I've been with Dodo for at least 10 years and I'm pleased to say I will be staying with Dodo as they are very helpful if im having trouble with my internet,they also keep me updated on any outages etc.On some occasions I'm in a financial position where I can't pay on time but I will ring Dodo and they will arrange a different pay date for that month until I'm financially stable
I’ve been with Dodo for a couple of years and have always found them to be reliable and competitively priced. Calls are answered efficiently and Customer Support team are knowledgeable and professional with most queries being resolved on my first call
I signed up for dodo home internet and after a few weeks they emailed me saying my premises was limiting my download speed and that my current plan wasn’t necessarily. They offered a quick and easy downgrade to a cheaper plan that would save me money and without affecting my download speeds. I was surprised and impressed!

Dodo Internet is amazing...they upgraded me to fibre for free, and my mid range service gives me speeds above what I'm paying for. problem. Highly recommend them. I'm getting full speed out here in the garage, at peak time, with one bar of Wifi and the family video streaming a movie inside. Very impressed.
These guys are pretty good - they gave me a very reasonable discount and value for money, having more than one account. It's not worth me switching to any other provider as the rate is permanent and the service and internet is better than what I had before:)

My connection has been consistently reliable and I have not experienced any dropouts. I have had no issues with the service. I had an NBN power cable missing when I moved into the property and they promptly booked for a person to come by with a power cable and set it all up for me.

I was on a dearer plan, but dodo was monitoring my usage and contacted me to advise that I was paying for something that I wasn't using. So they down graded my plan to save me money. Have had no troubles at all with dodo internet. Would recommend to anyone.

I came to DOO from Telstra. Telstra’s monthly fee was getting out of control so I tried DODO. It’s been a month since I changed and I must say I am very disappointed. Everything I watch on my TV or mobile device buffers all the time. It has never done this prior only since changing to DODO. I will be looking elsewhere if things don’t improve.
Follow-up · Worst experience I’ve had. Tried many ways to fix it but it still remained crap. Dodo are the worst avoid at all costs. No one from Dodo has got back to me, they can get stuff. I’m now back with Telstra. All is good now.

Follow-up · My Dodo mobile service is now showing 5G. I ran a speed test and received 112.77 Mbps download speed with 44 ms ping. The speed is better now, although at times the connection still feels slow or inconsistent. I don’t use NBN or home internet, so the NBN migration question doesn’t apply to me.

It’s fine. Have had no internet issues. Their processes, billing setup and communication aren’t great. They did put me on a cheaper plan after they reached out to tell me my current usage would fit within the plan below, so that was pretty cool.
Since they raised the price and dropped us to this 25/5 plan our streaming services cut out way mot often at night. So now we have to pay more just to go back to the same plan we were on before.
So I get an email stating that I don't use as much internet as I'm paying for, and that if I would like to change from my current plan to a newer cheaper one. I accept, and its says thankyou my next bill will be on the new plan, and.... No change. Still the same, still paying the same amount. Pretty poor service as far as I see it. Looking to change entirely to a company that actually follows through.
