Worst experience ever, I was facing internet issue as my dodo modem stopped showing internet all of sudden, I complained them many times and requested for new modem, they didn't took my complaint serious and said its processed. After two days, I called them again to confirm and one of the representative told its still not processed from our end… Read more

and he made sure to proceed on the same day. Again after two days they started making lame excuses that we sent the modem on the wrong address, after so many long calls and complaints. Finally I got my modem after 2 weeks and then after connecting there was something wrong at their end as they were not able to detect modem, I provided them all the details but results were same, they asked for 2 days, nothing happened. I complained again they again asked for 2 more days to resolve remotely, So 22 days without any internet. Finally I cancelled my dodo service and found a new provider. Overall it was worst experience.

Terrible experience! Signed up online and had not heard from them. Called up and spent 2.5hrs on the phone to then be told we needed to buy a cable and call back. me he’d put me onto technical support… was on hold for 2hrs.. I’m betting they were closed and old mate didn’t want to help! Ended up jumping on the chat and told my nbn was not connected at our address.. which is NOT TRUE since we were using another provider and have been for 3 years since we got connected back then. Told them to cancel my plan.. which they didn’t do and I called Aussie broadband and was connected straight away. I had to follow up 4 seperate times as they kept saying my plan was cancelled over the phone it was not done. Really cr#p experience and TERRIBLE SERVICE. LANGUAGE BARRIER WITH STAFF OVER PHONE IS A REAL ISSUE. Got an email today… 3 weeks after this ordeal saying they closed my case and have finally cancelled my plan that I never even started or used. I hope they don’t have the audacity to charge me so will keep an eye on my account

No internet for 2 weeks, technician should have been here today the 30/12/25, have not seen him and after a call to dodo he apparently isn't coming due to their incompetence. Weak as, looks like it will be a month before we can watch tv. To top that off they refuse to give us any mobile data to compensate, nice lot, been with them for 30 years. Yeah, thanks for a lovely xmas and new year dodo.

said it is due to 8 outdoor cameras (normal Ring cameras not CCTV) so have installed?? seriously? There IT team doesn't even know that how the system works. I have had many days when I had no internet at all and after few phone calls I discovered that it was planned updates in the background which they didn't tell us about but I lost a whole day work due to no internet. Many days the youtube on TV doesn't even load due to poor speed and their excuse is because your modem is in the garage (who doesn't ?especially new builds, that's where they put the NBN box). Many apps on the phone like whatsapp doesn't work because they have known issue they are dealing with yet no acknowledgement. I tried to cancel many times but their account retention team begged me to stay and promised me a better service but a month later still terrible service. I have invested a lot of time energy and money in this now in past 2 months but Now when I complained and asked to speak to the manager, Firstly they said someone will call/email you to discuss but nothing so far.

disconnected after an hour saying they were closed try again - original chat is then deleted. Came home from work the next day internet still down called them (although was receiving messages saying "our internet was not ready" and to wait for a text message from them then wait 15mins before calling them. Never got no text message, called them and after 10 mins the consultant fixes it on her end - no explanation - and when i pressed the matter says something about it being an "old configuration" although we have only been at this address since May and had made no changes for months. No correspondence was sent by Dodo to let their customers know IN ADVANCE if there was going to be upgrades or work required or to even let their customers know. Then i had to push the consultant as to why am i paying for a service if it wasn't required. On previous occasions when raising a service request they will give you a job number and even on resolution send multiple email messages saying i have to call them again when there is no reason why. Sorry to say the customer service in my experience is below par.

After a few months Dodo speeds have dropped considerably. My opinion they are throttling speeds far slower then your paying for. They were find for failing to provide advertised speeds Who can you trust there all the same. ZzIts only a crime if you get caught. Check your speed regularly and complain if your not getting what you are paying for. Show details

Dodo is a hidden gem. Very stable speed and fast. I am using 250 mbps but my speed is always 260 mbps even on peak hours. Very great for gaming, downloading and browsing. Very satisfied.

wall for about 6 years with speeds of 3mbps when paying for 100 mbps - speed - so you can see the word INTERNET got my blood pressure up. Touch wood now with Dodo the difference is amassing, keep doing what you're doing - don't drop the ball! 10/10

I have been a dodo customer for years now and have never had a bad experience with them. Always willing to help, my wifi connect has been the best and since upgrading to a new higher speed I never have to worry about my downloads or uploads taking hours. My kids use netflix and youtube so often that I need the fastest service possible to keep up with the amount of internet we use. Show details

This will be my second review of Dodo, like the other review I give Dodo kudos for all their help, any time I have problems regardless the matter they are always forthcoming. Had a problem with price going up, but one email & a call from them the next day sorted it all out. Did a test via Telstra, today, 2;15 271.8Mbps DOWNLOAD SPEED 26.2Mbps UPLOAD SPEED So happy with that. Show details

Dodo was supposed to connect the internet on the 26th may. They asked for a document on the 12th which I provided within a few hours. 20minutes waiting to speak to someone who then took 20 minutes to “sort out my connection”, the phone dropped out so I figured they would call me back. Nope. I then spoke with someone on online chat, who also took 20 minutes to “connect my internet”. They said they would call me back by the end of the day. I received no phone call and the internet is not active. This is the worst internet activation process I have had yet across Telstra/tpg/internode/unity. I would not recommend them based off this experience.

just kept asking over and over for the document and I just kept sending it and nobody emailed me telling me it was the wrong document, no phone call no nothing. This company's customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never ever try this company ever again. Wasted four hours of my lif.

Don’t do it. It’s the worst. They don’t care. You have to pay for a new modem at $160. They don’t sent it. You have to be in the phone for at least 2 hours to get anything done. Constantly following up. Their customer service is non existent. I am now 17 days without Internet. And because I’ve already ordered my modem if I go with another provider I still have to pay $160. need more training. As we wanted to change from 100 to 250 plan 2 days after sign up. Some staff claimed it couldn’t be done. Finally I found someone competent who got it done.
