submitted our claim. Long behold it is now April 10th 2024 and Guardsman still saying "we are in the process of obtaining quote for your claim". Surprised with the answers given by Guardsman, we then called Domayne, and to our surprised she said there is nothing they can do as we need to deal with Guardsman ourself, this is the answer given by Domayne contact officer Shila and basically told us we are on our own. My question is why would you offer your client to buy useless protection company to which we paid the money to you and clearly Domayne will get profit out of it as well, and only when there is trouble you washes you hands off?
DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM DOMAYNE as they will not help you one bit!
Horrible experience, never again – We bought a number of items from Domayne Auburn and every single one of them had defects. A tabletop even had a nail sticking out of the top. Faulty product, nothing being done about it – Bought a new sofa from Domayne Castle Hill last week (17/03/24), it got delivered on Tuesday (19/03/24). Soon after Elizabeth emailed me back advising that she has ordered new covers for the couch. I'm Happy with the overall outcome.
faro outdoor grey dining chairs - not uv stabilized – Received 6 Fargo Outdoor dining chairs in November 2022, they were great for one summer. kept in the same location and are fabulous. [Name Removed], the owner of Warrawong Domayne says it's dust and we just need to wash them. Washing makes it worse. They are refusing to inspect and are generally trying to delay the outcome as long as possible. An absolutely appalling fellow.

I never write reviews but dealing with Chris at Domayne Warrawong was a spectacular experience. For an indecisive person like me, the idea of fitting out a full kitchen was almost traumatic. Recently I had injured my neck and I realised I needed to buy a decent pillow. I knew it would cost a bit and I wanted to try it before I bought it. The service from Matt at Domayne Caringbah was wonderful. He took the time to listen to my needs and allowed me to try the pillows in store. It was so lovely to not feel pressured to buy just any pillow but the one I was happy with. I’ll be back. Good customer service is rare these days. Show details

few months fair trading got back to me with domayne refused to do anything with the lounge apart from a repair that I had to pay for. Fair trading told me that by Australian standards they were supposed to offer the first repair free regardless of age. fair trading told that the only avenue was to take the matter to court, and that the beleived this was a major matter and because of that I would be entitled to a refund. I decided that I would take the matter to court as this was the only avenues left. The other issue was that we where told that by the salesperson this product was made in Australia using Australian leather but throught the process we discovered that this product was infact made in China. Took the matter to court and at the hearing was offered a free repair but in doing so I wouldn't be allowed to leave any reviews. I refused the repair as I beleive people should know how domayne penrith deal with their customers. The court ruling went against me, the matter found to only be a minor fault contrary to what fair trading beleived. The offer to repair was gone but I'm happier as I rather have the lounge repair at my cost with products that I beleive are better then the chinise products that would have been supplied and I am able to make this review. As for the matter that we where told this lounge was Australian made, the only evidence we had was affidavit from me and my wife saying such but this was not enough evidence. I will never buy from any domayne again and my suggestion to any thinking of doing so either record and have written down anything your told because you may need it in court.

I am pleased with the way the matter was handled. The manager was professional and clearly cared about resolving the issue properly.
A special mention also to the delivery driver, who handled the pickup and delivery courteously and efficiently. He also capably assembled the lounges.
It is reassuring to see a business stand behind its products and look after its customers. I remain a very satisfied Domayne Auburn customer.

Top service – Shout out to Domayne Warrawong.. best service and delivery.. ordered outdoor sofa online on a Tuesday, delivered following day , then after loving sofa so much ordered the 2 chairs even though only had 1 chair in stock called and let me know they would arrange to get the second chair in asap .. both items were then delivered less than a week later.. unheard of ! ha ha .. definitely recommend .. totally love my new Jordan outdoor setting Show details
Great delivery guys in a hard situation – Great sales people in bedding and the best home delivery I have ever seen. Tried for a year to.get a queen bed up stairs.. Had 2 companies refusing to.bring up bed as difficult staircase. These delivery guys took the bed up fine no problem at all and took the other queen bed down no problems. Worst lounge ever purchased – I had a lounge delivered in November 2022, however, in a year and a half the firmness has reduced drastically. custom-made. we requested a firm one and he said he had a note for the supplier to ensure the firmness is at its max.
However, we are extremely disappointed after paying almost $6000 for a set of 2. Additionally, the leather care warranty products have not arrived to date nor have we received a call asking us to collect them from the store.
The customer team member has been very helpful, in trying to assist however we recently changed our area rug to a smaller one and found more issues with the lounge. If you sit on one side of the lounge it tends to go into a dip and bend a bit and the middle leg that should support the lounge and balance its weight does not touch the floor. The supplier has responded that we would need to send the cushions over to replace the foam and they would also send a replacement leg with a different height. Now the issue with the bend when seated is yet to be addressed and I have not got a reply yet from the supplier on when we should send the cushions over for the foam to be replaced and what we would do in the meantime without cushions.
This lounge was made in Australia and not sure how it passed the quality, weight capacity test and foam density test.
If a manager is reading this, I would sincerely advise that this lounge be taken back and a refund is issued as this is the second one that I've bought with you and has come with issues, especially when one issue leads to finding multiple other issues with the lounge.

Mattress was good but extremely irresponsible 3rd party Delivery and poor customer service – The delivery people were really rough, broke the mattress box and the plastic inside so it's easier for them to lift the mattress but left a big stain (dirty finger print) on my temper mattress. They just wanted to finish the job quickly and was so rough that they even scratched the wall with a whole! Terrible – Spent over $8K on the Hugo Bed Suite, Onlt to find after 2 years the timber is splitting and cracking. I had two beautiful armchairs, dining table, unique lightings, rugs which I've purchased of recent from Domayne, it's the best ever chairs I had, it's so comfy, the colour combination and fabrics are so exquisite.
