and offering higher and not so competitive prices on your accommodation. ,Unsure why a company would risk their 'Brand' and reputation for lack of service and no customer satisfaction.

**Please note, if you are looking to book with Discovery 365 / Our Vacation Centre / Cruise MegaStore don't waste your time, they lure you in by offering discounts on your planned trip by asking you to pay a membership fee in order to get that initial discount which makes it eye catching and then they harass you with phone calls to purchase bonus dollars and con you to purchase these for a smaller fee and not allow you to use them all at once***

Never use this company – If money is deposited then it should be used dollar for dollar. Instead discovery dollars are generated. Book a holiday and you can only use a small amount of dollars.This is a complete rip off and you charge a yearly fee as well. Now my dollars have expired. I will be taking this further. Show details

Poor customer service – Discover 365 were unable to offer any information regarding my cancelled cruise and were unwilling to speculate as to when my requested refund might be paid to me. the same and inform their staff that they should be following up as they are the service provider for their customers. All emails and phone calls were dismissed without follow up by the staff. I was furnished with a phone number for P&O and followed up myself, although I had to request this and it was not offered at the time of my initial email or calls. I was informed by the staff member that it was hard as there were between 600- 1000 refunds that had been requested.

Scam! Don't buy! – It's a scam company. You pay for a package, they cancel it then offer you something else that isn't even along the lines of what you paid for. They speak in circles and make it very confusing and won't put anything in an email. They will refund you then turn around and say you owe them money and don't care that Australian law requires a refund for services not rendered. Show details

be valued at over $2000. The past couple of years I've had to pay $59 annually to keep dollars active. Every time I've tried to enquire about using them communication ends up stopping before anything is finalised. Over $1000 down the drain and when I told them I'm not paying any more money, I was sent an instant email advising membership cancellation. Would not recommend and would avoid.

do to health issues I can't travel which I explained, however next thing each month money was taken out of my account all up $259.03.... This on top of my first payment.. I had to cancel my cards. I have since received $200.03 refund. But not a cent of the first payment!!
