Excellent delivery men Manny and Lindsay
Today Lindsay and Manny delivered beds and a tempur mattress to me. They are outstanding. Friendly, respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. Importantly they were on time! They assembled 3 bed frames leaving no mess. I highly suggest Manny and Lindsay for assembly and delivery of products and thank them both for being so reliable. It took the stress of bed assembly from me.
I suggest more Cook Islanders/Pacific Islanders be employed by Domayne as they have natural strength and are so personable. Great temperaments equals great custom...
Bought a new Tempur mattress today - Adam Matthews gave great service and explained the differences between the various Tempur beds very well. I had been to the store a week ago and decided on a Tempur mattress and thought I would buy that model- On my visit today Adam showed us a newer style at the same price .. something he did not have to do .. I appreciated his honesty in looking after a returning customer and also giving me a great deal on the mattress protector . It really was a pleasure to buy from Adam at Domaine..North Ryde..

I visited domayne store in Penrith for my new bedroom purchase. Store is all beautiful and easy layout. Staffs were very friendly. I was served by Sulochana and Majid. Both were very nice people. They helped me thru all my bedroom purchase. I’m very glad I went to Penrith Domayne in bedding department. Both of staff are well advanced with their product knowledge and service is top of the roof. I highly recommend anyone to go to domayne Penrith for their next bedroom purchase.
Sold wrong firmness mattress, sales person clearly wasn’t listening or made a computer error.
Purchased a medium expensive mattress (or so I thought) in January and thought my back was aching due to getting used to a medium after always having firms, switched for my partners sake. Turns out the salesperson wasn’t listening or entered wrong code and I’ve been sleeping on a plush mattress. Warning.. check your receipt and make sure what you asked for us what you get as this is now a $1600 spare bed that’s never used and has caused me 2 months of discomfort. Extremely angry and realise I didn’t check receipt code so have no leg to stand on.

Normally my partner and I have never had issues at Domayne, but recently we encountered some very poor customer service from the weekend staff in the furniture department. My partner and I have just received our first home buyers grant, and we were coming into the store to buy lounges, outdoor furniture, fridges, Tv, and all house hold appliances within the $10K limit. When we walked into the furniture display area, we were ignored. Not one sales representative asked us if we needed help, not one bothered to acknowledge us. My partner and I are...dressed very well and aren’t afraid to show privilege in the way we dress. We are young, in our early twenties. We have just bought our first home, and when we heard the comment the staff made about us we were very upset. When we were finally recognised, a younger staff member asked if we needed help, I replied “not at the moment thank you, I’ll let you know when I do, thank you”. As my partner and I walked off, the older staff member approached the younger staff member and said “they aren’t serious buyers, you’ll understand, just look at the ages, you can tell”. This comment instantly irritated me. We left the store and we took our $10K with us, putting it to Nick Scali instead. Very disappointing as we were serious, and we were ready to buy the wonderful furniture. The only good thing about this shop is the furniture the only issue is, you can’t get it because you have to deal with the poor customer service just to get to it. Such a shame!

Bought a new bed, got a great price, good service delivered on time.
Heard about Domayne on the Alan Jones show while going for a country drive and had been looking for a particular type of queen bed for sometime and wanted one that's a bit more showy.
Went into those other Snooze shops etc, but honestly their stock looked a bit low brow, I was hoping to pick up a discount basically, a better quality bed at a similar price.

Bought a 3seater and 2seater Wiltshire hand made leather lounges from Domayne West Gosford at a cost of $4700 .
Three and a half years later the leather has disintegrated on the three seater lounge through normal use, and using the Guardsman leather care kit with a 5 year Product Warranty, as instructed.
Tried to claim the warranty through Domayne and the Guardsman Product Warranty.
Domayne sent out a company called The Leather Doctor to inspect and report, to which he blamed Body oils had caused the damage.

$4000 outdoor table that cant be outside
Outdoor table ruined by rain and sun - after 4 months the black table had white marks all over it and was originally replaced - 4 months later the same thing happened again even after I made every effort to use the wax supplied. Im now told it was my fault that the table cant last outside and no refund given.

False promises and terrible service
Ordered a couch here in early January. I was promised by the sales consultant I would DEFINITELY get it in the first week of March. I told her it was going to be a deal breaker if they can't meet that deadline, and I would only go ahead with the purchase if it was definite. No problem, she says. I've confirmed it with the supplier, she says.
Now they tell me it's going to be A MONTH LATER THAN THAT.
A couple of weeks before the deadline, I rang to check a few times, and different people would pick up the phone, quoting me different (later)...delivery dates. I asked to speak with my sales consultant but never got call backs. Confused and anxious, I tried to track down my sales consultant again, only to be told she has left the business. Now I am told to expect it A MONTH later than originally promised. I CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER MONTH. And apparently the sales consultant never left any records of the promised date. Makes me think they'll tell you anything to keep a sale. I asked for a refund, but they flat out refused. The only thing they can offer is a temporary loan couch, but I am NOT able to take the extra time off work to stay home, and wait for the loan couch.
Purchased a dining room table and chairs for our beach house. The salesman was very helpful in the Caringbah store. I was told it would be 2 weeks before delivery. After 3 weeks I contacted the store and was told David would phone me. He didn't. Four days later and many phone calls later I was told the goods were in the warehouse and had been for 5 days!!! Delivery man was extremely polite and arrived on time but my husband had to help him bring the table into the house because it was very heavy and the driver was on his own. I don't know how the driver would have managed had my husband not been available as I had a broken arm and could not assist.
Pathetic customer service
I have just walked out of Domayne at Rutherford NSW in disgust.
Upon entry a blonde lady said hello nicely & we proceeded to wander the store as we were there to possibly buy a washing machine & a laptop. Upon arriving at the store to our surprise there was actually a ride on mower out the front so that would have also been a possibility to purchase as ours is very old & outdated.
After wandering the washing machines 2 gentleman at the desk in the centre of the store were having a conversation (both Domayne workers) have not attempted to come...
The Delivery driver refused to bring my bed into the house until he had the money and I asked for the mattress to be turned over which he did not do and he left a mat half under the bed which was too heavy to pull out. He was arrogant, most unpleasant and I would never use their Service again. The Manager of the Bedding Dept was very helpful and pleasant and it was spoilt by the delivery people they use.
Such an amazing experience when shopping for a new mattress & pillows. A huge Thankyou to Ilija who listened to what I was looking for & also stuck to my budget. Such a humble man with great knowledge & experience & was so genuine in his recommendations & advice. One very happy customer xxx

Salesman quickly lost interest after we had purchased.
Produce delivered was not as demonstrated and unusable. Salesman did everything he could think of to prevent a refund. Then wanted to charge us nearly a $1000 for the privilege.
Better then online buying
Spoke to a sales rep Jason and he was a really nice and helpful bloke, he knew his stuff and their prices and quality and much better then those budget online dealers where you get no customer service, thank you Jason really appreciate your help and hope you get a good Xmas bonus !!
