clear that her manager was okay with it to every customer she was alone and the store was very busy but she's still managed had to come back to ask for her name on thursday and i just now have the time to write this and would most definitely be coming back again for her beautiful customer service

Trying for 3 days to ring the Liverpool store to check they have the dress I want in stock (computer says yes, but don't want to drive 2 hours each way in case the computer is wrong). Called around 15 different times over 3 days and NO-ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE - rings out over and over again. I used to work in customer service and this is very poor. Sad as I just wanted to buy their products, but bad staff make it impossible.

I went into dotti innaloo. I made purchase on what i thought was zip pay. It went on to my afterpay which i said i did not want to occur. Girl told me she would refund straight away. I ended up paying half cash and half on card. Afterpay has advised to get store to check as it does not look like it been refunded correctly. Manager at innaloo is… Read more

adamant it done correctly and speak to head office. Head office has advised they cant refund afterpay instore and now i need to attend store in person which i can not get to. So now i have been charged twice and no one seems to want to help.

I have receipts. Really not what I need just before christmas

Bad Costumer Service – The products are good but the girl in counter is so rude. We try to pay a ZIP and we know every ZIP user that just a scan the barcode when we pay, but she grab my phone and she hard top to the eftpos. And she said the zip is on payWave . Maybe she is new but it’s so rude.

courteous, showing a real willingness to help with my enquiry despite how busy I could hear it was in the background through the phone. She had the last of my size in one of the items but the other was showing available online only. I was about to head down to Colonnades for the one item she had and told her I would go ahead and order the other through your website.

It was then that Jasmine informed me that if I ordered the item in store for delivery to my home, I wouldn’t be charged for delivery! I had no idea this was even an option at Dotti! I wanted to get to Colonnades ASAP but it was going to be a bit out of my way. However, when she learned I had to go past TTP on my list of endless errands, she told me that her computer system also showed one item in my size out there and called the store for me to place it on hold. Thank you, Jasmine! I didn’t even have to call the store myself! She said I could also get TTP to order the other item I wanted while I was there. How awesome! Thank you, Jasmine, for being on top of everything and really helping me out on what was an extremely busy day. Both items now secured and I am so grateful to Jasmine and the TTP team for their excellent service!!! Well done!

Rude assistant who insisted a knit was not a knit and not on special – DOTTI I do not recommend this store in Burwood Westfield after my recent experience. On Saturday 13th April I went to the store to get a birthday present for a birthday I was attending that day. I chose a lovely knit top from a shelf that had a large 30% OFF KNITS sign directly above it. At the counter the young assistant advised me it was not a… Read more

knit but a shirt. I pointed to the sign and she insisted it was not a knit. When I again pointed out it was a knit she pointed to the small print on the sign that was illegible which apparently said “on selected items”. She was very rude towards me as if I were trying to fool her and refused to sell it to me as a knit. So, I was charged the fill price $49.95 instead of the sale price which should have been $34.96. On Sunday night I decided to check the website and downloaded a picture of the top I bought that was in fact a knit and on sale at 30% off. I got a picture of the receipt and went in on Monday, 15/4/24 (today) and showed the sales person, who claimed she was the manager, my receipt and the online picture of the top. She could not refund me as she said she did the original item so she can refund and then resell to me. As I had given the top as a present to someone who lives over an hour’s drive away it was not an option for me to go all that way for $15. It is the principal however, that since it was their error they should have refunded this amount to me regardless. For this reason I would not shop there again. The staff do not know their products and are rude.

Bad workers – I brought two pairs of shorts and only wanted to use my Westfield voucher on one of them. The lady rudely charged me for the both of them on the voucher so now I can’t go back and refund which ever one’s I didn’t want. I asked if she could fix it up and she said no and fakely apologized. Coffs Harbour store - excellent customer service and products – The staff at Coffs Harbour store today were incredibly helpful. It was so lovely to be served by them. Chermside store awesome customer service – I was in the store Thursday evening and it was extremely busy. The wait for fitting room was half way down the store. for the next customer. While the other lovely lady was busily assisting everyone else looking for sizing and even ran out to find me a size from the back. During this mad time these lovely ladies spent time assisting me with sizing and even held on to them while I could come back with my Daughter for her opinion. I called the store the next morning as I wasn’t able to get back and spoke with the manager asked and I told her about how absolutely amazing her staff were and that I’d been in many many ladies stores that evening and Dotti your team there are worth there weight in gold. I work in a professional service system and I do not know these ladies but I asked their names and they deserve to be commended. Nothing was too hard and what was most impressive was you could tell they were extremely engaging with every single customer. Well done. Thank you Indi, Sienna and Sarah. Bad customer service – I bought a lovely dress from the store in Parramatta Westfield. The dress is perfect beside the customer service at the counter. same consultant. I had brought the wrong receipt (still a Dotti) but not with the pants. Everything about my experience was just cold and almost like I was doing the wrong thing. To me good customers service is also post sale! And especially if the item is faulty after 2 wears!

No good – I have had 4 pairs of these Jeans. Super comfy and fit great but the quality is terrible. They have all had the back pockets become unstitched and have then split on the inner thigh. They have lasted no more than 6 mths and not worn daily. Would expect for the name and price they would last longer than that! Show details
