Just purchased a dyson 03 from a garage sale where can i get it serviced to new?
Hi Sue, Thank for your question. We regret to advise that the DC03 model is retired and has not be serviceable since the end of 2015. Our customer care helpline is certainly available for advice and troubleshooting on any issues you may have however, we would be unable to book your machine into a Dyson location for servicing. We understand that this is a very recent purchase for you however, you should know that there is an upgrade offer available for owning this machine.
This upgrade would provide you with 25% discount off the RRP of any new full size upright or barrel vacuum, should you choose to purchase directly through Dyson. If this is something you may consider in future, please be sure to contact us on 1800 239 766, we must register the DC03 to validate this offer for you.
Our helpline is open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and over the weekend from 8:30am - 4pm.
