This is the worst experience I have ever had . They are not helpful. I organised appointments for my internet connection several times , they confirmed then they changed the appointment without asking me despite it was organised 6-7 days ago. I don’t recommend Dodo to anyone.

One of the biggest problems is the unstable connection. Even simple tasks such as opening websites, checking emails, or watching a short video become difficult because the internet keeps buffering or disconnecting. Streaming services are almost impossible to use because the connection drops frequently or the video quality becomes very poor. For a service that is supposed to provide reliable home internet, this is unacceptable.
Another issue is the speed. The plan promised a certain speed, but the actual performance is far below expectations. Many times the internet feels slower than basic mobile data. Uploading files, downloading documents, or even loading social media pages takes much longer than it should. In today’s world where a stable and fast connection is essential, this level of performance is extremely disappointing.
Customer support has also not been very helpful. When you try to report the issue, you often have to wait a long time to speak with someone. Even after explaining the problem, the solutions given are usually very basic, like restarting the modem, which does not fix the underlying issue. It feels like the company does not take the customer’s experience seriously enough.
Overall, my experience with Dodo Internet has been poor. The connection is unreliable, the speeds are far below what was promised, and the service has not met my expectations at all. I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs a stable and dependable internet connection. If the company wants to keep customers satisfied, they really need to improve the quality of their network and provide better support.

Internet drops out a lot but that seems to be normal where I live, the speed is fine for my rural location, customer service is great if I have any issues it is so easy to submit a report via dodo and have someone contact me to troubleshoot, have no complaints about the cost or customer service. I call them again and they give me the same crap about no evidence of me asking for it and said it would now be pushed out to after Christmas. I finally snapped and told them to cut my service off and I will get someone else to do it. They tried to bargain with me but I told them no and they cut off my service that day. Signed up to Aussie broadband as soon as I was off the phone and a week later a technician turned up to install my FTTP. I have no idea why dodo said it was going to take 4 weeks because Aussie broadband had one at my home a week earlier than they said they would. Previously have used other providers, when moving in to current house moved away from old provider (who hadn't used for about 6 months due to others having internet) as they wouldn't allow me to get a plan without buying a new modem (even though the old one had been purchased less than 12 months before). Looked into options, chose another provider and had constant issues with dropouts, speed not close to what was paid for and when changed the plan to avoid paying for more than what I was getting, got charged overlapping fees for both, despite only one connection.
Final product is great. The service to get there was a struggle – Great internet, great connection, reliable. No troubles. 10/10 happy here. The service from dodo was a shocker. I purchased my internet plan and router, the money was deducted from my account but they had no record of it. When I applied for the refund, they had no record of the initial transaction. I cannot tell you how many hours of phone call time I had over many weeks to try and rectify this situation. How can their system be so glitchy and how can I be told so many different things by so many different staff members. Ridiculous.
In saying that, once I got the service set up, FINALLY got a refund and I could stop dealing with Dodo staff, the actual internet has been great.

I've cancelled my account in December through the google website, only to be charged for this month. After contacting them, they refused the refund and basically called me a liar as they don't have a cancellation option on there. I've screen shotted it and downloaded the transcript for proof of how rude they were and how i was treated and disregarded by the operator i spoke with. Show details
Terrible connection for online gaming. Constant high ping and half the time I couldn’t even connect to EA services. I’ve had multiple internet providers over the years and never experienced issues this bad. To make things worse, they wouldn’t refund the unused portion of my payment when I cancelled. Would not recommend Dodo to anyone.
