my machine had to be replaced after brush bar failure. brush bar again failed on replacement vaccum. rang your trouble shooting and a new brush bar sent. this lasted about the same time as both others(not very long) is this a design fault and what is my next move

Not sure, sounds like you might have a dud. I've got the same vaccum cleaner, never had any issues.

Hi just bought this Dyson Light Ball Multi Floor+ Upright Vacuum Cleaner today and just waiting for pick but not sure if this was a cordless vacuum, i want the cordless one and hoping i got it right?

Apologies for any disappointment however this is not a Cord-free vacuum, it is an Upright Corded machine.

The Dyson Light Ball Multi Floor+ has Dyson patented Radial Cyclone technology, which can capture pollen, allergens, dust and microscopic debris into the bin. This technology captures the bulk of the debris entering the machine, allowing the pre-motor filter and post-motor HEPA filter to capture only the smallest debris that makes it through.
