We have been looking for a new lounge suite for weeks and couldn’t decide in the style / colour.. PINA from the Auburn store was amazing!!!. She was patient, very knowledgeable, and an absolute star... and we havnt even bought anything yet.. I have read a lot of bad customer reviews for their customer service generally but our experience Was second to none... well done Pina and Auburn Domayne

Better then online buying
Spoke to a sales rep Jason and he was a really nice and helpful bloke, he knew his stuff and their prices and quality and much better then those budget online dealers where you get no customer service, thank you Jason really appreciate your help and hope you get a good Xmas bonus !!
Worst store in NSW; if only 0 stars was an option
No transparency shown by staff. Will try to rip you off & when the proprietor intervenes his response is "too bad, this is all you're getting". Stay away from this store!

Keep away! When I bought the product I was informed that I'd get the item in the following week, but 2 months later and I still haven't got it. Called them a few times and got different information each time.
I was looking to upgrade my bedroom suite. I went to different retailers to check what's in market. Domayne Auburn is the best stop shop with excellent service.
Professional sales staff made my purchase so easy. Other retailers didn't even served me until I approached them. As soon as I walk into Domayne Auburn Bedding department, I was welcomed, they listened to me and find my need. I am very glad I went to Domayne Auburn. My purchase was made so easy, received delivery and the delivery team as well were so friendly and professional. I would star 10/10 to Domayne Auburn and certainly recommend to everyone to shop in Domayne Auburn.

We have recently purchased our new Bedroom suite from Domayne in Auburn. The minute we walked into the Bedding Department we were welcomed and great service was provided. They have listened to everything we were looking in our new purchased and made our purchase very easy. We are very glad we went to Domayne Bedding Auburn. Everything was so professional from the day one until delivery received. Professional well experienced sales staff, excellent delivery service. Before we finalise our purchase we went to different retailers with poor service experience. I would rate Domayne Auburn bedding team 10/10.
Definitely my recommendation to all buyers, visit Domayne Auburn Bedding once before making your decision.

Terrible Service and Did not follow up
Purchase soft lounge from Domayne auburn. The information provided on the lounge size (3.5 sitter with chaise) was not correct. Delivery person force the lounge into room and damage walls and door frame. Speak with store customer service manager Isabel and asking for solution to replace to a 3 sitter with chaise instead. Isabel suggested a different delivery man for goods or else will replace to a 3 sitter with chaise. Waited one month and 2nd delivery failed. Contacted Isabel for 3 sitter with chaise replacement and informed will give an answer within 2 days. Waited and follow up 2 days later and the manager is avoiding return the call. Terrible customer service.
Still waiting for my dishwasher - worst ever experience
Dishwasher was supposed to have been installed on 24/12/18 but I am still waiting for it! I rang the store at 4.15pm on Christmas Eve to ask what happened to my delivery - my order was "FORGOTTEN". It is now mid January and still no communication from them and still no dishwasher so I called the store on 16/1/19. Again, not ordered , something went wrong with the order I was told. Apparently, they were able to get one from another store ? and have it delivered and installed today 18/1/19. Have not heard from the installer as it was supposed ...to be between 10-11 am. Called the store again as it was approaching midday - installer is sick! He told me that he was still to go and pick it up so was it ever booked in for today? I give up. Worst service I've encountered.
Terrible customer service and poor quality products
We purchased furniture from Domayne in Auburn a few years ago. Spent about $6000 all up. We were told at the time there was a structural warranty of 10 years on lounge and 5 years on the material. We contacted Domayne and raised our concerns that the material on our dining room setting had started peeling about 2 years in (despite no excess use or wear and tear as there are no kids living in our apartment. Just 3 adults) and the back support of the lounge would not move up and down as it is meant to be adjustable. At no point was there an apolo...gy or any customer service at all...just that its a supplier issue and they would be in touch. It took over a month for the supplier to contact us and tell us that its only 12 months warranty!!!! We were told something VERY different when we purchased it. Why would we pay $6000 for furniture that only has 1 year warranty when Fantastic Furniture offers longer than that!!!! This has caused my parents so much stress. They paid $6000 (a lot of money for them) thinking its good lasting furniture. Domayne held no accountability and I am appalled at the lack of customer service and care. Stay away and save yourself the headache!!!! 1 star is being very generous!

Extremely Poor customer service
I have purchased dinning table and chair set from them. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. After a month there was no response from them. After a while I got a table only and talked to them that I need a complete set not the individual item.
I went to their store and asked for chairs. The response was that I will be delivered after 2 months or just keep table only. We will give refund for the chairs. I told him that I brought a set not table. The sales agent attitude was extremely rubbish for not refunding the money. The money is still with them and I don't have the items I bought.

Visited Domayne Auburn last week and purchased a desk. The sales person advised me that the desk is on back order, however it will be available to pick up on Wednesday 13/06. I was ok with that datebas I did not need the desk until Friday 15/06. The sales person said that she will give me a call either way before Friday.

Beware ordering online from South Australia
So I ordered a new computer/keyboard+mouse/computer monitor from Domayne Online on 14 November hoping to give the order plenty of time to arrive before Christmas but it ended up being the most magnificent fiasco in the end. I placed the order for no small sum of money and set it to pick-up from a local store in SA; at least that was the delivery option given to me by the website. The website also promised delivery in 5-7 business days. After 7 business days pass, about 10 or so days after I placed the order, I decided to call up Domayne Online ...to follow up on the order because I hadn’t heard anything. They told me to call the local store where I had arranged for pick-up which I did but they had no record of the order. I contacted Domayne Online again via chat and they could find no record of the order. I’m freaking out by this point and check my bank statements which show the money was taken by Domayne. The guy I spoke with on chat advised he would get someone to investigate the next day as it was after hours at the time. I didn’t want to wait so I called Domayne again the following day, still no record of my order but they promised someone would call me back. Someone actually did call me back that afternoon and they discovered that the order was not processed because they don’t allow for pick-up on orders to South Australia. Why then was it given as an option on the website when I was placing the order? So they tell me they are going to refund the money and then they say that I have to place the order again for postage, not pick-up. This is not convenient for me with my work hours and I can’t get a computer delivered to my workplace. By this point it was late November. There was no apology AT ALL for wasting my time, for letting my order sit there unfulfilled for almost two weeks, for falsely advertising a service they had no intention of fulfilling. So I got the refund and I was tempted to just order from someplace else but the items I wanted were now reduced and even cheaper than when I first tried to order so I thought I’d give it another try and this time I order the same items from Domayne to be posted to me. What are the chances they can stuff up the order twice in a row? The website promises 3-5 days for express postage. As soon as the order is processed, I get an email explaining there is a delay with one of the items, the computer, in the order so it will take up to 14 days. That was annoying because if my original order has been processed on time, I might not have needed to wait for more stock to arrive for them to fulfil orders again. So two weeks come and go. I called again to check on the order because based on my experience so far I wasn’t even sure they were going to process this one either. I’m told the stock will be coming in around 13-15 December, longer than estimated, and then they will be able to post my order out. On 14 December I got a frantic phonecall from a Domayne store in Canberra apologising (finally, an apology!) for the long wait but I was going to have to wait a bit more because the new stock had come in but it had all been sold quickly and they forgot to set one computer aside for my order. THEY FORGOT. They ended up tracking down a computer FINALLY from another store and FINALLY they get ready to send it all off. Via StarTrack. As soon as they told me it was going via StarTrack my stomach dropped because if you want to know how great their service is just go and read reviews for StarTrack and yes my experience trying to get my package off of them was horrendous but that’s a story for another review. I had to keep calling and emailing Domayne Online trying to get hold of a tracking number because my order was being sent in two separate parcels and I had only being given one tracking number. Its about a week to Christmas at this point and I’m freaking out worrying they wont arrive in time to be a gift. They did eventually give me both tracking numbers and the parcels finally arrived 20th December but by god the whole experience was so stressful and took a lot of work/follow-up on my part to ensure they actually fulfilled the order because on two separate occasions they FORGOT about my order. In the end it took more than a month, almost 5 weeks, to receive my computer. They sent me an email apologising and they threw in a free 16GB USB with my order to say sorry but honestly, I will not order from Domayne Online again because this is just plain sloppy work. Its like they not only don’t know how to run an online store, but they don’t even know what an online store IS. Its like someone described what good customer service and an online store is to them down the phone one day and they were like “Derp, let me try!” On two occasions they just let my order sit there unfulfilled but were happy to take my money. Honestly appalling service.

I shopped at domayne auburn today. I bought a new mattress and all my linen for 4 bedrooms. I met a lovely lady and her name is isabelle. What a perfect sales professionals. Thanks alot for being helpful today, for the advice and the customer service. And a very special thanks must go to the manager jason. I look forward to seeing you again for more purchases.
Cheating about features of bedding
After moved in our new house, I decide to change our beds, when two queen size beds were delivered to house, bed-bases were not able to moved to bedroom upstair, due to narrow space of staircase. So I lost 20% of purchase for returning them back. And I started my second shopping journey, while At Domayne Auburn, i told saleslady about preliminary condition of bed base must be either jointed two single beds or reassemble parts duet to narrow staircase space and shared my disappointment of 20% lost. The lady introduced to us very few beds to ...meet my bed-base reassemble requirement. I picked up two pieces of LUCCI QUN MEGA (dept code 057), chose color.and went to cashier, when lady issued invoice (sales of agreement?), I asked her to write in my requirement and she gently told me that computer setting was not allowed her to do any extra write, but trust her, base are reassemble. After 12 weeks waiting, the beds was delivered to my house and base was not reassemble and can not be taken to upstairs, when we went back Domayne at Auburn, they told us they never been told by us about preliminary condition, and pointed up the assembled bed which just next to the bed i bought. So I lost 20% deposit and 12 weeks waiting period. From now on, I don't dare to spend any single cents on any Domayne store in Sydney. Cheating Store?
Bought a dining table in store, at the time of purchase was told it's in stock and would be delivered on the Saturday. As soon as I made the full payment, the sales lady said it doesn't look like it's in stock and said she would find out and call me the next day. After a few days later I had to chase it up myself. Had to wait 6 weeks and once it was delivered I discovered there was damage on 1 of the legs. The customer service person I had to deal with in the service department was rude. Would never purchase anything from there again.
The bed was fine, but upon delivery I had money stolen from my wallet in a house where the only stranger is the delivery guy. I would honestly never purchase from here again with customer service yelling at me telling me off.

Extremely terrible experience
I brought 2 chairs in Auburn store, and I was told to pick them up the coming Thursday. When I call to confirm(lucky I did) they said I have to wait for another 4 weeks( they didn't even bother let me know before pick up), or I have to take the "floor stock" which is their sample. I said I don't want the sample and they keep saying they are not "sample" they are NEW, trying to sale me the samples (same price as new). I said I need to think about it and let them know. And when I call back, the sales person was "in lunch break" or "with customer".... They said the sale person will give me a call back which is never happen. Through all conversation they didn't apologize once, for false information, for didnt let me know I have to wait another 4 weeks, for sale person never call me back. This company treat customer like rubbish after they paid.

Purchased some very expensive lounges ($8500) at Xmas time and waited 10 weeks for supplier to build them to find that when we finally got them they were damaged. Now we are in a holding pattern as to who is responsible and who will foot the bill. Customer is left high and dry with no after sales service and now will have to take this complaint higher. Poor customer service Auburn Domayne - should have gone to IKEA!!!!!
